Spektr Boutique Hotel & Spa

This place should get 5 stars because the property is really beautiful and the staff is kind and helpful mostly. We enjoyed the room. Extremely fancy and modern. The gym is also clean and well equipped. But the reason we chose this place is because they advertised having a spa which we discovered was closed on arrival. To compensate, they promised us a "free fruit plate" which they charged us for the day we checked out. The room turnover was minimal so we were constantly dealing with no water or dirty cups. And no one speaks English so getting any request fulfilled was nearly impossible. For example, I called for "scissors" and found myself with a "Caeser" salad ten minutes later. The day we checked out they made us late for the airport taking 20 minutes to check the minibar and charge us for all the "complimentary perks" they promised us. The last night we called to let them know we needed to check out early in the morning. They told us they had been "trying to get a hold of us for days" for a room upgrade. We wouldn't have accepted, but we were at the room and breakfast all the time and quite easy to find. And thankfully we didn't accept the upgrade because they probably would have charged us for it. Instead of a room upgrade, we would have appreciated a seamless check out to make our morning flight and simply honoring a complimentary fruit plate and some mini bar items or something.
