Great location, great service! Beautiful room and very reasonable price. The beach is beautiful, just before you get to the hotel there is a lot of trash that is painful to look at and this luxury place does not care about it.

We had planned to just stay one night in Dhermi. We had such a fantastic time that we decided to stay an extra night. The hotel we were staying at was only available for one night, so we went around to a few other hotels to check availability and they were all booked. really great almost brand new (6 weeks old), hip (think SOHO NYC vibe) boutique hotel. Owner takes care and pride to make sure all is great. Big room, very comfortable bed and pillows, extra large shower, and large TV w Netflix - it was a pleasure to stay there and will again.

The experience was far better than we even expected. The reception greeted us and showed us our rooms and suggested us nearby sightseeings. The panoramic view was amazing.There is a mini market and tavern near the hotel that stay open till late.

Great location,really pleasant and clean rooms, but the think that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff! The view from the room is amazing! The beach is only 5' by car and the center is 2' away! To relax and enjoy the magic of the view, this place is for sure amazing!

Dima, the owner has a heart of gold. He went of his way more than once to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooms are new, beautiful, clean, super comfy and quiet. Beds are so big I rarely saw my partner. Highly recommend this spot if you want a chill quiet spot… the beach is only 5 mins by car.. also has a trail down that takes about 10 mins to walk.

Honestly one of the best restaurants I went to in Albania and Italy. The owners were incredible, food was amazing and on top of everything very reasonably priced.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but stopped by for breakfast a couple times after seeing the restaurant next to the neighboring hotel we were staying in. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, the restaurant is super cute and surrounded by nature, and the food is quality. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Very nice and kind family hotel. They are helpful in every way and the are were very good with me. The room is so clean and comfortable and the view is spotless. Neighborhood market is minutes from the place and the neighborhood itself is wonderful. I highly recommend staying in this place.

Fantastic accommodation for the price, all moden and newly installed bathrooms and bedroom furniture. The views of the mountains from my bedroom door were spectacular. I was there in 4 bed room, which was not so big, but it was cozy and it was clean. Shower was new, water was there, air conditioning was working, breakfasts was cool as well. So what else do u need? The hotel is located in a wonderful place. The best thing there are the nature and deers. The hotel itself is old and definitely requires renovation of the rooms and public spaces. The food was simple and wasn't tasty, The expensive meat was very tough. The breakfast wasn't tasty too. The deers are well-groomed and peaceful. There is an opportunity to play golf and tennis.

There are deer here that you can feed and buy dry corn in bags for them at the reception for 50 lek. A great place and an experience for a lifetime!

This home is located in Old Town Dhermi and had several self contained rooms with ensuites. Our room was quiet and it's only a short drive to Dhermi beach, where we ate our meals and relaxed on the beach. The bed was comfortable.

The property is located in the old town area, very close to the main street. It was sparkling clean. The check in was smooth.
