We stayed for only one night while driving through Austria, but wish we had booked longer. Friendly staff and room upgrade with Hilton Gold. The room was massive and very stylish. Bonuses: there are MANY (5 or 6?) different types of saunas and steam rooms which are included!! I have worked in luxury chain hotels with spas and we charged £35 for day access to our spa rooms, so I thought this was great...

We had three really good days/nights at the hotel. Gorgeous mountain views, delicious breakfast buffet, large indoor and above all outdoor pools that drain and have a temperature of 29 degrees Celsius. Very pleasant staff. And golf lovers can do it right in front of the building.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but came in here for massage and spa. The massage was fantastic, also huge pool and sauna area with cool perks such as tea, beer and sauna procedures every hour. The location is great, the service was exemplary! The room is excellent. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the SPA area and restaurant due to Corona. We will do this on our next visit, which we are looking forward to. Definitely a recommendation!

As a returning guest it is always a pleasure to stay at the Kitzhof. I love the spa facilities, the rooms - comfortable beds and pleasant interior - the staff is awesome - and you are in the middle of the action. Will be back for sure!

The service at the reception and in the restaurant is very friendly. The restaurant's beautiful terrace is ideal for dining on warm summer nights. Our one-year-old daughter was immediately provided with a high chair.

My sister-in law stays here & joined them for dinner. They have nice room. Dinner set menu is good. Huge selection in buffet of salads, with fruits, cheese & bread options. Good service & attentive. Nice food.

Not quite the place it used to be. New owners finding their feet in post Covid world. Some excellent staff and a few who were, perhaps, new. We had a lovely time. The hotel is well kept, with friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. You can't fault the location, just a few steps away from the main lift. Everything is perfect as always. I have been coming here with my family for over 20 years. We almost feel at home here. We were particularly impressed by the food, the friendly staff and the beautiful garden.

We ate here. Pleasant atmosphere of the hotel, in very good condition. Available in Kitzbühel you get very good value for your money and the staff were very friendly! We had liver dumpling soup, roast pork and salad. Everything tasted homemade, was beautifully presented to the eyes and ample portions. All in all a recommendation, we would love to come back!

Very stylish, modern and comfortable rooms with a great bar area for watching the world go by. Only slight issue was the snack bar across the road still serving noisy customers at 4am meant we had to have our window shut on a warm evening. Otherwise a lovely hotel in a great location, a stone's throw from the main street.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located! Diana, Alexandra and Vanessa were superb and helps us a lot during our stay! There is a DM few meters to the right of the hotel and almost everything is walking distance from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and wish to come back.
