Fireside Resort was fantastic. It was walking distance to the best baker, Persephone, with incredible coffee, pastries, etc. & a small specialty grocery store. The bus to Jackson Mt Resort to ski was a quick walk away and nordic trails for XC skiing were within walking distance as well. The cabins were so darling and perfect. Every morning we walked to the bakery for breakfast and coffee, then some of us took the bus to downhill ski, while others walked to the XC ski trails. We ended every afternoon in the Fireside hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

We had reservations the night before last. A Thursday for tent camping with people we ride with. We went to Thermopolis instead and headed down yesterday. When we called to reserve a spot they asked what size our camper is. We explained it's a pop up we pull behind the motorcycle. We were told they don't
tent camping. Funny they were willing to take our money the night before. And we have pics of at least 5 tents there since that's what our buddies were in. We're the only ones in our group with a camper.

We were fortunate to find this camping spot in the winter, in the Jackson Hole area (we have a camper van and stayed at a RV site). There was a lot of snow on the ground, so I can't speak to the camp sites except they were plowed every day. The bathrooms on the other hand were very nice (my understanding was they were recently remodeled), the nicest bathrooms I've ever encountered at a campground. 4 starts out of 5 only because the humidity in the bathroom was pretty high, and a better fan/ventilation system is needed to dry it out. We'll definitely stay there again if we need winter camping.

Fantastic cabin, great staff and really cozy abodes! It's not the four seasons, of course, but for the price and proximity to Teton village it's great. Good bed, nice fire place, hot showers and a little kitchenette is all you need for a few days. Will be back!

Love this place! Beautiful location, beautiful cabins all nicely kept perfect place to stay!
However... be careful booking your room if you have a special occasion. Quick run down, I booked a cabin for a 4 night stay for my honeymoon 6 months in advance. Got a great price! Then a month before my wedding they called and said they couldn't accommodate our stay due to repairs needed. I explained it was our honeymoon, and they apologized. They were very sincere.
Here's where my eyebrow raised. I checked the price, and it was currently 3x more than what I booked it for. I asked if that was the reason why, because I got a good deal on it. They said no, of course not. I said "okay", but if I find out you guys have guests during that time, I'm not gonna be very happy. " They again reassured that repairs were needed. I said okay. End of of story, right? Ehh, not really.
They called me the next day saying that they could accommodate us after all! But at that point, I had already made other arrangements...
Personally, I feel like we got pushed because we got a good price on the room. Who knows?
Just don't bank a special occasion on booking here. I do plan on staying there again sometime in the future, just not for anything where any stakes are involved.

Really enjoyed the cabins and the location. It was quiet and peaceful and a great place to travel with dogs. Room service/cleaning is an extra $35 every time they come, if you don't pay extra they don't clean. For what you're paying a night (which is pricey), to be charged for any cleaning was very unexpected. Otherwise, it's a good option just outside of town for people traveling with their pets.

Stayed in a cabin. Sleek interiors, very comfortable, well maintained, friendly helpful staff. But I gave these 5-star cabins only 3 stars only because of the constant RV traffic running in and out of the large RV park out back right between and next to all the cabins. For such smart, well-maintained cabins, I cannot guess who would think it would be a great idea to run a parade of RVs, trailers, and cars 10 feet from your screen door kicking up dust and road noise. Knuckle-head layout. At the price being charged for these cabins, would not recommend staying in these otherwise great cabins.

Wonderful stay. The Wedge Cabins are built like "tiny homes" of the same craze. Each has a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Very comfortable and cozy. Fireplace in the living room. There is a lot of natural light with high ceilings and several windows. You have a front porch with large sliding glass doors. You also have your own fire pit just off the front porch. It's nice, as the cabins are close to each other but situated so you still have reasonable privacy. There is a gas grill on the porch also. You park your car right at your cabin. The resort has a hot tub. The wifi was pretty fast and reliable. The location is great, as you're in between the town of Jackson and Teton Village. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
