MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalikavak

This resort is outstanding! I visited with my parents and we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade. The staff treated my parents with the utmost respect, and everyone was incredibly kind, from the warm welcome to the restaurant service (special thanks to Ali) and the exceptional room service. The beach club experience was also fantastic, with Ibrahim going above and beyond. The atmosphere and overall vibe were simply fabulous.

MGallery in Bodrum is a stylish and modern hotel at a reasonable price. I recommend choosing a room on the second floor with a sea view. On higher floors, there can be a strange smell that the hotel hasn’t been able to fix, though you quickly get used to it. Service is at a high level—staff are clearly attentive. Valet parking is available, which adds convenience. During breakfast, I found eggshell in my omelet, but the staff promptly handled the situation by not charging for the meal. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay.

Room & toilet were well fitted, amazing bed, spacious and perfectly cleaned with turn down service(which was great after the beach mess).

We had an exceptional 14-night stay at the MGallery Bodrum Yalıkavak, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organised.

From the very first moment, we were welcomed with great attention, and throughout our stay, the staff took care to personalise every detail to make our experience unique. From the little touches in the room to the specific requests we had, everything was taken into account with the utmost care.

The service was of impeccable quality, with staff always smiling and listening, ready to anticipate our needs. The hotel itself is a haven of peace, where every corner invites you to relax and feel good. The quality of the meals, the comfort of the rooms and the beauty of the surroundings far exceeded our expectations.

The only downside to this hotel is their beach area service, they are the worst ever, even when it’s not crowded the service is horrible. It takes an hour to get a bottle of water, I’m not kidding.

However the hotel is good and would go back someday

The hotel design and lobby is wonderful, but unfortunately the housekeeping service is not really good! The beach is amazing, big shoutout to Yusuf the manager, he is exceptional!

I just finished a memorable stay at M Gallery! I travel a lot and have never gotten this amazing service anywhere! My daughter just mentioned to them it was my birthday and her anniversary, and they were waiting for us with a birthday cake and 2 huge beautiful flower bouquets and had our rooms decorated with balloons too! They went above and beyond in every service they gave us! The pool was beautiful and all the facilities were immaculate! Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming! Farrukh the restaurant manager was amazing in the way he attended to us and always trying to please the guests with much attention to you! Baris and Nazlee were so sweet in how they arranged the cake and flowers and had everyone in staff participate in singing to me and many thanks to both of them for arranging this and upgrading our rooms!Thanks to Farrukh and Gezem for excellent service in the restaurant and to all staff for their hospitality! I truly recommend this hotel if you want to be pampered and who doesn’t want that! Excellent hotel and excellent service and hospitality! Would love to come back again!

Mgallery Bodrum is the one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I would say I am an experienced traveler and the service, facilities, and property were absolutely stunning. I went with my parents, we were celebrating my mother’s bday and my anniversary. They had a birthday cake waiting for my mom upon check-in, and giant bouquet for her and I to celebrate our occasions. Baris, the hotel event manager, and Nazli upgraded us to a suite upon check-in and had the rooms decorated with balloons, flowers and a small dessert. The restaurants and food were so good, especially with Faruk’s attention to detail and Gizem, Ricep’s excellent service. The pool was immaculate, clean and had a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach was gorgeous too, beautifully manicured. The beach has a few rocks but had a shallow sand bar to hang out. The spa was amazing I got the woman’s experience and my husband did the same for men. Both masseuses were great and we were so relaxed we both fell asleep during our massages! I have no complaints, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!!
