Service is super amazing! Not only did they upgrade us to a crazy big suite for free on our anniversary (My Missus loved it). The awesome manager also went out of his way to solve an issue we had with the restaurant in regards to some confusion regarding our spring package credit that came included with the booking

A very Gracious lady was at the Casino entrance who was very sympathetic and apologetic to some medical issues I had.
Quite extraordinary.
What a lovely person.
I was so taken aback that, unfortunately,I did not get her name.

I stayed in the hotel with my daughter for her birthday. We booked a king parlour room with breakfast included. We found parking easy and affordable, on check in we were told we were gifted a $50 food/beverage credit for any bar / restaurant in either the hotel or casino. We were also given a late check out of 12pm without asking which was very much appreciated. The room was perfect. The breakfast included a choice of one cold and one hot dish from a list of each. The location was perfect. The staff were all very helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Super hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the city ctr, excellent food available with a multiple selection of restaurants. The Hotel has very interesting architecture with spacious well appointed rooms. We had a great stay and will do it again. A tip when you arrive for parking, press the HELP button to connect to reception so they can provide an entry ticket at the barrier. 👍

The whole experience was amazing! The rooms are very cool! We had a Parlour King room, and we absolutely loved it. Service was amazing. All the staff were so helpful and polite. We also ate at Black Hide also amazing (especially if you like steak!)
Tip: if you are not a Stars member, go to the Stars desk on the bottom floor of the Treasury Casino and sign up. You will get drink vouchers worth $40 per new member that you can use right away. Also you will get a voucher for a heavily discounted room next time you stay!

1st time here,we got a room upgrade, which was lovely. I must say it's beautiful...very quiet and relaxing, I personally loved it... central to everything, awesome service and comfy bed...loved the historical feeling.. had a beautiful Valentine's evening!!
definitely will be back..

Amazing experience staying at The Treasury! The rooms (and the ceiling heights!) were incredible, and the vibe of the whole hotel was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were all phenomenal, particularly Grant (concierge) and Christina (restaurant). Grant anticipated all our needs and was so personable. Christina was such a lovely and attentive waitress. Plus the food portions included with the breakfast were huge! The hotel is also very close to the Botanical gardens and to all the food and shops, so a great location for us. The whole experience was great - we'll be staying here every time we go to Brisbane from now on.
