the rooms were very clean. the staff was always very helpful and they were always there if we needed anything. the food was delicious, sometimes a little too spicy. the hotel is right next to the beach which was very important to us. we hope to visit Shëngjin and the Frojd Hotel again. :)

Amazing view, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean. However there were a few issues that did let it down in my view, firstly the lift needs updating as it is more of a death trap as the doors just seemed to shut and the sensors didn't seem to work. Secondly there were a lot of small damaged items in the room such as damaged shower head and no hot water during one of the evenings. The set menu food was an absolute let down, especially dinner. The fact that they did not offer any cold water but only warm water was very disappointing.....I understand that the intention is to get people to buy from the bar however giving guests warm water as part of their meal is not exactly welcoming. Dont offer a service you cannot fulfill.

“Perfect location.Good facilities, clean hotel. · Wonderful breakfast and friendly professional staff. The restaurant looks great and they have a nice selection of food and drinks to enjoy. Very high level service

We stayed here for only one night, unfortunately.
The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms were so clean and comfortable.
