It was a fine hotel. Some problems in the room so we had to switch, then i got with breakfast a wrong omelette so i had to wait for a new one. Which never came. What was a bit disappointing but i think the staff solved everything well. They are very friendly at the Front Desk and that made everything good. The spa is a bit strange, not all the buttons work for the water activities. Not special but...

Friendly service and the charging stations in the garage are great. Super friendly service even late at night. The rooms and facilities were spotless clean.

Really nice hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, top quality. The facilities are amazing, and the indoor swimming pool with views to the Alps is a must see.

Very nice, clean and big rooms. Rooms are like in the pictures from the website. I paid aprox. 133€/night with breakfast. Breakfast was bufet, very tasty and a large variety.

Nice, luxurious and quiet hotel. Not much to do around it, but the hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and the view from the room is superb.

I was here for dinner with a group, best place in Dornbirn. I tried the Asparagus Risotto and it was awesome. I normally like the chili flakes in my risotto so I asked for them - I was given chili oil instead and it was super hot 😅😅. I had to order an ice cream to cool off I went with Chocolate ice cream with whipped cream and it was a BOMB ❤️. This place is a must visit!

Had dinner at the restaurant. The goose was devine. The chicken dish was splendid. The service was excellent. And our waitress spoke English which is brilliant for me, as a non-German speaker. The restaurant is cosy, relaxed, especially at the back tables. It feels old school and sheer perfection.

Today we caught a goose for the second time and again we were delighted! We look forward to having a wonderful evening at the restaurant again. In the meantime, all the best to Bettina and the Krone team? Mike and Stefan

Great hotel. Just be aware that there is no AC and in the summer it is hot!!! The free breakfast was very good. One morning there was a tour bus and the place was packed, but they still kept the buffet filled. I loved the coffee machine they had there. Be sure to go on the nearby alpine coaster!

Great place to stay in Dornbirn! Near to the city center and to the river. Very nice staff and good breakfast buffet! Really nice and completely new rooms if you don't take the cheapest ones.

My stay here is always great everytime! The staffs are very courteous and warm. The rooms are small but really great! The food is also delicious.

Good size comfortable rooms but the bathroom was outdated. We were not quite sure why breakfast was not included, still think it should have been.

Hotel close to the centre of Dornbirn. Hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. It was ideally located as a base if you are travelling to the nearby ski resort as they are under 1 hours away drive.

Please try and sort out the warm water as every time you have a lot of guests we struggling with warm water when showering.

The rooms are spacious, clean and have balconies, with antique decorations in the hallways. The breakfast buffet is elaborate and the coffee can be carried back to the room. It is located in the heart of the city of Vorarlberg and very convenient to walk down to the Tesco supermarket, University, Dornbirn cable car station, etc.

Lovely place and very welcome after a 14 hour drive had a pizza and shower and slept in comfy bed before a great breakfast before setting off again for Hermagor Austria . Thank you .

What a breakfast! I have traveled the world and never have I seen such a variety of premium quality ingredients / dishes in the one place. No exaggeration - If you want to try multiple examples of local delicacies come here for breakfast. The hotel room is also very comfortable, ensuite, spot on. heated floors, modern renovated conveniences. Well done HH👍🏻

Very nice hotel. The owner and her staff are VERY friendly. The rooms are very nice and modern with many facilities. Everything you might need is there. The restaurant looks pretty too and the cooking is fine. Here again: very polite and friendly staff. The breakfast is so lavish, I have never seen such a variety of products. It is really a wonderful place to stay.

The location is fantastic and good selection from breakfast. But no kettle and mugs for tea or coffee refreshment in the room. For the price, I think there should be kettle and mugs for tea/coffee.

I can fully recommend this hotel. The rooms are not only beautiful, you also thought of details like the night light under the bedside table that turns on automatically when you get out of bed. The staff is very nice, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety. Even a juicer is available.

This 4-stars place opened in May 2017 in addition to the standard hotel which has 3 stars. It's an excellent hotel and the stay was very nice. The decoration is amazing and there is air conditioning in every room. We had a very pleasant time here and recommend it to anybody!

This hotel has 3 buildings, a new one i think that is the comfort one, and another two buildings which i think are the standard ones. The building we stayed at was an old building but there we had no big issues with it considering that we stayed in an apartment which had two bedrooms and a living room with a balcony. The apartment looked nice, the only problem i had was with the wooden floors because...

Hotel rooms are good for 1 or 2 person. The double bed was strange with a considerable gap between the two mattresses. The A.C works differently whereby one can reduce the temp by 2 degrees at max at a time. In summer could be a little uncomfortable. Bathroom was good. Parking could at times be tricky as very few complimentary parking slots are provided by Hotel. One may get other parking places at...

Classic 3 star hotel close to the center, rooms at the back facing the garden, quiet, good breakfast, uncomplicated, good address

Be very careful with this hotel : - no air conditioning - Hotel right on a high traffic road Which means: Take a room on Garden side, otherwise you will not sleep ! No air conditioning or ventilation means you will need to open window during night, which you cannot do because of high traffic noise day and night on the road right next to it. Other than this : good price, breakfast OK, no fancy amenities...

Spectacular views from the room, easy to access tracking roads up the mountain and very friendly staff. Also good breakfast.
