First I want to note that I spent a week here in the middle of winter, so this may impact my decision in terms of location and amenities.

Stayed here with a friend during a work related getaway. We found the suite to be spacious and clean. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Mostly a full kitchen just small. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in an awkward corner room with had no view of anything at all, just the construction site in the back. Maybe this was due to the size of the unit. But we barely got light due to being in a corner.

I also had to fight with the water in the kitchen and shower as it was either scalding or freezing, no in between. That’s not a great shower situation.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a daily offer to make up the room. Great communication with the front desk. The location in general is better for the summer when you can walk around. There’s very little to do there off season, but I was prepared for that.

The layout of this resort doesn’t lend itself to anyone with any extra mobility needs. There are steps just getting up to the main buildings from the parking lot. Perhaps this is accommodated in a different area. However for people with strollers or seniors, overall this establishment would be a challenge.

We stayed as part of the RCI vacation club. It was off season so the cost was reasonable. I’d imagine this place is packed in the summer. They have enough space and amenities to entertain all ages, but it’s mostly for adults. Good WiFi single and it’s free. If you’re looking for TV options, you’re stuck with cable. There’s no option for streaming.

Overall it was a nice visit and it’s recommended for couples or work related travel.

We were very impressed with the place. Our window face the ocean and that was beautiful. It was so nice to wake up to that. We enjoy it so much.

We were centrally located and enjoyed our Falmouth Harbor Walks. There was plenty of room in our unit, even though there was one bedroom and one bathroom. We loved the surrounding towns, the restaurants, and the museums!

We visited in November so I'm sure it's very different in season. Right across from the ferry . very centrally located to ferry and town. We had a studio apt. which was fine. Had all amenities including coffee. Staff friendly and well informed. Only problem was one day our room was not made up. Couldn't figure out why. If you have disabilities, be on the first floor. Also, whirlpool, indoor pool and gym are located on another site, which was not made clear in information we received in mail before we left because if I had known, we would have brought my bathing suits. That I found annoying. But in summer, there's a pool on premises. In general, seems like a good place.

Great service. The staff really know the town and where is a good place to grab a bite to eat. We gotta go back in the warmer months.

This is our second stay. Stayed in the smaller building in a one bedroom with full kitchen. Very comfy and clean. Next time, I may request a second floor room due to noise from upstairs. I'm sure the folks upstairs have no idea that their walking around sounds like a family of horses. Toilet flushes and running water are loud. The mattress could stand a replacement as well. These are our only quibbles with the resort, which is staffed by wonderful people.

Had to be relocated to this location because of power outage, staff are all very friendly. Good location just wish this location had the indoor pool... rooms are really nice not what I expected! Wish the living room TV was bigger, but everything is clean and well maintained, enjoy the hardwood floors over carpeting, and dimmable lights are a good touch.
