DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Niagara Falls New York

My husband and I stayed here for a night and both got leg injury by the stupid design of the bed, the corner is extended and very sharp… when the sheet covers it you don’t see it but when your leg goes by it just hurts the leg. Very sad that the second day we cannot walk to the falls to see the view anymore because of the injury. Service is fine, location is good. This bed design should be reconsidered for safety. Can’t imagine if a child hits it.

Staying at this hotel and have not even found a single good thing about this hotel except the location! Zero stars in hospitality!
1. No bell boy so you have to carry all your luggage to the room and then get back the luggage trolley to the reception.
2. No milk option for lactose intolerant person - this is surprising and this is probably the 1st time I am hearing this in years. Also, no efforts to even try to get it for someone who is allergic to regular milk.
3. If you want water, come pay and get from the reception. They can’t deliver to your room and charge it on room.

In few hours already a no on everything, to be honest I don’t know why I paid 700$ for 2 nights. They need some serious lessons in hospitality and need to hire more people!

Give this hotel a miss. No point paying 700$ and getting no service! There must be better options, cheaper than this!
