I really enjoyed staying here, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great as you can walk directly from the hotel to the ski lifts. The hotel is also just a walking distance from the ski/snowboard equipment rental stores which makes that whole process incredibly convenient. Staff is very nice ,the place is amazing

walked in for a meal on New Years eve when others were closed, the waitress went out of her way to check a table for us and was a friendly, wonderful human being. Food was great and the wine even better. Cheers from Australia! 🇦🇺

Simple but good food - comfy rooms and a swimming pool, but don't forget a swim case

This is beautiful traditional hotel close to the school slope in Westendorf. All rooms and commodities in hotel are very clean and sauna and swimming pool were working perfectly. Service was always very polite and friendly. I would certainly stay here again and it made my first skiing experience even greater. I would definitely suggest this hotel for staying.

Wonderful family run hotel. Everyone is always extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms as well as the entire hotel are always very clean. Here the wishes and needs of the guests are catered for. The food is excellent in taste and scope and almost incomparable. We have been coming to the Glockenstuhl regularly and with great pleasure for 16 years and are looking forward to the 2022 vacation again

The guest rooms are very outdated and not up to four star standard. They’re not modern (no electricity next to the bed, have poor lighting and could use a fresh coat of paint) and especially bathroom and toilet rooms are old (sliding shower doors and very outdated sink and mirror, dirty toilet brush next to toilet). Michael the host is fantastic. Always wearing a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are great. Best shower I’ve had at a hotel and the beds were perfect also. Stayed half board and dinner was excellent. Ski bus every morning to the slopes and brings you back also. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very nice and quiet location. The rooms are very nice and functionally furnished according to the category booked. The breakfast and dinner are very good. The manager and all the staff were friendly and nice. In short, it was a very nice and relaxing holiday with lots of fun for us.

All the staff, including the manager, were very friendly and helpful. The food was really great. We had half board! The room was spacious and it was easy to get everywhere with a wheelchair. All in all, a perfect weekend. We will be back!

We only visited the restaurant, did not stay in the hotel room. The food was really tasty in a home-made style. Kids menu included a small pack of gummi-bears so the young ones wanted to come again and again :) Staff is very friendly, nicely interacts with kids and speaks multiple languages.

I am gluten and dairy intolerant and holidays can be a stressful time, but I contacted the hotel a week before my stay and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Friendly welcome when you arrive. All staff friendly. Food has been good and served hot as it should be. Rooms very clean and a good size, balcony overlooking the village. Would recommend.

Hotel is fine, but very Dutch. All services, including all personal speaks Dutch. If you don’t mind, this place is a good stay. Only thing is the breakfast room which is not as cosy as the room for the other customers, which is a pity.

Amazing place with a great view and super friendly owner

Lovely hotel in the middle of Westerdorf. Very polite and helpful personal. We had an issue with one of our bikes and they really took care of the problem. Can highly recommend staying in this hotel

This family run hotel is really high class. The friendly owner Veronica and son Max run a Great show. Spotless rooms with views from each balcony. Great breakfast will enjoying a friendly chat. 10/10

Room was very cosy. Very clean. Very nice owner. Great breakfast. Flatscreen was great. Nothing but positive things. We were there with a dog and felt very welcome. Great view as well

Best restaurant in Town! Amazing food and the service was great. The Italian Chef cook was one of the sweetest persons ever who talked with us about his specialties and the fresh ingredients they use incredible!!!

There is a pizzeria within the hotel and it offers by far the best pizza in westendorf! Update January 2020: This year we were again in the restaurant for dinner and unfortunately we had to learn that the quality has declined! The pizza was not better than average and the prices were probably higher. Therefore I will remove two stars from my original rating.

An extraordinary location where we spent our winter vacation. The staff is very kind, the food is very tasty, the rooms are spacious and clean, the spa area and the outdoor pool are very pleasant.

We had a pleasant stay, great site, but we really didn’t feel welcomed from the reception, the one who was working there was being rude by never replying in a good way, and he always has that upsetting face with us. He’s not fitted for that position, I never saw any bad receptionist as that one. In the booking, they wrote that the apartment has a toaster and a table for ironing clothes, but unfortunately...

Called in for cold drinks on a hot afternoon and enjoyed the cool, smart, contemporary designed interior. Service was prompt and courteous. A welcome to their spotlessly clean WC. Menu looked interesting and moderately priced. Will have to try it another time. Splendid golf course in a stunning Alpine setting.

It is a simple but clean accommodation. I wouldn't spend a whole vacation here, but one night is perfectly fine. The breakfast is also acceptable, I've seen much worse in Austria.
