Sirene Luxury Hotel Bodrum

The Room size is big but the AC is not good enough.
The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were not. I asked for an extra pillow but they didn't bring it.
The room view in the booking was partially sea view while it wasn't and you needed to jump to see the sea.
My room was in parking area, I don't recommend this floor for anyone.
The breakfast was below average and didn't meet the 5 star standard.
The beach wasn't clean with many sharp stones, and needed swimming shoes to get in.
The indoor and outdoor pool water is cold without a heater and I wasn't able to swim there.
No walking destination attraction area.
We had to request a golf car every time we needed to go to beach and sometimes they are late in responding specially to go back from the beach.
Some of the staff are trying to be friendly but the majority are not.
I spent around $300 / night including brakfast and i believe it doesn't worth more than this value.

We had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that had numerous insects. When we informed the staff, their reaction was completely indifferent, as if this was a normal occurrence. There was no proper compensation or even a sincere apology offered.

The next day, they moved us to another room, where we found insects as well. We requested to speak with the general manager since none of the staff took action, but our request was ignored, and we never received a response. The lack of customer care throughout our stay was evident and deeply frustrating.

While the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was good, these positives were completely diminished by the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and overall lack of customer care.

When we first arrived they have asked us for 100 euro for my 4 year child and they have refused to accommodate us after our long flight which I agreed to pay. Then when we got to our room, it was not a beach view as I have booked. After long debate they have changed it. The house keeping is very poor they have changed our sheets with one with a blood. You will never find the minimum requirement of hygiene and house keeping in this place. I have photos of all of their dirty sheets and housekeeping. Very expensive and not even close to be luxury.

The reception they lack professionalism which the guests. The breakfast is good but it is very difficult to find enough employees to help out.

I tried nicely multiple times to make my stay better and I feel sorry to write this review.
