Property was right on the beach with great eating options just outside the gate. Had everything required for a family holiday.

Wonderful A wonderful hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms, great happy hour drinks and a beautiful pool. Close to the beach and shops. Magnificent and highly recommended if you decide to go to Caloundra.

Great stay with our young family. Plenty of space and the pool area was popular with the young ones. Muffins and coffee in the morning were nice touches to the stay.

Good, only place we could find cold drinking water was in their gym.

Disappointing stay. Dirty dishes and food left from last guests. Staff weren't happy with my requests and didn't supply cutlery at the restaurant. Card to car park didn't work and no one answered the intercom.

Right on Kings Beach Amazing location right on Kings Beach bonus restaurants underneath the building. Room was very good - a bit tired and could do with a revamp but great views good parking available under the building overall a very pleasant stay - staff at reception were great and very helpful.

Clean, beds OK, pool area nice. Unfortunately had noisy neighbours until 3.30am. Onsite restaurant had nice dinner only customs at that time. Breakfast ok. Location too far away from beach my fault for not checking before I booked. OK for overnight stay.

Amazing location right on King’s beach. Close to shops, restaurants and of course, the best beaches in the world. The only down side is the front office is not always open.

We've stayed at Centrepoint Apartments every year for the last 10 years and we love it. Great location for young families, good access to the beach and shops and good facilities.

We loved walking to shops, coffee and along boardwalk round to Kings beach. Very handy to everything. Lovely large apartment for big family and great views out 2 directions over Bulcock Beach and mountains. Hot tub was great on windy days and kids loved the pool setup and sauna.

Twice a year at least I visit Centrepoint Apartments. I arrive exhausted and stressed but after a week in Caloundra my spirit is restored. Centrepoint’s fabulous position means I can put my car in the garage and walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The location is just the best. Central to great restaurants and a good range of shops. The view from the higher rooms is breathtaking and the rooms are well designed making them very comfortable . The management and staff are very friendly and courtesy.

OCEAN VISTA Great experience. fast check in. Our supreme ocean view unit on the 10th floor was brilliant, two large balconies with great differing wonderful views,great for ship watching. Location very central to shops and beaches.Rooms clean and spacious. Two car parks were allocated to our unit in an underground car park with adequate lift access.

Great place to stay in Caloundra. Aspect Caloundra is in a very convenient location just off the main shopping street. The apartment was huge with fantastic ocean views and the pools and excellent other amenities including underground parking and visitor parking. Would certainly stay there again.

We stayed in the wheelie-friendly 1st floor, one bedroom apartment in June 2024 as we've stayed here a number of times over the years. The bathroom has just been refurbished & is an improvement. However, they have placed a bowl sink on top of the vanity which makes it very high to access from a seated position, and they have placed the mirror too high. We had yet another wonderful stay at Belaire Place. When booking we couldn’t get our favourite room 501 so we booked 502 instead, and we’re not disappointed. Still had great views, and we spent most of our time on the balcony when we were in the apartment. It’s interesting seeing the ships come past, especially the cruise ship on Saturday evening. Nice spacious one bedroom unit, clean and comfortable, new bathroom, small fridge, basic cooktop and oven, but good price. Great location easy walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. We will be back. Parking a little tight.

We was staying in room 504 This room was spacious and quiet with beautiful view. Service was very good, staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 12 days and on fourth day our room was cleaned. Location of Belaire place was excellent. Just have in mind going there bring hair conditioner, beach towels and couple clothes hangers.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with short notice. The Manager are lovely people and even left some home made biscuits for us. I had some issues with the accommodation though. The apartment was very dated. With cheap bad fitting curtains and Kmart kitchen appliances. I found a very dirty unwashed teacup in the kitchen cupboard, the remote for the bedroom TV didn’t work, we had ants in the kitchen...

Stayed here 5 nights in April. Great place to have a base. Room was very big with great access to the pool area which was always clean and tidy. Michael (the manager) was professional and courteous with excellent communication. You could tell he was passionate about his building. Position was perfect just 1 street from the beautiful beach area. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Six of us shared a 4 bedroom apartment for a week. We loved it. The apartment was in great shape, and included access to a pool, hot tub and sauna. It is proximate to several good restaurants down along the beach. The resident manager, Michael, was a pleasure to talk to, and was very attentive when a couple of light bulbs burned out.

Says it is luxury accommodation but I'm not sure it is. Everything from reception to the rooms were really dated and in need of some cosmetic work. Though staff were friendly.

Loved the location, close to the beach and you could hear the waves breaking. The stairs as it is an older building can be a little negative but good for staying fit!

The apartment had everything you could for a complete holiday. Very spacious, full kitchen and laundry and a great view from the balcony. Walking distance to cafes and convenience store and beach is a stones throw away. Only negative for some might be the stair only access but it was good exercise for me. Been staying at Cheltenham Apartments for over 14 years and there has never been an issue. Apartments have been updated. Beach is 200 m away. Managers; Deb and Dave are ever so obliging to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Always their to assist as soon as they are notified of any issue. Will always come back.

Good location near Kings beach. Good car parking which is in a garage under the unit. Slightly dated decor within the unit but clean enough and Andrew was very helpful and friendly. No pay TV and the stereo in the unit only has cassette and CD - no USB connection. The beds and storage are a good size.

We stayed in Unit 12 great views, close to all shops. All in walking distance. The unit had all we needed for our 7 night stay. Close (across the road) to the beach for a quiet beach experience or a safe dip as the weather warms up. Lifeguards on duty over the weekends.

My family and I stayed at this hotel while on holiday at the Sunshine Coast. It was a rather pleasant stay with good service, friendly staff and a nice room with a great view of Caloundra. Other than the fact that my son fell 3 stories off of the balcony and shattered his spine, our stay here was very good.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Was good. No elevator in the 3 bedroom apartments but elevator for the 2 bedroom places. View is nice. Might be different when the house in front is sold. Conveniently located.

Hi a wonderful place to stay. My 3 bedroom unit on level 9 is huge very comfortable with fantastic views to north east and west very close to Kings Beach at Caloundra and shopping centres. RSL club close by as is Mooloolaba. Highly recommend for big family. Undercover lockup parking. I would think 2 bedroom units would be as good. Good luck. I love it here.

Good place and nice view, and good service of Accommodation

Feels more like a big sharehouse than an hostel. I am staying here since July and counting on staying for two more month. It's cheap, has all you need like TV room, BBQ, bikes, surfboard and the atmosphere is great. The manager helps you find a job in the area and is regularly in contact with companies to know if they are looking for people as well.

They have a wii free bbq and help you find work for farm jobs by supplying groups with a car very well organised and helpful people. Laura's amazing!!!

Very good location. There are some beautiful beaches, and small pretty shops where you can go by walk. The hostel is basic, but everything what you need for short stay is right in the kitchen or TV room. The owner(manager?) was friendly, kind, and helpful.
