Pullman Reef Hotel Casino

Excellent staff and great customer service. We really enjoyed our stay here and the rooms were nice, plus location is perfect.

Only minor issues I would say as feedback are:
- were we werent able to use the television/chromecast
- sometimes robes were not replaced
- we stayed 9 nights and our price increased as we went through checkout; then further a new promotion which included plenty of extras for those who stayed 7 nights (which we couldn’t get)

Overall everything else was amazing and would certainly recommend.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this awesome Hotel. We are already planning to go back next year.
Matt at concierge was amazing and right from the word go he went over and beyond to help us. Air New Zealand changed our flights which meant we had to go home via Brisbane and because we were International we had to be at the Airport at 4am so Matt organised a great transfer for us which included a Infant seat for our one year old Grandson. Thank you so much Matt !
The staff recognised my Diamond Accor Membership and we really appreciated the nice wine they gave us for our loyalty.
The restaurant staff too were all very friendly and efficient and we enjoyed our breakfast every morning.
The house keeping did a great job too , the Hotel was full some nights but they worked very hard to get everyones room done by the end of the day.
Finally we booked a Junior suite and we loved the room , such great views to wake up to and so much space along with a great shower and very comfortable bed.
We look forward to returning next year already !

The Pullman Reef Hotel Casino in Cairns had a mixed experience. The overall ambiance felt a bit dark and rundown, lacking in vibrant energy. The limited number of shops was disappointing, with the main focus seemingly on the pokies. However, we stumbled upon a pleasant surprise—the nice bar during happy hour, which added some enjoyment to our stay. The highlight was the wildlife park on the roof, which provided a cool and unique experience. Despite its shortcomings, the hotel's rooftop attraction and the chance to unwind at the bar made the visit somewhat worthwhile. Didn’t stay at the hotel so can’t speak to the rooms. Other reviews suggest they are nice.

If you are staying in Cairns pick this hotel! Myself and fiance stayed here to celebrate our recent engagement and 5 year anniversary. Upon arrival we revieved a free $5 dollar bet and a free drinks voucher for the barman upon entering the room they had covered the bed in rose petals and left a complimentary bottle of fizz with a congratulations card (totally unexpected but hugely appreciated for the special occasion. The room was luxurious and spotlessly clean. The views of the pool, marina and ocean were incredible. We ordered room service from the Soy kitchen when was also 5/5 and extremely delicious. I am usually weary of ordering room service but the food was piping hot and delivered in under 30 min. The concierge staff at the hotel were all excellent and the complimentary coffee at reception was greatly appreciated. We recieved late check out as the hotel was quiet and ordered fresh press juices in the morning which were again excellent and delivered to the room quickly. The rooms are very quiet and the beds super comfy. The live music was great and the bar staff friendly.All in all a 5 star experience which the Pullman and staff should be proud of. Well done an exceptional stay

What's not to love, understated hotel right by the water front.

The junior king suite is well appointed. There's a pod coffee machine.

Little desk for work

Lots of charging points so you out need to bring a cable for your phone.

Loved how big the place way.

Good Casino. Staff are friendly & professional, tidy establishment. Drinks at the bar come with an extra charge if using credit or debit card to purchase, but this is pretty common these days. Dress code is casual which is good.
