Ideal location right on Bulcock Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. The whole resort was spotless and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful pools and relaxing spa area with the bar conveniently located to enjoy a refreshing beverage poolside. Great views from our balcony and the room had everything we needed. The beds were delightfully comfortable. The kids said this was the greatest apartment that we've ever stayed in, and I have to agree with them.

Cafe 63 was a great option for afternoon drinks and snacks. Friendly staff and very clean. Great location next to lots of cafes and restaurants.

Great room, had everything but did have an uncomfortable couch and no real view. Unfortunately construction was underway next door and could hear it every morning so no sleeping in and that was a big part of the view. Room was great, airy, clean and big. Hotel facilities good, but not service at the restaurant on Sunday afternoon we couldn't have good coffee on site or any food on sunday at 2pm because there was no one around to serve us. Hotel is running with Minimal staff

Very nice and clean rooms. The staff is friendly too. The hotel is a bit further away from the Esplanade but it is nice and quiet. Oh and the internet is incredibly fast.

The spaciousness and the kitchen had plenty of cooking /eating utensils etc. Apartment was easy to maintain. Great to have a laundry. Good information for the appliances.

We stayed at rolling surf resort in a privately owned room (self check in), we absolutely loved the location, our room was beautiful, very modern and clean. Our private rooftop with a spa looking over kings beach was amazing. We will certainly be back.

Stayed for three nights. Loved having the pool at our door and so close to beach. Bed was super comfortable, everything you need in one place. 4 stars because the shower in ensuite had a bad smell.

We've stayed at Centrepoint Apartments every year for the last 10 years and we love it. Great location for young families, good access to the beach and shops and good facilities.

We loved walking to shops, coffee and along boardwalk round to Kings beach. Very handy to everything. Lovely large apartment for big family and great views out 2 directions over Bulcock Beach and mountains. Hot tub was great on windy days and kids loved the pool setup and sauna.

Great location. Some of the apartments have been renovated while others appear to be in their original 1995 state. The apartment we got was the later and seems to be pot luck when booking what you get. It's generally clean and comfortable, air con is old and struggles, kitchen and bathrooms in need of updating. The location is just the best. Central to great restaurants and a good range of shops. The view from the higher rooms is breathtaking and the rooms are well designed making them very comfortable . The management and staff are very friendly and courtesy.

We booked 'partial ocean views' and the apartment was perfect for a reasonably priced relaxing break. Staff were very friendly and happily accommodated an extra guest to make 4 in a one-bedroom apartment. Laundry facilities were excellent, downstairs, and the kitchenette was well equipped, though we did bring out own non-stick cookware and utensils. Highly recommend this choice for a lovely getaway

My husband and I had a fabulous time staying at Belaire Place. Great sized apartments, quiet, access to everything we needed. Close to everything in Caloundra. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed.

It was well located near the Convention Centre and near shops and restaurants. A large spacious unit with a good sized kitchen with utensils and cooking implements, microwave and kettle. There was everything that we needed including laundry facilities. It had a partial view of the beach. Reception staff were friendly. A secure parking downstairs was handy to the unit. It is not 4 star! Curtains are faded. Air con only in bedroom. Minimal furnishings, e.g. no lamp or light in lounge room. Lighting is poor throughout. Clean, beds OK, pool area nice. Unfortunately had noisy neighbours until 3.30am. Onsite restaurant had nice dinner only customs at that time. Breakfast ok. Location too far away from beach my fault for not checking before I booked. OK for overnight stay.

Stayed here 5 nights in April. Great place to have a base. Room was very big with great access to the pool area which was always clean and tidy. Michael (the manager) was professional and courteous with excellent communication. You could tell he was passionate about his building. Position was perfect just 1 street from the beautiful beach area. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Six of us shared a 4 bedroom apartment for a week. We loved it. The apartment was in great shape, and included access to a pool, hot tub and sauna. It is proximate to several good restaurants down along the beach. The resident manager, Michael, was a pleasure to talk to, and was very attentive when a couple of light bulbs burned out.

Says it is luxury accommodation but I'm not sure it is. Everything from reception to the rooms were really dated and in need of some cosmetic work. Though staff were friendly.

Close to restaurants & shops Unit ok but only aircon in lounge Ceiling fans in bedrooms No TV in bedrooms Good kitchen with all you need. Including microwave & dishwasher. As a 3 star unit its a 4 out of 5. The apartment is clean, conveniently located, friendly manager and has a nice interior. However you only get 1.8gb of wifi for a whole family for a week which in this day of unlimited internet is a bit poor. All of the sharp knives were blunt and scissors couldnt cut so bring your own utensils. The bathroom sink was also plugged up when we arrived. Pool was nice...

Location is central to the CBD and has great views from the rooftop. Waterfront access however strong current!

Been staying at Cheltenham Apartments for over 14 years and there has never been an issue. Apartments have been updated. Beach is 200 m away. Managers; Deb and Dave are ever so obliging to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Always their to assist as soon as they are notified of any issue. Will always come back.

Incredible staff - we arrived early and they made every effort to accommodate us, so we could be checked in before attending a birthday lunch. Clean and tidy room, comfortable beds, kept us nice and cool on a summer's evening. Great location too - far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still walking distance to anything you need, including the beach! Thanks for a great experience :-)

Motel was great value for location. Right near the main street with everything within walking distance. Room was great but walls are very thin. We had loud neighbours but the room was nice. Only down side is that the showers in the room are very low. If you are tall (I'm 5"11) you will struggle to shower.

I’m currently staying here for a week and am very appreciative of the fantastic hospitality displayed by Ken. Room is always looking spectacular when I get home of an afternoon and the laundry service is great! Highly recommended.

On pulling up in front of this motel l felt a little apprehensive about staying there. But the management where very welcoming and the room was very clean with a very comfy bed.The room was equipped with everything you needed.The motel is 5 mins walk from the beach and bars. I would definitely stay there again

The bathrooms could do with some work, but for the price it's great value. Rooms are clean everything is tidy and well kept. Pool and slide were a great surprise and Anna in reception was absolutely lovely. Thankyou for saving our holiday we loved staying here.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Was good. No elevator in the 3 bedroom apartments but elevator for the 2 bedroom places. View is nice. Might be different when the house in front is sold. Conveniently located.

Love this apartment block close to everything Beach, eating, shopping, children's play areas and parks with BBQ, great views of the Bribie Passage and Island, very friendly managers clean and well appointed apartments.

Or favourite place to stay on the Synshine Coast. Close to everything. Spacious. Clean and tidy. Magnificent views.
