Bir Dem Urla

My wife and I stay in Alaçatı boutique hotels twice every year. We thought about Urla this year to make a difference, but unfortunately we regretted it. I received much better service than any other hotel I stayed at at this price or at a lower price. It was the worst accommodation experience I've had in a long time. I came across it on Instagram and thought it would be a different experience, but unfortunately it is a facility that has nothing to do with commercial shootings. Yes, it may be “environmentally friendly”, but this does not require the facility to be antihygienic. The pool area and the pool are quite dirty. We were able to enter the pool once without feeling uncomfortable. We entered the room late at night, around 23:00. The air conditioning was on and the property was very windy. We felt cold in the following hours, but the air conditioner did not turn off manually or with the remote control. We tried to sleep all night feeling cold. The next morning we were asked about the air conditioning situation and we said the same. They said the electricians would come, but we were cold. We were told to try closing it with a pen. That's how we closed it. Electricians came and went in the afternoon. We were told to manage like this. We had breakfast, it was extremely poor. There was only hot tea. After breakfast was finished, the attendant asked how you would get the egg. We thanked you. The drinks on the menu are not available at the bar. The kitchen staff was not there, so we had to consume only the things the kitchen staff could only do. I requested an ice latte because it wasn't the drink I wanted. There was no milk, so we drank an Americano. The interior of the room was unhygienic, there were hairs on the sheets. There were dead flies and dirt on the walls, and the bathroom smelled.
