TUI Blue Bahari Zanzibar

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Tui Blue Bahari Hotel! Our whole experience was faultless. The staff were very friendly and helpful…they deserve to be complimented ( unfortunately too many names to mention each individually). Special thanks to the General Manager, Reda Sweed, for ensuring that this hotel is a peaceful and spotless retreat. Thanks also for your good wishes

The facility is very clean and large and beautiful with many options. Generally the food and drink quality is very good and there are food and drink options with additional payment if you want something more than the base.

The crowd in the resort was mostly European and although it is very kid friendly it was not chaotic at all.

We had a junior sweet and it was really good with a great view and a balcony - the only thing that could have been nice to have would be snacks in the mini bar and more toiletries (only had shampoo, shower gel, liquid hand soap and one shower cap)

I asked for a couple of shower caps after I had used the existing one which was never provided - and I did miss having a solid soap, and other toiletries.

The staff were very nice but service was pretty slow specially in the beach lounges and around the pool with the bar drinks/ service

The location of this resort is in an area where there is very low tide during the days and you have to walk a long distance to get to the water.

We've just left this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect and more than perfect. The rooms were clean and modern. The bedding was comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were too good and varied, with a wide choice. The evening entertainment was great and the show was every night. The service was impeccable and the staff very friendly and smiling. We'd like to thank Mohamed, who runs the place. He was very attentive to our needs and very friendly . We really appreciate the level of the service offered by this hotel. We'll definitely be back

I was very impressed with the hotel. It really is big with a lovely pool and some restaurants. I loved the effort the ladies took to make the room up differently everyday with a fancy folded bedspread and flowers. The Bahari offered plenty so if you were happy to just chill at your hotel I think you'd be happy. We had quite a few excursions and most took at least an hour to get there.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! We stayed in a beach villa so close to the pool area. We had amazing house keeping and entertainment every night.

We got offered flowers for the room and coconuts to drink while relaxing by a beautiful big pool.

We got to experience a fitness session which was really awesome! All the staff are super friendly, the food is amazing with many different options as well!

Can’t complain! :) my husband and I had a lovely honeymoon and would definitely come back.

I just got back from my vacation! We spent 9 days at this hotel and I can only recommend it. The staff was amazing. Always helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The attention to detail was what made my stay beautiful! Special thanks to our bar staff by the beach. Jeremy and Hadje were amongst the people that stood out to us (hope I got the names right)! Also Riyab the restaurant manager was super friendly and helpful and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed!
Staff always looked out for us and they really work hard to make your stay pleasant and they do it with a smile. From gardener to cleaning crew to servers, they are all amazing! The grounds and rooms are clean. So are the restaurants.
The hotel has amazing views and the beach is also nice.
The only thing I’d have to critique is that there’s an extra charge for an early check in. After traveling 25 hours it would’ve been nice to be able to get into your room. A 100$ charge seemed a bit overpriced. However, there was a welcome center with a nice changing room and shower so we were able to change and wash up and enjoy a beach day before the rooms were ready.
I told everyone I would be back and I hope I get to plan a second stay with this beautiful hotel!

The hotel was fantastic except that it is not wheelchair friendly.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet could have catered more of a variety. No seafood was served at the buffet except for Tuna and Cob.

Just stay at TUI Blue Bahari Zanzibar and we love it. Rooms are very nice, the food excellent. We had aromatherapy massage and for me it was so far the best.
Our maid was very nice. We meet Javier is very attentive.
