Atii Garden Bungalows

We came for one night with the kids to experience the north side of the island.
The place is beautiful, well maintained, courteous services and amenities, the breakfast is excellent, and the star of the place is Gil, the owner of the hotel, who went out of his way to make our short stay comfortable and enjoyable with great recommendations, and tips for beach activities and places to see.
highly recommend. We will definitely come back again.

Nice serene place with lots of trees and foliage. Rooms and bathroom are big and functional. Breakfast is good and made to order especially french toast and Avocado toast.

The Bungalows are located in a very nice location close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the facilities.
Breakfast was tasty and delicious.
The garden is beautiful and creates perfect shade during the hottest time of the day. So you can enjoy a beverage at the restaurant.
Staff are friendly, polite and welcoming. Big thanks to Fatima (at the reception). We will definitely go back and the place is highly recommended.

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff were more than accommodating and even called in someone at 8pm to fix our air conditioner.
The rooms were SUPER clean, no bugs, nothing. And the atmosphere was my favorite part, it was so serene and every time I would leave the room or come back to the room I was in awe at the beauty. Awesome location too, short and easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend Atii Garden Bungalows to anyone!!

I absolutely LOVE it here! So pretty, tranquil and chic. The rooms are gorgeous and look out onto the lush, tropical garden. Breakfast is delicious and beautifully presented. Staff are super friendly, relaxed and attentive. The beach is a 2 min walk away, and we rent sunbeds easily on the beach each day so it really doesn't matter that Atii isn't beachfront. 10/10 recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. I recommend this place so much. People here are so nice, very helpful and smiling. Far away from big touristic places, you’ll find quiet, amazing breakfast, just near the beach !

We only stayed here for one night but we wish we stayed for longer. They were so welcoming and friendly, the roomes were so pretty and the breakfast delicious with a huge choice. Could not have been better.

as the name suggests it's a garden in Nungwi: the location is super cause we were 2 minutes from the first beach and 4 minutes from the second one.
The local staff is amazing and super nice! The owners too ! Big up to the person (I think he is from Zanzibar) in the reception who brought us a chapati after I said that I wanted to taste one. thanks again
The room was big with a lovely terrace and the bathroom was so nice.
& if you love cats and monkeys, you will be in the right place.

p.s: in Nungwi there is a high level of humidity that's why you will be glad to have fans in the room. just a smaaaaall thing : wanted to have a night stand on both sides of the bed 🙊

Perfect location, friendly staff and beautiful room with view on the garden! And they also serve the best breakfast. Just had a lovely stay here! Highly recommended

The best hotel ever!
Beautiful rooms and good vibes, great food and a lovely staff that helps you with everything you need.
The beach is very close- just a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and there is a shop and a lovely bar just next to it, which is very convenient.
I had a great experience staying at Ati garden, and if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your vacation in the best possible way, I totally recommend this place.
