This is a unique place in Albania. Located between a river and a lagoon the hotel offer a sence of beeing in the middle of wilderness. It has a swimming pool without music which is a rarety in Albania

I really enjoyed the pool area as well es the terrace of the restaurant. The beach is a 15 min walk through beautiful nature or you can also rent bikes at the hotel

It is a quiet place with pool away from seasonal crowds

Me and my Mom really enjoyed our stay there, the staff is very friendly, the rooms were super clean and comfortable (we even got a bigger room than the one we booked) and the atmosphere is just really calm and relaxing

I just went there to eat because I stayed in the Hotel next to it and wanted to try the restaurant too. The food was really good and you got not to less. Its for albanian conditions a bit more pricey, but it was worth

The service is very good with varying breakfast and an alla carte menu. You can rent bikes or kayaks to explore local restaurants and beaches. They have rabbits, chicken and cats making it a good place for kids

I forgot to take pictures, but the pictures provided by other reviews are accurate. Sleep was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was limited, but that is to be expected during the off seasons

An absolute pleasure to have stayed at Hotel Liss just before our wedding. We also shot some great footage with our filming crew. We were welcomed by a lovely team who made us feel as part of the family

Stayed 2 nights and very pleased. Receptionist could not have any more to help and spoke excellent English. Really nice room, quick WiFi and breakfast included. Lezhe itself is a lovely town

I have tried the restaurant of the hotel and it is really good, room are big and clean.

The another good thing was that it was obvious that many people were stopping there all the time, not just tourists but also local people which is pleasantly different than staying in some in resort

Speaking off languages, Italian is preferred, English is could be problematic, but their granddaughter knew it very well. The breakfast was very good and always fresh, not to mention the dinner

Even though our arrival was delayed cause problems on border crossing, they gave us another room and let us sleep to the morning. From then on everything was ok

It has an excellent traditional cooking from all areas at Albania and from other countries such as Italian food

Very close to the sandy beach, approximately 150m. Sheet and towels changed every three days. Continental breakfast is very good. Parking lot below the building. Food was delicious and really affordable

To all the ratings here, keep in mind that Rafaelo is divided in 3 parts. Rafaelo normal with the sections A to H. Next Rafaelo Executive (Maritim) with higher standards and exclusive Pool usage

Last Rafaelo Deluxe with highest standards and SPA etc. We where in the Executive Hotel and everything was fine

Pros: Great amenities provided, comfort sleeping, spacious room, clean swimming pool, nice location. Cons: Dirty room, housekeepers very unproffesional (they wake up at 5:30-6 A

M in the morning and make noise in the hall, concerning guests), unpleasant behaviour from the recepsion team when requesting help, safety issues (guards sleeping in working hours during the night), poor breakfast (no diversity, same breakfast everyday and cold food served)

The price and what you get are more than fair! Ridvan and his wife are very very nice hosts and will fullfill every extra wish you have ;) Highlight of our out of season stay was a private evening with a local Rakija tasting :) we will never forget this nice couple

We will return in spring or summer to share some time with them again!!! Must be in Albania!!!

I loved that we could walk quickly back to our room from the beach if we needed something or needed to cool off! I had the opportunity to make windsurf and it was a great experience thanks to the professional staff the boards and sails are very good giving me the opportunity to try something new

This is an amazing place to go windsurfing, even if you don’t want to windsurf. Highly recommended to try! Great place under the pine tree and I was sad to have to say goodbye

The apartments are perfect for families or groups. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The owner and all the staff are super hospitable

There are many different slides, 3 pools, one for children with small slides, the second for more adult slides, and the third just to swim in deep water

A lot of soft sun beds with umbrellas, the steps to the slides are not slippery, there are many towns for small children and older, entertainment for the whole family:) We were satisfied with the water park, the prices are acceptable :)))

The water park is open from 9 to 18, but the slides are turned off at 17. We went to the local water park at the hotel today. Admission costs 12 euros (1200L), for small children 10 (1000L)

Unexpectedly, one of the slides (blue) turned out to be completely unlit, driving in the dark, an unusual experiment :) There is a shower, toilet, everything is in order

The only negative is that the seams on the slides are very painful when you roll down :( Also, you can't buy food there, because you're not a hotel guest

Family had an excellent experience. Staff and service were next to none and very accommodating. Rooms and the resort very clean. Breakfast buffet was best ever had at any other hotel
