Great location to the mall. The buffet breakfast was good with lots of options. Skip the hotel restaurant and go to one of the many dinner options on the mall. There are also multiple food courts in 5 minute walking distance. Hotel had typical hotel gym with a few dumbbells, a few treadmills and a cable machine. Hotel has outside pool and hot tub.

I worked in hotels years ago so it’s not a novelty for me to stay during business travel but in the Hilton it was. It presents beautifully, Angelica that checked me in was great and informative, highly recommend upgrading for Exec Lounge access and high floors. I appreciated the text checking all was okay but unfortunately was asleep already. Only minor change is I wish you could choose different pillows! Thanks for a great stay

Went here for a seminar. We were well looked after by hotel staff with a great set up considering the number of attendees. Morning tea was great with fresh cupcakes and savoury muffins, tea and coffee always available. Lunch was a two course dinner consisting of a huge piece of roast chicken with various vegetables and a delicious dessert, couldn't eat ti all. The staff were highly organised and incredibly efficient serving so many of us our mains and dessert. Afternoon tea was freshly baked scones with strawberry jam and cream. Looked delicious but I couldn't fit any thing in after that lunch. The Hilton Brisbane would be the best place to have a function because you will be so well looked after.

I recently attended a seminar at Hilton Hotel, and it was fantastic. The ballroom was very clean, tidy, and well-lit, exceeding my expectations.

Access to street frontage. We were so blessed with two beautiful dessert platters to celebrate our anniversary and a milestone birthday.

Kate at the front desk was a delight and made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable.

We paid for Parking at the W.

I can’t describe how good the service is. All the rooms were booked out and I need 2 beds, the room I was receiving had only 1 bed. I requested a additional bed and I received it along with complementary wine, snacks and fruit. Car parking was amazing, didn’t even have to park because it was valet. When I called for the car to be brought to the front, the car immediately arrived. Had a great stay, would recommend.

Nice, clean, comfortable, perfectly serviceable hotel in a great location with generally pretty good service from staff.

Ageing building with basic facilities and air conditioner rattling all night. Pump pack toiletries in the bathrooms cheapen the experience and TVs in rooms are small and old. Had to wait an hour after normal check in time for room to be ready and executive lounge was so full in the evening that we couldn’t get in.

Generally a fairly solid product if you get it at a decent rate but a five star experience it is not.
