My room was gross. Smelled like mold and cigarettes. Shower barely had water pressure. Half the channels were blocked out on basic cable. Air conditioner was loud and kept me up.
Service was solid and bed was reasonably comfortable.

This place smells steal, out dated, carpets dirty, bathroom the size of a closet, our room door won’t close properly, you have to shove the door really hard for it to stay closed, they gave my room away, i paid for a 2 bed and the lady at the front tonight said they had no more available…. They did nothing to accommodate their mistake. The lady didn’t want to unlock the door so i can check in, i was ringing the bell intercom and she just kept working on her computer, i had to ring bell 5 to 6 times before she would even put her head up to see what I wanted. Horrible place, if i wanted a dated poor service hotel I could have paid my money on purpose for one, this was a horrible start to my family vacation, glad i only needed to stay for one night…. never again would i stay here horrible and terrible….. no good

We reserved a double bed room. Upon checkin, they told us that there were no more double rooms available for us. As we entered the room, it reeked of smoke. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated. The refrigerator was disgustingly dirty and didn't work. Breakfast was disgusting. They advertise a free shuttle to the airport, but it has to be reserved and they said it's fully booked. No manager to be found to talk to.

After a long travel day that included a missed connection, my fiance and adult son stayed here on Saturday, May 20. We had 2 rooms. We were rebooked by the airlines on an early morning flight. We were scheduled to take the 5:30 a.m. shuttle from the hotel to the airport. My 21 year old son almost overslept but he stumbled downstairs ready for another travel day.
It wasn't until we got home that he realized he left his college ring on the nightstand of his room. He immediately called Sunday night. He was told housekeeping was gone for the day. He called again the next day. This time he was told the housekeeper who cleaned his room didn't work that day and that only the head housekeeper could access lost and found. By Tuesday, May 23, when he called, he got a completely different story.
I know it was his carelessness in the early morning hours that caused all of this but I'm so disappointed in the response of this hotel to his inquiries about his ring (which he had only had a couple of months). Management knows who cleaned his room. We would just like a straight answer if this person has even been questioned.
If I have any control over where I stay in the future in Denver, it certainly won't be here. So very upset over how this situation has been handled.

Came here to stay before a flight. The room was nice and clean. The pool was very close to the room. I love how Hyatt rooms have a ton of space. The service here was amazing and what compelled me to write a review. The host that checked me in was very nice and just made me feel welcomed. Then later at 9 at night I asked for a crib and was delivered one and the host delivered it and was very respectful and quiet it was awesome! 5/5 would stay here again

Evie at the front desk (I hope I spelled her name right) was amazing... Friendly, helpful & her smile brightened my day... Comfy rooms & quality staff will bring me back again...

Got there at the end of a terrible day and they made us feel amazing. Super caring, friendly, and attentive staff. Close proximity to the airport and everything you'll need for dining and your-luggage-didn't-make-it-on-the-plane-with-you issues. The rooms are a nice size, very clean and well furnished. This is not a 5-star hotel but it has easily a 5-star staff and service.

Despite being called an airport hotel it's about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport. Longer with traffic. They do have a shuttle that runs every 45 minutes to and from the airport though.
Definitely great service, the beds were a bit stiff. The free coffee in the morning is worth noting as being better than other places I have had.

This place went into my friends room and checked her out of the room after telling her they had extended her reservation, waited for us to leave and then removed all of our stuff from the room without our permission and put it in the office up front because HER CREDIT CARD DECLINED...my friend literally has well over 40,000 points and is a higher ranked member with them and this is how they treated her for a decline. No phone call to ask for a different card, nothing!!! Checked us out of the room without a word or heads up and didn't even bother to leave a note or explain where our stuff was or why we all of a sudden didn't have a hotel room to sleep in and instead were forced to sleep in our car in the cold. Despicable. Terrible service. No care at a for their guests. Literally created a nightmare over something any other hotel with even just one star rating would have handled with a simple phone call instead of creating a huge problem and violating our privacy and trapping us in the cold after it was too late to even get a different room because nobody said anything the entire day and it was late when we came back. I've never been more blown away by an experience than this one! Unprofessional and disrespectful. You are just a dollar sign to this hotel, not a person. And they have no problem showing it too. I will never ever go here again. Ever. Very disappointed I used to like this hotel. Until this of course. The front desk staff is the main problem here, especially the male who works mornings. Terrible person. Do your self a favor and turn around and walk out and go ANYWHERE else if you want to be treated even somewhat civily.

The room was ok,could have bigger beds,when we called to reserve room asked if they had a pool,yes they said,but nobody could tell us the pool was not working or open,as we had 4 kids that were excited to play in the pool. The people at front desk helping people should let people know these things, when a person spends good money they should have have access to everything.never again will we stay with Hyatt place.needless to say they did not offer anything or a price change as they should have,all they could say is sorry.
