Belaire Place

Great 3 star motel/ apartments! Clean , comfortable apartment with everything we needed and just across the road from the beach! With shops, cafes and restaurants nearby! Very friendly and helpful reception staff! We love it and will be back!

We stayed in the wheelie-friendly 1st floor, one bedroom apartment in June 2024 as we've stayed here a number of times over the years. The bathroom has just been refurbished & is an improvement. However, they have placed a bowl sink on top of the vanity which makes it very high to access from a seated position, and they have placed the mirror too high. I had to buy a portable mirror to see my face. The advantage of this unit is the locality, as it's wheeling distance to the beach, Caloundra convention centre and King's beach boardwalk in a power wheelchair.

We had yet another wonderful stay at Belaire Place. When booking we couldn’t get our favourite room 501 so we booked 502 instead, and we’re not disappointed. Still had great views, and we spent most of our time on the balcony when we were in the apartment. It’s interesting seeing the ships come past, especially the cruise ship on Saturday evening. The carpark is secure and only accessible to guests. The pool is great, especially in the mornings when it’s in the morning sun. The hotel is close to multiple cafes and restaurants, including Indiyum Indian Restaurant directly downstairs. The bed was comfortable, and although 502 has a shower over the bath, it wasn’t an issue for us (I liked having a bath as most accommodation places don’t have a bath). There’s lots of great walking paths if you like to go for a daily walk. This was our 4th or 5th stay and definitely won’t be our last.

Wonderful staff Gail and John couldn't do enough for you lovely people nothing was too much trouble you asked and they answered or did. Fantastic location. Pool good could have had more chairs if more people were there at the same time only small area but still good Laundry each washer and dryer only$2 per load . Big verandah large apartment. Worth the stay would I stay again definitely

Nice spacious one bedroom unit, clean and comfortable, new bathroom, small fridge, basic cooktop and oven, but good price. Great location easy walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. We will be back. Parking a little tight.

We was staying in room 504 This room was spacious and quiet with beautiful view. Service was very good, staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 12 days and on fourth day our room was cleaned. Location of Belaire place was excellent. Just have in mind going there bring hair conditioner, beach towels and couple clothes hangers.

Stayed for 3 nights in May 2023. Great location only short walk at the beach. Had beach view plus could see the Glasshouse Mountains in the distance. Appartment was clean and spacious with full kitchen and seperate bedroom with balcony access. Lift worked well to carpark underneath. Only negative is tight car spots and steep driveway. Would stay again

These apartment are in a great location. Close to beach, restaurant and shops. Staff amazing nothing was to much trouble and had great knowledge of sights and things to do. Pool small but refreshing. Units large had everything we needed. Great views. Laundry is communal but was always available and close line outside and portable in room. We will definitely visit again

A great place to stay. Very clean and big size bedroom, living room and balcony. Perhaps for long stays a little inconvenience for not having a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Good and helpful service with a smile.
A few steps from a patrolled beach with no waves.
A walking/running track nearby.
Plenty of restaurants within walking distance to choose to eat in or take away.
Supermarkets are five minutes driving.
Convenience store is three minutes walking.
Also, free parking.
Very good value for money.
Highly recommended for couples and families with young children.
We will stay again if in the future come to Caloundra for a holiday.
