We've stayed here a few times and always found the staff and owner to be helpful and welcoming. Rooms are always spotless and have been updated tastefully. Even had our phone charger found and kept for us to pick up on our latest trip. We'll keep coming back.

Great place to stay for two and a bit months during my locum at the hospital. Owner has great hospitality and the cleaning staff were friendly too. Nothing was ever too much effort to help make the stay more comfortable. Room had great facilities to feel like a home away from home.

Charm City Motel is an older motel that obviously the owner/ manager takes enormous pride in. Beautiful comfortable beds, fabulous location, on main road, but not on a traffic light intersection, therefore no noisy breaking during the night - big bonus for us. Very clean and tidy, undercover parking. It's winter, so didn't try out the pool area. Look forward to staying again. Exceptional value...

The location was excellent, Staff were accommodating with requests. The room was clean and good in size. . I would have no issues with booking this Motel again..

Charm City Motel was exceptional. We loved the location, close to every single attraction in Bundy. The staff is lovely and they gave us great recommendations to explore the city and also for dinner. The Motel was sparkling clean. We loved everything about this place. Thanks to the Staff for providing a lovely stay!

If you are looking for a motel to stay in while in the area, I highly recommend Charm city. Rick does a wonderful job looking after this motel and provides wonderful customer service. The motel has old bones with a lovely modern fit out. I was staying two weeks with the weekends back home in Brisbane and Rick even kept my frozen meals (the ones I had forgotten) in his personal freezer until I returned...

Always stay at Econo Lodge when visiting Bundaberg. Close to town and restaurants, if the affordable bar and restaurant don’t cater for your needs, the motel is clean, and staff are friendly and attentive.

Nice rooms and friendly but I shall not be coming back its getting to expensive I've come here five times and each time the price was different topping out at 175 dollars this trip so good by econo lodge your not very economical any more

The management were very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to try and find us another motel to stay. I found the housekeepers also very helpful and obliging. The room we stayed in was tired as it is old, but it was clean and the bed comfortable. It is also pet friendly.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Ours looked like it had been recently renovated. Staff were friendly. The hot breakfasts were of generous size and the sausages were real, not supermarket BBQ.

This B&B is exceptional. I never actually met the owner we just conversed via text and she was lovely to deal with. Breakfast is a nice touch and delicious. They also upgraded me which was lovely.

Lovely room, very inviting after a long day on the road. Heaps of variety of food for breakfasts. Staying 2 nights. Will certainly recommend to family and friends. Will come again.

Fantastic stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, all furnishings were new and in great condition. The host left us a huge breakfast each day, she was lovely and easy to find if we needed her. The room, kitchen and bathroom were extremely clean. Only downside was that the internet was not really working even though WiFi was advertised and we booked because of that, as my partner really needed it...

Karen (the manager) was amazing. They allowed me to bring my Shetland pony and stay in the caravan. The outdoor disco was loud yet heat fun, it was a shame it finished at 3am. Use of the butler service was a bonus.

7 day stay, powered site. With the exception of Friday, Saturday night, which is beyond the control of management due to the pub across the river, this is a very peaceful caravan park. Right on the Burnett River with plenty of room to exercise my dogs. The management are excellent and keep this place immaculate. Professional, great communication and personable. We just came back from 2 nights in a compact Queen room. Yes it looks a bit tired on the outside but these tiny (yes “compact” is very accurate!) are impeccably clean and have everything you need. Such a great idea being relocatable. So if the Burnett River floods again, they can simply haul these relocatable homes out. G8ve this place a shot! We spent about 4 nights in Bundaberg. Our holidays were up to a rough start due to the weather. Managers on site were so lovely, caring and kind. Ultimately, the park could do with a bit of live, but as explained later on, the park got flooded quite a few times. It might not look spank new, but it was comfortable, safe and clean. Rooms are a good size for an overnight stay. It was new as even the kettle still had the sticker on it and the half van with good size toilet and shower was spotlessly clean and proved with new soft towels and toiletries.
