This place is like a home away from home. Very comfortable and our host is very attentive. Loved the heated bathroom floor. Views were amazing.

Lovely fusion of Art Deco & regency rooms, spotless and immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble. Great views over the bay

Great location, lovely and friendly staff. Only issue was the bed and win noise. Bed frame is a bit old and too noisy. Wind was a big issue at night as you could feel it from the windows. Overall great atay

Beautiful waterfront home filled with lots of warmth. The owner, Mary Ann, is such a wonderful host with amazing recommendations. We wished we had more time in Apollo Bay and at this place.

Highly recommended . Beautiful house with warm, welcoming staff. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Great location and a beautiful beach is located at the back of the property. Lovely continental breakfast. We will certainly be back.

Really beautiful guesthouse where we spent some days at in January '20. The host and owner is such a warm-hearted and courteous person! Cozy and comfy accomodation, looking forward to another stay whenever it's possible again - we hope soon! PS: best-ever selfmade granola for breakfast!

Superb views from room. Lovely host. Bed squeaks so much that you feared moving so as not to disturb others whom you could hear speaking in room above and next door. Very poor night’s sleep. Chinese girl shouting and wailing into her mobile phone in Mandarin in the next room until late night with nothing done by owners to stop her. Odd place. Would not recommend.

Such a lovely place. Friendly host, beautiful views, French style furnitures, classical stylish decoration. I will definitely come back to here again.

One of Australia's most beautiful and well managed Guest Houses.
A lovely french inspired home with wonderful furnishings , art and manicured gardens to appreciate.
The bedrooms in the main home have private bathrooms and are beautifully furnished. Both have picture windows and a private deck with the best views over the Barnam River to the surf beach and the southern ocean.
You have access to a classic sitting room with custom leadlight windows and a breakfast room overlooking the courtyard.
Maree and Vin are the perfect hosts and her coffees, home made shortbread and cooked to order breakfast is to die for.
If you book both bedrooms in the main home ir effectively becomes your own private luxury getaway.
Similar privacy is afforded for one couple in the separate studio with its own lounge, kitchen facilities and upstairs bedroom with stunning ocean views.
