You will find all the services you get from a 5 stars hotel but in a way and location that are both unique. 5 stars are not enough for this place. This is one of those spots that takes a special place in our memories. The location is definitely fantastic, probably the best desert spot in the UAE: high dunes, amazing colors, unspoiled nature stretching till the eye can see. There's no doubt it's a very nice hotel but it can do better. If you're travelling from Dubai the standard of hotels is very high and there are small details that could be improved. Overall the staff are good but F&B service is slow or understaffed in the restaurants, staff could be better trained, and the food is very average - don't call french fries triple cooked chips if they are french fries....

This is the best resort i ever stayed in my life so far. Each of the team members who assisted us went way beyond from arrival to check-in and show us to our room to make our stay so perfect and memorable. If i have a chance to be back in UAE, i will definitely to be back there again.
