Hilton Cairns

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Cairns. We have been very well looked after here during our week stay. We stayed in the King Hilton Spa Room, it offered incredible views of the ocean and hills. The spa was such a nice addition! The buffet breakfast has a great selection which varies slightly on different days, the service we received was always excellent. The executive lounge area was amazing! The view from the lounge was incredible in the evenings, again the service was excellent. The pool area was well kept and relaxing. The gym area had a good range of equipment and machines.

All in all we had a lovely time and will definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Cairns. The service at the front desk was great and the staff were always very attentive and helpful. :)

Water view room w balconies are fantastic. Spa Rooms were an extra bit of comfort enjoyed during our stay. Several Restaurants on site all with great offerings. All staff were soo kind and service oriented. Look forward to our return stay.

Nice hotel at a great location away from the busy part of Cairns but within easy reach of all the facilities.

The Executive Lounge was good with some light breakfast options and nighttime drinks. Breakfast buffet was great at the cafeteria. Food options available at nighttime could be improved.

The kind staff absolutely made our initial 5-night stay- so much so that we returned a day later when some plans fell through. The views facing the harbor are stunning, with balcony doors that open so you can feel the sea in your room if you want. The hotel is perfectly located-15 min. walk to grocery store, mall, and seconds from restaurant and harbor where many excursions depart. Water refill stations are easily accessible, which we really appreciated. The staff really went above and beyond to accommodate any request and we will certainly be back.

Great location. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Clean and well presented. Front end staff were great. Bar Staff were poor and lacked knowledge of Bar work. Breakfast variety was great but dinner food was only so-so. Check out was easy. Could do with a concierge.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for enjoying Cairns. We were welcomed warmly by Peter and Ada. Peter handled our bags until our room was ready. He offered a key card to allow us access to the pool and the Executive lounge while we waited. Our room was an Executive Level Waterview Deluxe with Breakfast included in the rate. The executive lounge has a great view of the casino next door and the park with thousands of birds roosting each evening.
The swimming pool is huge! The temperature was perfect. Plenty of loungers available in sun or shade.
The morning breakfast is extensive. Omelets and eggs cooked to order, fresh salads, cold cuts, fresh fruit selection, as well as delicious pastries. We also enjoyed the fresh squeezed juices each morning.
Our room was spacious, with a gorgeous view and a bathtub! After adventuring all day in the heat and humidity, I luxuriated in a long bubble bath!
The two things I would recommend to make this hotel even better are a wall mounted clothes line in the shower stall to dry your bathing suits, and heating the hot tub so it is actually hot and not as cold as the pool.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Cairns.
