Great sized room and spacious bathroom. The room is a bit old fashioned styled, TV was inside a timber cabinet, for instance. The only downside was no tea coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the lagoon and cultural venues. The jacuzzi was nice, as was the pool and gym. I spent a lot of time in the Ovello café and the staff were super friendly and the food was excellent. I would have liked my room to be serviced on the second day.

The suites are located in a beautifully renovated old building and are so gorgeous and comfortable. The location is perfect for seeing a different side of Brisbane (we had an event on at the Powerhouse and it was just nearby) and breakfast at the restaurant was fabulous. A perfect stay.

It's an ok hotel in a great location close to the queen street mall. The parking is a surprise at $25/night and is extremely tight. Need to have eyes on sticks to not ding your car. The room was basic.

Great prices and cozy rooms, i saw on some reviews that there was a pool but looking around and asking there is none. The room had no microwave but did have a mini fridge. Terrific hotel, comfortable, clean, on site parking and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist their guests. Loved the quiet location. It felt removed from the hustle and bustle but access to attractions was great. Once we figured out we could hop on the CityCat ferries, everything was easy. Stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend, the whole hotel is impeccably clean and the rooms are super comfy. We ate breakfast both mornings at the Boots restaurant and the food and staff were beautiful! Highly highly recommended ??????????
