Lots of space around the pool, but wasn’t lots of people at the time of our holiday. Host Alta and her family were absolutely amazing - they made our stay perfect in every way

Wonderful place, quiet and relaxing. Room was perfect, pillows are the fluffiest! Air conditioning as it was ridiculously hot. Pool was glorious on those hot days

The outside between the garden and vegetable patch is very well looked after. The swimming pool is pleasant and well maintained

So helpful in every way, the stay was made complete because of her hospitality! Great for animal lovers, not loads of animals but chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese, cats and dogs roaming free which we loved

The food was fantastic and very cheap!! I wasn't in the hotel, just the restaurant, absolutely fantastic, beautiful restaurant, fantastic atmosphere, what prices, incredibly large plates for a few euros, very fair prices!!! There is a children's playground next door, lots of fun

The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected

The hotel was spotless, the rooms were very nice and modern, and the service was excellent. There is an indoor and outdoor restart where you can eat excellent food while enjoying the panoramic view of the city

Stayed 2 nights and very pleased. Receptionist could not have any more to help and spoke excellent English. Really nice room, quick WiFi and breakfast included. Lezhe itself is a lovely town

Our first stay in Albania and we were made to feel like we were family Shebra and Luca were lovely. They welcomed us with free beers, gave us a tour of the on-site museum and a taste of his fabulous raki

Hotel Syni Zi its very beautyfull place close to the beach ,the people are very friendly there.The dinner is fresh and I recommend It to families with children.

Very close to the sandy beach, approximately 150m. Sheet and towels changed every three days. Continental breakfast is very good. Parking lot below the building. Food was delicious and really affordable

To all the ratings here, keep in mind that Rafaelo is divided in 3 parts. Rafaelo normal with the sections A to H. Next Rafaelo Executive (Maritim) with higher standards and exclusive Pool usage

Last Rafaelo Deluxe with highest standards and SPA etc. We where in the Executive Hotel and everything was fine

The price and what you get are more than fair! Ridvan and his wife are very very nice hosts and will fullfill every extra wish you have ;) Highlight of our out of season stay was a private evening with a local Rakija tasting :) we will never forget this nice couple

We will return in spring or summer to share some time with them again!!! Must be in Albania!!!

The options of the swimming pool is something that not many places offer and it definitely turned out to be a winning card for the kids

My kids are dairy intolerant and my wife is vegetarian, which in some places you are left with very little choice when it comes to food, but thanks to an amazing chef we had some of the most exceptional and diversified dishes catered to suit everyone’s dietary needs

Comfortable, aircon and large rooms with daily cleaning service, which made look the room always fresh and clean. The place is overall spotless. The staff is exceptional, from the owner to all the employees

In terms of location the hotel is very central, 2 mins walk to the centre of the town and 3 mins walk to the beach. Definitely something we will come back in the near future

The cuisine is Mediterranean based, with amazing local and italian dishes all prepared from scratch with daily fresh local ingredients

One of my best experience in albania, Traditional food very tasty, the hotel it’s clean And smell so nice, the employees can speak English and they are friendly, the rooms were spacious and you could find anything you need, the beach it’s just 13 min away by walking even though the offer transport we decided to walk every day, we loved the staying at the Zmerina hotel, I recommend to anyone!

I loved that we could walk quickly back to our room from the beach if we needed something or needed to cool off! I had the opportunity to make windsurf and it was a great experience thanks to the professional staff the boards and sails are very good giving me the opportunity to try something new

This is an amazing place to go windsurfing, even if you don’t want to windsurf. Highly recommended to try! Great place under the pine tree and I was sad to have to say goodbye

We stayed here for one week and can honestly say that it was perfect. The rooms are good but who is really in rooms when we have a beach waiting for us just a few steps away

The apartments are perfect for families or groups. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The owner and all the staff are super hospitable

There are many different slides, 3 pools, one for children with small slides, the second for more adult slides, and the third just to swim in deep water

A lot of soft sun beds with umbrellas, the steps to the slides are not slippery, there are many towns for small children and older, entertainment for the whole family:) We were satisfied with the water park, the prices are acceptable :)))

The water park is open from 9 to 18, but the slides are turned off at 17. We went to the local water park at the hotel today. Admission costs 12 euros (1200L), for small children 10 (1000L)

Unexpectedly, one of the slides (blue) turned out to be completely unlit, driving in the dark, an unusual experiment :) There is a shower, toilet, everything is in order

The only negative is that the seams on the slides are very painful when you roll down :( Also, you can't buy food there, because you're not a hotel guest

Family had an excellent experience. Staff and service were next to none and very accommodating. Rooms and the resort very clean. Breakfast buffet was best ever had at any other hotel

The view from the restaurant is really nice. The rooms are comfortable and the diner tasty. Great swimming pool with view. The owner organized for us the trip to the coman lake. We recommend this trip.

We talked to the supervisor ALTIN and apologised for the mistake. He was very professional and asked kitchen staff to provide what we missed on the plate. ALTIN is very helpful and understood our disappointment

During the ‘non-peak’ season, hotel outdoor swimming pool was not open. Indoor basement swimming pool was a bit of cool side. Staff were good but unable to cope with sudden surge of tourists groups on certain evenings

Upon arrival, it turned out that the room we booked was not available, and they upgraded our room category to the best - a two-room suite of more than 50 meters with a terrace also 50 meters - with sun loungers, a huge umbrella, a dining table and a small table with chairs

And no extra charge! Special thanks to the hotel management for this. Fried eggs, omelettes, pastries, vegetables, fruits, hams, sausages, cheeses, sausages, baked zucchini and eggplants

Our stay at Kompleksi Arifi in Shkoder was just on point! We had the comfiest beds, a spacious room, fast wifi connection, a beautiful view from our balcony, a perfectly cooked breakfast every morning and the friendliest of staff! They helped whenever we needed anything, and for that we would like to say a massive thank you 🙏 Proper Albanian 🇦🇱 hospitality Also really cool location with many bars...

The location- walking distance from all city sites including the castle and the city center. We would really recommend Kompleksi Arifi to anyone visiting Shkoder! Thank you guys, you made our stay simply amazing 🙏 😍

Busy hotel with a nice courtyard. Reasonable location, short walk to town. It's not my vibe with the wooden look but apparently is quite traditional. Hard bed, a sheet folded in half (make bed yourself) and no blanket

There's an air cooler in room. Bathroom small, mirror on door distorts your image! My shower did not get hot, just above cold at best. I probably wouldn't choose this place but was on a group tour

Hotel Tradirja has small rooms & dito windows, if you are lucky with a balcony. Rooms ate facing a friendly courtyard where also the extensive breakfast is served

You can eat here as well, some quite good traditional dishes but dont try the dry lamb. Hotel staff ok but restaurant staff members mostly unfriendly
