Food is great
Location great and close to marina
Reception very nice and helpful especially a girl called Sultan
Room service is good
The only downside to this hotel is their beach area service, they are the worst ever, even when it’s not crowded the service is horrible. It takes an hour to get a bottle of water, I’m not kidding.
However the hotel is good and would go back someday

The hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately on more than 4 occasions the staff were rude to us . It is clear and evident that the staff here us people of colour different. The management was most apologetic and informed us that some staff would be fired immediately. However nothing was and can be done to undo how we felt. Great place but I'll never ever recommend it or stay there again

The hotel design and lobby is wonderful, but unfortunately the housekeeping service is not really good! The beach is amazing, big shoutout to Yusuf the manager, he is exceptional!

I just finished a memorable stay at M Gallery! I travel a lot and have never gotten this amazing service anywhere! My daughter just mentioned to them it was my birthday and her anniversary, and they were waiting for us with a birthday cake and 2 huge beautiful flower bouquets and had our rooms decorated with balloons too! They went above and beyond in every service they gave us! The pool was beautiful and all the facilities were immaculate! Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming! Farrukh the restaurant manager was amazing in the way he attended to us and always trying to please the guests with much attention to you! Baris and Nazlee were so sweet in how they arranged the cake and flowers and had everyone in staff participate in singing to me and many thanks to both of them for arranging this and upgrading our rooms!Thanks to Farrukh and Gezem for excellent service in the restaurant and to all staff for their hospitality! I truly recommend this hotel if you want to be pampered and who doesn’t want that! Excellent hotel and excellent service and hospitality! Would love to come back again!

Mgallery Bodrum is the one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I would say I am an experienced traveler and the service, facilities, and property were absolutely stunning. I went with my parents, we were celebrating my mother’s bday and my anniversary. They had a birthday cake waiting for my mom upon check-in, and giant bouquet for her and I to celebrate our occasions. Baris, the hotel event manager, and Nazli upgraded us to a suite upon check-in and had the rooms decorated with balloons, flowers and a small dessert. The restaurants and food were so good, especially with Faruk’s attention to detail and Gizem, Ricep’s excellent service. The pool was immaculate, clean and had a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach was gorgeous too, beautifully manicured. The beach has a few rocks but had a shallow sand bar to hang out. The spa was amazing I got the woman’s experience and my husband did the same for men. Both masseuses were great and we were so relaxed we both fell asleep during our massages! I have no complaints, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and it exceeded all my expectations! The staff here are incredibly attentive and helpful. Their warm welcome and continuous assistance made my stay truly exceptional.
The beach is fantastic with lots of space, chairs, and very attentive staff. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and taking in the stunning coastal views.
The pool area is equally impressive, offering a serene escape. The infinity pool seems to blend seamlessly with the horizon, providing a breathtaking experience.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect blend of relaxation and attentive service. 👌🏖️🏊♂️

Amazing hotel & amenities. The Four Seasons of Bodrum and the best boutique hotel, aesthetically, outside of Europe! Reminded me of the Dolder hotel Zurich with a state of the art Artworks. Sadly, all this high accolade was unmatched by one senior personnel. As you will find in other reviews here, service satisfaction at this establishment varies from 1 star to 5 stars- hence pay attention! This is the standard that sets apart this establishment from the established international luxury brands. It takes just one bad apple amongst the customer facing senior staff to set the rot and create that unique story which MGallery would rather forget. The hotel needs to re-examine & re-visit "Each of our teammates is recruited after passing the necessary interviews and training is provided on Turkish hospitality." Question is will they persue their enquiry and also invest in corrective measures when guests highlight a pure red flag or will their reassurance be just lip service from guest relations? And I am not even referring to the restricted vegetarian choice of the menu nor the small irritating issues one may face during their stay.

We came in June with a big group of us, and the customer service and whole team in the hotel were incredible throughout. They made us feel very special and looked after - everyone was very helpful over a busy period and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We can't wait to come again! Amazing location, amazing team and will see you again soon. Thank you.

Overall the hotel is set in a beautiful location, not far from the marina and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was not too busy either (we went mid September) which was nice. However there is some room for improvement as it is a new hotel.
There could be more variety of food, fresh seafood/meat options made on the outdoor grill would be great for lunches. We noticed that appetisers costed more than the main dishes at the beach bar and the portions were very small. The website said the beach bar had sushi but it was not on the menu.
The hotel could offer a shuttle service to the marina as we could not book ahead local taxis and often had to wait around 30 minutes for taxis making us late for dinner reservations.
There should be complimentary water offered at the beach as most 5 star resorts provide this. The music at the beach was often quite loud and did not fit the relaxing vibe of the hotel.
Our room was nice and a good size but we were missing a rug. We had a turndown service on night 1 but then never again.
Also, we had asked the hotel to book us a hotel car to take us to the airport. They did not and we were then delayed in getting to the airport which was stressful to end our trip.

The service quality is just excellent, very caring staff, and it has also the best beach in the district, I’d strongly recommend staying at least a night in this hotel.
