Overall a nice place. Skipped breakfast as it is too expensive. Had to pay $15 for parking as a diamond member and in a parking garage. That wasn't pleasant. The business center is a corner of the lobby and wasn't working. Not worth the money even though it was booked on points. The pool looks nice but why would I bring kids here and spend $20 per kid to eat breakfast. Overall a downer and I will choose the Hilton property across the parking lot next time.

I've been here twice. And the staff is always great. The rooms are very, very clean. The only complaint I have is their pool... it has sooo much chlorine in it. I had trouble breathing. I haven't been down to the pool yet on this trip. But hopefully, someone addressed the issue after the last trip.

Reserved a room online like I always do with Hilton. I kept getting texts asking to check in via code to be scanned to get into our room and skip the front desk. Wouldn’t let me do that. Was told when I called and asked that I had to go through a certain way to reserve the room to do that. Okay then why send me texts asking me to skip front desk? 🤷♀️Have stayed at a few Hilton’s before. Called multiple times before check in date asking for early check in, the day before a person agreed to add the notes requesting it. When arriving was then informed about the per day parking fees and hold fees on my card and also the garage parking not allowed to park near the door. When stated I’m handicapped then was told oh okay you can leave your car here. The room they gave my best friend and I the beds were so low to the floor we were in more pain and it was hard getting up and down off the beds. The beds were literally sitting on the floor. The beds, the mattresses, both had dents that would slide you off the bed on all 4 sides. You had to sleep in the middle of the mattresses not to fall off. Was charged twice for parking. When I called today and noticed the charges were immediately thrown on hold and told it would be a while before he could talk to me. Then he threw me on hold then hung up on me. I called back never got a person thrown on hold. Then when he finally picked up he said I’d have to take the charges up with my bank that he’s been there 3 years and I there is no manager there and that the 2nd charge won’t go through. 🤷♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I’m also a “Hilton honors member “ have yet to get any points or anything off for always staying at the Hilton locations.

Dirty rooms, trash bags with days, old food lining the hallways and in front of the elevators. The room also smells so bad when I came in I had to spray a quarter of a bottle of perfume around the room just to get rid of whatever that rank smell was Ice machines don’t work. They make you pay almost $20 for a very very mediocre breakfast buffet (which is far as I could tell, were the exact same food items that were left over from the day before ) and the room service that they claim to have is nonexistent. I paid for a $20 waffle and had to spit it out and throw it away. They also charge you $15 a night to park in the parking garage across.the street- which is not controlled by any type of security so if you show up after dark, you and your safety are on your own If you think you’re getting a room with the bathtub, think again you’re gonna get a very low pressure shower that also doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in the past century. Staff ignore you.. And please don’t think you can eat here. The food is absolutely in edible. The sheets are paper, thin and scratchy, Wi-Fi and television is spotty at best. Ice machines don’t work, and there are no vending machines that I could find.
For what they are charging per night I would definitely find a better option. Hilton Garden Inn has a lot of work to do and I strongly suggest you find somewhere else.

Pros: The hotel has an overall “grand” ambiance, we enjoyed the modern western decor. The rooms are nicely decorated and quiet. Gym is nice and has nice indoor pool. Location was central to what we needed.
Cons: Breakfast (which is basically continental) is about $20 a person and that price is not clear (not posted, check in staff did not inform) until you get the bill. When we called customer service, gentleman was rude. Manager did contact us due to the complaint, but basically just repeated that breakfast is not free. Pillows are lumpy. Parking is $15 a day.

We had our family reunion there for the past 2 years and it has been an excellent place to stay. The hospitality is excellent, the food is excellent, and the hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. I would recommend this to anyone.

My wife and son spent the night there recently. They were pampered and treated really well. Keyshawn (at the front desk) especially went up and above to provide exceptional service for them. They enjoyed everything immensely from the room to the pool to the wonderful breakfast. Great place to stay for sure!!

We held a family reunion at the Hilton Garden. It's a very elegant facility. The conference room is very Texas and fit in great with our family reunion them. The staff was timely and accommodating. The catering service provided delicious food. It was the 2nd time we used this hotel to host our family reunion.
