The Inchcolm by Ovolo

Such a great experience staying here. This hotel is pet friendly & they did a great job accomodating - my two girls got dog beds, toys, treats, food, blankets & bowls, I was very impressed & they loved it! The staff are so friendly & gave great customer service. The hotel is unique & fits well with the ‘boutique’ name.
The bed & pillows are also really comfy & overall had a great night staying here.

Just had an amazing stay at the Inchcolm (Ovolo Hotel) in Brisbane! 🏨

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even let us check in early when I had a coffee disaster! ☕ Changing into clean clothes was a lifesaver. 🙌 They were so understanding when I temporarily misplaced my wallet, accepting a photo of my ID. 📸 Plus, free drinks during cocktail hour for booking on their website? That's a fantastic perk! 🍹

We used the 24-hour laundry, which was clean and efficient. The only thing missing was some entertainment on that floor, but it's not a complaint, just a suggestion. We didn't want to disturb the staff or other guests going between our room and the basement.

The room's furnishings, carpet, and artwork gave a personal touch that made us feel right at home. 🖼️

The rainfall shower was a delightful surprise, and the bathroom products smelled amazing. The towels were fluffy and spotless. 🚿🧴

Now, let's talk about the beds. Wow! We've stayed in various places, but the Inchcolm's bedding is top-notch. We had the best night's sleep since leaving home. 💤

I also had to study for an upcoming exam, and the Inchcolm staff was incredibly accommodating. They found me a quiet spot while housekeeping tended to my room. 📚🤓

Finally, after a late night prior to checkout we were granted a later checkout giving us a sleep in. This was appreciated and needed

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was just incredibly beautiful. The rooms and building was so cool to see and just hang around in. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I've already booked the weekend for our 1st wedding anniversary 😀

Very comfortable stay. The staff were great and made us feel welcome. The room was well appointed. Particularly enjoyed the mini bar/drinks area. Comfy bed. The bathroom was large, with options of a tub and a rainfall shower.

Room service was great. Very fast. The food was so tasty. Shout out to the Morton Bay bug tagliarini. It was so good when we ordered in room that we ordered it again in the restaurant a couple days later. Yum!

Would definitely return here.

OMG, what a find. The establishment is simply stunning but the staff, WOW, the staff made our stay. We haven't before in Australia found such quality of service and attention.

We absolutely loved the restaurant and bar. The food was cooked to perfection with excellent craftsmanship and quality ingredients. Highly recommend the restaurant. The duty Manager, Kirk was absolutely lovely. He gave us a lovely tour of the hotel with its interesting history and eclectic vibe.

All staff were super friendly and very accommodating with my 2 little kids.

What can I say... Exceptional. The staff, the room, the drinks and food just WOW coming from somebody who had to spend Christmas by themselves they certainly made me feel welcomed and well looked after. I wish I could give more stars!!! Will be my point of call whenever I am in Brisbane.
