Pine Ridge Inn

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at the Pine Ridge Inn and were very impressed. The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel in that there are only 2 floors with a limited number of rooms. Unlike a traditional B&B where you have contact with the owner, there is a front desk with helpfull staff. The room is really beautiful. It's very large- a bedroom with 4 poster bed, a separate living area with fireplace, deck, 2 sink areas, large tub and separate shower and toilet room. It isn't downtown so you need a car but that wasn't a problem for us at all. The hotel was a very short drive to all the local places I wanted to visit yet we had privacy in our location. The breakfasts were home made but it is cook's choice only. I wasn't expecting this as there wasn't any mention of that policy on the website. If you are a picky eater like me, only eat pancakes, waffles, bread, peanut butter, cold cereal, you'll have a problem as no substitutes were offered. Of the 5 mornings I was there, I had pancakes twice and was unable to eat the rest of the breakfasts offered. At a traditional bed and breakfast, I would have been offered bread and butter or jam or at least asked if there was anything they had in the kitchen that might be more acceptable. In all fairness however, my husband is not a picky eater and he enjoyed his breakfasts. Our son just moved to Bend and we will be needing a place to stay on a regular basis but I am torn about rebooking the Pine Ridge Inn because of the breakfast issue. My husband would happily stay here again and I actually wish I didn't have "breakfast troubles" so I could feel the same way. But if you aren't difficult like me, I think you will be extremely happy with this hotel and I thought the price was very fair.

Located outside of Bend Center, you'll need a car to get around. Very quiet. The room was spacious and clean.

very accommodating- roomy - nice touch with the fireplace. I wish it had a stronger water pressure in the shower. The Original Pancake House was across the street. Our room was very quiet and with the curtains pulled- it was a dark room when sleeping- loved it

Usually, I stay with family during my visits to Bend. However, this trip required me to seek accommodation elsewhere. Favoring boutique hotels over chain ones, I looked into my choices and found the Pine Ridge Inn, which had excellent reviews and an ideal location. I was amazed at the size of the room and the amenities. Breakfast consisted of amazing items from a local bakery! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay in Bend, I highly recommend Pine Ridge Inn.

Loved this hotel. We got upgraded to the suite and wow what a room. Double balcony, gorgeous views and super large. Bed was so comfortable and the room was so quite. Huge bathroom and plenty of storage space. Has a gas fire too so cold nights will be super cosy. Other rooms looked spacious and hotel was very clean. If I had one thing I would criticise is breakfast. Choice is extremely limited, lady can be a tiny bit abrupt and I feel they would do better doing some deal with the pancake house and not offer or upgrade what they do offer. Staff on reception are very friendly and the free drink was a great touch. Would definitely stay here again.

High quality accommodation and good quality coffee both in our room and during breakfast. Nice touch being offered a glass of Oregon wine on checking in. Quiet at night so got a good night's sleep on both nights. Some restaurants are walking distance such as the fun bangers and brews. No servicing of the room during our stay which seems to be an increasing practice in many hotels yet no savings are passed on to the customer. No duty staff at night so unsure of what would happen in an emergency.

We were very impressed and felt like this was one of the best places to stay in Bend! The room was spacious and beautiful and the location felt secluded for being so close to local hotspots.

A family member added the Romance package onto our stay and that really put the cherry on top of our experience. The service was impecable.

Our only hesitations were minor. Some of the light fixtures were cobwebby, one of the sink drains was clogged, and the hot water for a bath was not quite hot enough.

Otherwise, this was hands down the most luxurious, hidden-gem hotel in Bend.

Perfect place to go to get away from all the stressors in life. Clean and spacious rooms that put you in the perfect state of mind if you want to get away from it all. Rooms have a fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and shower with separate toilet room, balcony with river view that is also hidden from the hussle and bussle of the stressful life. You feel like a member of the royal family that was able to slip away from the public eye with full confidence that nobody would be able to find you if you wanted to hide out for a month or more. If you have a dog or other furry companion.. they are more than welcome to tag along wherever you go without complaint. A little quiet Oasis in an otherwise roaring existence on this earth. "Just lovely" is how my little one explained it to me.. and I can't agree more.
