Beautiful pools and relaxing spa area with the bar conveniently located to enjoy a refreshing beverage poolside. Great views from our balcony and the room had everything we needed. The beds were delightfully comfortable. The kids said this was the greatest apartment that we've ever stayed in, and I have to agree with them.

Great room, had everything but did have an uncomfortable couch and no real view. Unfortunately construction was underway next door and could hear it every morning so no sleeping in and that was a big part of the view. Clean, beds OK, pool area nice. Unfortunately had noisy neighbours until 3.30am. Onsite restaurant had nice dinner only customs at that time. Breakfast ok. Location too far away from beach my fault for not checking before I booked. OK for overnight stay.

Amazing location right on King’s beach. Close to shops, restaurants and of course, the best beaches in the world. The only down side is the front office is not always open.

We booked 'partial ocean views' and the apartment was perfect for a reasonably priced relaxing break. Staff were very friendly and happily accommodated an extra guest to make 4 in a one-bedroom apartment. Laundry facilities were excellent, downstairs, and the kitchenette was well equipped, though we did bring out own non-stick cookware and utensils. Highly recommend this choice for a lovely getaway

It was well located near the Convention Centre and near shops and restaurants. A large spacious unit with a good sized kitchen with utensils and cooking implements, microwave and kettle. There was everything that we needed including laundry facilities. It had a partial view of the beach. Reception staff were friendly. A secure parking downstairs was handy to the unit. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with short notice. The Manager are lovely people and even left some home made biscuits for us. I had some issues with the accommodation though. The apartment was very dated. With cheap bad fitting curtains and Kmart kitchen appliances. Stayed here 5 nights in April. Great place to have a base. Room was very big with great access to the pool area which was always clean and tidy. Michael (the manager) was professional and courteous with excellent communication. You could tell he was passionate about his building. Position was perfect just 1 street from the beautiful beach area. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Six of us shared a 4 bedroom apartment for a week. We loved it. The apartment was in great shape, and included access to a pool, hot tub and sauna. It is proximate to several good restaurants down along the beach. The resident manager, Michael, was a pleasure to talk to, and was very attentive when a couple of light bulbs burned out.

Loved the location, close to the beach and you could hear the waves breaking. The stairs as it is an older building can be a little negative but good for staying fit!

The apartment had everything you could for a complete holiday. Very spacious, full kitchen and laundry and a great view from the balcony. Walking distance to cafes and convenience store and beach is a stones throw away. Only negative for some might be the stair only access but it was good exercise for me. We had the most amazing 4 nights here. Loved how it was right across the road from the patrolled beach with lots of dining options within walking distance. Just perfect!

As a 3 star unit its a 4 out of 5. The apartment is clean, conveniently located, friendly manager and has a nice interior. However you only get 1.8gb of wifi for a whole family for a week which in this day of unlimited internet is a bit poor. All of the sharp knives were blunt and scissors couldnt cut so bring your own utensils. The bathroom sink was also plugged up when we arrived. Pool was nice...

Location is central to the CBD and has great views from the rooftop. Waterfront access however strong current!

Been staying at Cheltenham Apartments for over 14 years and there has never been an issue. Apartments have been updated. Beach is 200 m away. Managers; Deb and Dave are ever so obliging to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Always their to assist as soon as they are notified of any issue. Will always come back.

Good location near Kings beach. Good car parking which is in a garage under the unit. Slightly dated decor within the unit but clean enough and Andrew was very helpful and friendly. No pay TV and the stereo in the unit only has cassette and CD - no USB connection. The beds and storage are a good size.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Was good. No elevator in the 3 bedroom apartments but elevator for the 2 bedroom places. View is nice. Might be different when the house in front is sold. Conveniently located.

Love this apartment block close to everything Beach, eating, shopping, children's play areas and parks with BBQ, great views of the Bribie Passage and Island, very friendly managers clean and well appointed apartments.

Or favourite place to stay on the Synshine Coast. Close to everything. Spacious. Clean and tidy. Magnificent views.

Hi a wonderful place to stay. My 3 bedroom unit on level 9 is huge very comfortable with fantastic views to north east and west very close to Kings Beach at Caloundra and shopping centres. RSL club close by as is Mooloolaba. Highly recommend for big family. Undercover lockup parking. I would think 2 bedroom units would be as good. Good luck. I love it here.

We had a great stay here and verymuch reccomend it.Our only 1 problem was when saying we wanted 2 beds in room 2 and 3 in a 3 room appartment, we were expecting actual beds not just an extra matress left on the floor in the 2nd and 3rd room. Thanks for a great break and great service otherwise.

Great view. Very comfortable, and except for the first day (heat wave) the lack of aircon had not been an issue. Cooling area breezes. Close to the beach.

Feels more like a big sharehouse than an hostel. I am staying here since July and counting on staying for two more month. It's cheap, has all you need like TV room, BBQ, bikes, surfboard and the atmosphere is great. The manager helps you find a job in the area and is regularly in contact with companies to know if they are looking for people as well.

They have a wii free bbq and help you find work for farm jobs by supplying groups with a car very well organised and helpful people. Laura's amazing!!!

Very good location. There are some beautiful beaches, and small pretty shops where you can go by walk. The hostel is basic, but everything what you need for short stay is right in the kitchen or TV room. The owner(manager?) was friendly, kind, and helpful.
