We attended the Mad Hatter High Tea for Easter. It was a very whimsical experience immensely enjoyed by our group of ladies who attended. Went there for a high tea. Food is amazing. A waiter spilled a tray of iced tea down my shirt. Oh well stuff happens. Great sized room and spacious bathroom. The room is a bit old fashioned styled, TV was inside a timber cabinet, for instance. The only downside was no tea coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Location of the hotel in the heart of the CBD with river views is a plus.

The hotel is in a great location, right across from the lagoon and cultural venues. The jacuzzi was nice, as was the pool and gym. I spent a lot of time in the Ovello café and the staff were super friendly and the food was excellent. I would have liked my room to be serviced on the second day.

Can't fault the location for entertainment and dining. Check-in was a breeze, the person at the front desk was chirpy and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious but felt a little sterile akin to a nice hospital room. A bit noisy at night but to be expected staying in the City.

We booked the hotel as a base for a few days exploring Brisbane. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, quiet, but short walking distance to lots of great dining and walking areas. The property is beautifully presented and the staff are welcoming and helpful.

I booked this room for just me in the first place and then ended up staying with my partner There were two queen beds at the end which made us happy

Bad smell when got in the room in first day bad internet connection so can not work no daily clean up unless inform reception i do not know this i used clean up light before i left to work after work still all mess  upset upset upset

Good value, right in the CBD which is good for first time visitors. Amenities are average and during my visit in December, there was a lot of renovation work during the day so it was a bit noisy especially when my room was right next to the renovation zone.

I couldn't close the window because of the window air conditioner. It was uncomfortable to hear the noise. I didn't use the washing machine because it was dirty. It was nice that the window was large and wide.

I found the staff not as friendly as they claim to be on the website. Upon arrival there the TV wasn't working. No wifi. Called for help was given wrong password. Front desk said everything in email, which couldn't be accessed without wifi. The pool wasn't cleaned for 2 days .. full of leaves. We had a fabulous time and were close to everything .The pool and grounds are beautiful. Even walking distance to the pub. The only thing was no full length mirror or air conditioning (just fans). But a beautiful ocean view and undercover parking.

The Front Desk's service is very good, they helped us to make a call to the tourist spot in Gold Coast to facilitate us to change a booking time successfully to avoid missing travel schedule.

Terrific hotel, comfortable, clean, on site parking and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist their guests. Breakfast is good value too. Will definitely stay here again. It is also not far from several hospitals so would be good place to stay if you’re in Brisbane for medical appointments and your from a rural area.

The location of the apartments is very good with higher floors having amazing views of the river and sime of the city. It proximity is close to all public transport and within 3km of the CBD. The facilities thay are available are great and the security is second to none.

Very large rooms, clean and bright. There's nothing very luxury there it's more like an alright hotel for family. The gym is ok. The spa was quite cold. I liked that they had everything to cook. The washing machine and dry worked well. The water pressure in the bathroom was good. The beds were comfortable. Nothing special about the place and good price for it!

Check in experience was poor. Demanded a bond which was a surprise. Room was dated and not worth the money. Pool was excellent though. A bit disappointed for the price.

Our stay was great! Helen is super helpful and absolutely lovely. From the moment we walked through the front door - we felt very welcomed. Location is good too. Close to air port but also a short drive into the city. The room itself was spotless - and the little touches with the chocolate and complementary water was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again.

The stay was in a great position for me, the room was a bit small. Overall it would have been a good stay expect for the Cockroaches 🪳 mainly in the bathroom area.

The room had an immediate unpleasant odour on opening the door.  The shower wall had long black hairs stuck to the tiles and remnants of old soap/shampoo. Great location and price (for area) place needs either some serious maintenance or upgrading or both. Fire alarm and evacuation triggered by a smoker at 8am was far from appreciated.

Check-in was much more difficult than my last stay, which was disappointing. There was no internet available during the visit, so the TV didn’t work at all. Also, the shower clearly needed maintenance. Overall, not the smooth experience I’d had previously. No early exit key drop box which did lead to being late to conference.
