Residence Inn Harrisburg Hershey

We stayed here overnight to attend a concert at Hershey Stadium, it was my first time actually staying at a Marriott, but every employee we interacted with was absolutely wonderful. I wanted to give my thanks to everyone there. When we got there, we arrived early and they worked to get us into a room so we didn’t have to wait. They happened to be training someone at that time and apologized, but it was definitely no issue at all! While we were waiting to see if we could get into a room we had a great conversation with the front manager on duty Saturday August 2nd, and they got us into a room! The next day when we checked out, August 3rd, we were greeted by an awesome woman who was super sweet and helped us out with some bottles of soda and checking out. I have always stayed in Hilton’s and never had this kind of sweet customer service and hospitality. It was certainly so memorable and I will now make it a point to stay at Marriott’s and I really hope this reaches those employees that helped us out because they are AWESOME and deserve so much recognition!!

Stayed here for a night after a concert at Hershey. Kenneth checked us in, and he was fantastic! Very personable. I reserved a king standard, and we got a 2 room loft suite. It was clean and very nice! We got an Uber to and from the event (cheaper than the cost of parking). The pool is nice. We would definitely stay there again. The only bad thing is there's no restaurants within walking distance, and the town closes early.

My family of three booked a one bedroom suite for our trip to Hershey Park. Check-in process was quick and easy and we were given an option of which floor we wanted to be on. The suites are housed in a separate building with parking directly in front of it. Our room, on the third floor, was clean and comfortable. The bed was actually really comfortable. The shampoo/body wash was lovely. The hotel was approx 12 minutes from Hershey park making it an easy trip there. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and we opted to use the indoor as it was empty and in our building. Drinking fountain with water bottle fill was available too which came in handy.

Our stay was great! Our studio suite was very roomy with a full kitchen. The entire premises was very clean. Both pools were very clean and not busy at all. Breakfast was also convenient and sufficient. Every staff member was super friendly. It was our first stay here and overall it was impressive.

We used thier upstairs room for a birthday party and the room was great. The rate we got is $150 and we got it from 3-11 and it included an over night room rental and coffee and tea...only problem was that the room and over night room were dirty. They happier changed our room and unfortunately the party room was very hot even after having the front desk turning the ac on. But regardless is a very great deal and room for a small party!

One of the BEST Marriott experiences I have ever had!! The most charming staff!! Especially Kenny up front!!! The room was huge, there was an indoor and outdoor, mini basketball court and gym!! Tons of local food less than ten minutes away. Constant staff and workers. I usual don’t like residence inns but this was a top stop regardless of the name!!!
