what a horrible place.. all I can say is do yourself and your family a favour and stay somewhere else.
overgrown gardens, un swimmable pool and the room smelt of Curry.

poor communication by manager. was left standing outside in the rain for 20min as i was not able to reach the manager 45min after the office closed as I was supposed to receive the code to access my room key. when he finally rang back he was obviously intoxicated and all he wanted to do was argue about the msg that was not sent instead of just telling me how to get my keys. when i finally stopped him from talking he got mad and told me to go find somewhere else to stay.. by now it was 10:15pm on a Monday night.. this Punjab is a complete A55 and its funny how all the 5 star reviews are all Punjab's as well.. very suss..

My mum,sister and aunt stayed and my mum accidentally left a small pillow that was given to her by her sister who has died. I asked if they could post it as it was made specifically for my mum from her sister. I have contacted them every few weeks and it's been almost 3 months and they still haven't posted it, I'm very upset about this as I was hoping it would be here for her 80th :(

The walls have no noise acoustics, and it's right next to the main road. You can literally hear every conversation at normal chatting volume happening in the adjacent rooms. If you need a good night's sleep (and like to keep your own conversations private), probably not the best option.

Whole place is run down over grown gardens.
Pool Green
Had to find our own way to next door to restaurant. Who do the food for Bert Hinkler
Motel. Not enough crockery for 2 people.
Free WiFi was non existence.
Over all will not go there again.
Or recommend it to anyone.
