Also it is just by the sea, so you can take towels from reception, go across the street and here you are. Beach club is just great, service is very proactive, food is good. We will come here again definitely :)

S to all the comments that there are stairs to get to the beach- stop being lazy, im 110kg and i had no issue going up and down 3 times a day!!! This place is worth every penny

The most beautiful view, wonderful food, and hospitable staff!! Just steps from the beach, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel. The rooms are very nice and have a/c units and great showers

We had such a wonderful time here. It's a lovely location and beautiful room with a fantastic view of the Ionian sea and 2 minute walk to the beach

There are some starts to get to the beach, but all worth it

Wonderful suite ( 301) spacious, private balcony, spotless. The family who runs Napolan could not be nicer and quickly responded to all our needs. The Mom is a super cook and made us a wonderful dinner and breakfast

Hotel is directly on the beach, in the end of the promenade. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony, sea view. The place is quiet, no loud music etc. There are good places to eat in the village

the beach right across the pedestrian street is amazing, beautiful and calm. we loved the small balcony overlooking the small beach; the breakfast was ok

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Qeparo. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Albania

they sent a man with a motorcycle cart to help us with out bags as the hotel is at the end of a pedestrian only road which helps the ambiance to be very chill and relaxed

Not luxury, but exactly what we needed- clean place to sleep in with a fantastic view off the balcony for early evening sundowners. Breakfast and a sunbed were included in the very reasonable rate

Breakfast was perfect with great Petula. The beach and sea were great with clear waters and families all around. All of this within less than 100 meters

It was very good the serving and staff but i didnt get any Free Breakfast ! ( Cause you say that breakfast is included ) Anyways The advantage was that I can be near the Beach Music was cool Food was amazing Only you should update your Air Condicioner's (AC) and Wi-Fi should be faster And mabye a TV would be gret in a room Thank you ! Lovely small Hotel in a quiet village directly at the beach. The owner family is very friendly, dinner and breakfast were great. Nice view from the balcony over the sea.

Pizza was excellent, coffee always As I wish, we get also birthsday cake for our daughter And delicious wines And fish. Thank you so much and Hope that maybe we come again

We stayed in the summer Holliday 20 days in Qeparo And we eat and drink every day here. It was great for US to stay here. All persons were very kindly And nice

Potami beach has clear water, something that the south is known for. Beach area was calm and did not feel crowded, music from the beach bars nearby was not loud

Water is deep right away, something to consider if you go with small kids or elderly. Walk to beach is easy or you can go on the golf carts, which were always around

The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful. Pool, landscaping and view from the balcony, all very nice. I would go back to this hotel for sure. We had two rooms and found them to be good size with plenty of storage

We ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant but went went out for dinner in the village, quick 10-15 minute walk for more choices and to explore the area a bit more

We communicated mostly with Ina at reception and Oligerti at the restaurant and they both were nice and courteous

The pool is great for children. Great staff, ready to help in everything. The rooftop Nia is great at night for a drink and best music provided

Pleasant hotel. Nice owners. PERFECT location on the promenade and the beach. The owners have sunbeds and canoes for guests both free of charge.

Owners are really nice and very friendly and very accommodating. Beachfront, water is crystal clear. Beautiful long boulevard full of cafes restaurants gelatos crepes you name it they got it. A must see :)

It's a great hotel with a great view. The staff are very nice and helpful and can be accommodating with most requests. The hotel is on the main strip, in close proximity to most restaurants and grocery stores.

Pretty ugly on the coastline but we arrived late evening and needed a place to sleep. We paid 30 euros including breakfast for two people. Shower was not working but they fixed it immediately

One of the brother owning it could speak good English and was nice. The breakfast was buffet but really nothing special, boiled eggs, cereals, ham, cheese, bread, butter and jam

Amazing place for couples and families. Has a huge garden with open kitchen outside. The strong lady's who run the business do an amazing job there. Food is amazing, location from beach 3 min walking, rooms with sea view

Noisy in the evening - kids are running and screaming until the midnight, after midnight are noisy their drunk parents :D but close to the beach and bars and that sunset

Luiza Guest House is a great place to stay in Borsh. Friendly staff made the stay very pleasant. You can order food from the house kitchen and enjoy the tasty cooking of Luiza and Tana. Rooms are clean and comfortable

The guesthouse was amazing for the money we paid. Sea views and a very chill atmosphere. The owner was very nice to us too.

Price is very good for what you get compared to other places

Better for family than couples or group of friends
