I really enjoyed staying here, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great as you can walk directly from the hotel to the ski lifts. The hotel is also just a walking distance from the ski/snowboard equipment rental stores which makes that whole process incredibly convenient. Staff is very nice ,the place is amazing

walked in for a meal on New Years eve when others were closed, the waitress went out of her way to check a table for us and was a friendly, wonderful human being. Food was great and the wine even better. Cheers from Australia! 🇦🇺

Wonderful family run hotel. Everyone is always extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms as well as the entire hotel are always very clean. Here the wishes and needs of the guests are catered for. The food is excellent in taste and scope and almost incomparable. We have been coming to the Glockenstuhl regularly and with great pleasure for 16 years and are looking forward to the 2022 vacation again

Amazing place with a great view and super friendly owner

Lovely hotel in the middle of Westerdorf. Very polite and helpful personal. We had an issue with one of our bikes and they really took care of the problem. Can highly recommend staying in this hotel

This family run hotel is really high class. The friendly owner Veronica and son Max run a Great show. Spotless rooms with views from each balcony. Great breakfast will enjoying a friendly chat. 10/10

It is a simple but clean accommodation. I wouldn't spend a whole vacation here, but one night is perfectly fine. The breakfast is also acceptable, I've seen much worse in Austria.

Hotel is fine, but very Dutch. All services, including all personal speaks Dutch. If you don’t mind, this place is a good stay. Only thing is the breakfast room which is not as cosy as the room for the other customers, which is a pity.

Best restaurant in Town! Amazing food and the service was great. The Italian Chef cook was one of the sweetest persons ever who talked with us about his specialties and the fresh ingredients they use incredible!!!

There is a pizzeria within the hotel and it offers by far the best pizza in westendorf! Update January 2020: This year we were again in the restaurant for dinner and unfortunately we had to learn that the quality has declined! The pizza was not better than average and the prices were probably higher. Therefore I will remove two stars from my original rating.

Excellent hotel! Fantastic location at bottom of ski slopes and next to ski schools, whilst also being in centre of the picturesque town. Had two wonderfully clean and very tastefully decorated modern rooms for our family, yet with a lovely alpine feel due to all the beautiful woodwork. Both had balconies too, which was a nice bonus. We only visited the restaurant, did not stay in the hotel room. The food was really tasty in a home-made style. Kids menu included a small pack of gummi-bears so the young ones wanted to come again and again :) Staff is very friendly, nicely interacts with kids and speaks multiple languages.

I am gluten and dairy intolerant and holidays can be a stressful time, but I contacted the hotel a week before my stay and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The staff talked me through what I could and couldn’t eat off the salad buffet and explained which meal options on the menu could be adapted for me. When adaptations weren’t an option (only ever occurred with dessert) I was given an alternative...

An extraordinary location where we spent our winter vacation. The staff is very kind, the food is very tasty, the rooms are spacious and clean, the spa area and the outdoor pool are very pleasant.

We had a pleasant stay, great site, but we really didn’t feel welcomed from the reception, the one who was working there was being rude by never replying in a good way, and he always has that upsetting face with us. He’s not fitted for that position, I never saw any bad receptionist as that one. In the booking, they wrote that the apartment has a toaster and a table for ironing clothes, but unfortunately...

Called in for cold drinks on a hot afternoon and enjoyed the cool, smart, contemporary designed interior. Service was prompt and courteous. A welcome to their spotlessly clean WC. Menu looked interesting and moderately priced. Will have to try it another time. Splendid golf course in a stunning Alpine setting.

Wonderful place, very homely. Sitting out by the fireplace in the common area is great. The lovely Danish couple running the place over the ski season really made our stay great, id have a beer with them anytime =) They even invited us to a new years celebration and i got to listen to some great singing and guitar before going out til 6am with some new friends. Can only be recommended !!! We were with children in the summer. Sauna, swimming pool, large yard with playground, very nice hosts. Everything for a good vacation. We will be back.

We have been coming here for 4 years now, both in summer and in winter. What we particularly like is the hospitality, the sauna and the "gemutlichkeit" of the managers. Although there are several apartments in the accommodation, you are nice and private. Highly recommended which we would like to return to regularly.

Super spontaneously booked for one night, absolutely convinced us! Nice very friendly staff, the spa was opened especially for us, perfect after a hard day's skiing! : D Room was well equipped and comfortable. The only suggestion would be salt and pepper, especially for short breaks! Conclusion: Absolute recommendation, we will be back!
