The space was really big and I loved the resort, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing too!

The resort has good location with perfect water park facilities, good quality food in restaurant.

There is internet outage for the 3 days I stayed. No refill of hair conditioner. The waterpark is really fun and kid love it. Very close to the shopping center and restaurant.

There is a water park available, suitable for families with children.

Good, only place we could find cold drinking water was in their gym.

Disappointing stay. Dirty dishes and food left from last guests. Staff weren't happy with my requests and didn't supply cutlery at the restaurant. Card to car park didn't work and no one answered the intercom.

Nice quiet and big room. It was very useful to use nice modern gym(24 hours open)

The staff and location were great however we were disappointed with the room. There was white staining on pillows, paint missing on walls, a big piece of melamine screwed onto the roof rather than it getting fixed properly; the place looked like it needed a whole lot of TLC.

Great view from the balcony, pool was great . A lot included for the very reasonable price, but definitely room for improvement, bathroom supplies empty, multiple lights and fans not working, bathroom especially shower very dated. Overall very happy though and would stay again just for that view and balcony

Very pleasant stay in a secure and private apartment with sea views and all mod cons including a well equipped kitchen. Recommended all round. Pleasantly quiet during the week and outside school holidays. We enjoyed our stay and will be back when visiting Australia.

Check-in was very smooth, the balcony view was beautiful, the two rooms did not disturb each other, and the living and dining room was very convenient for friends to gather. There are Japanese and Italian restaurants opposite the hotel, and a Chinese restaurant next to it. Highly recommended

Wonderful A wonderful hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms, great happy hour drinks and a beautiful pool. Close to the beach and shops. Magnificent and highly recommended if you decide to go to Caloundra.

Great stay with our young family. Plenty of space and the pool area was popular with the young ones. Muffins and coffee in the morning were nice touches to the stay.

Right on Kings Beach Amazing location right on Kings Beach bonus restaurants underneath the building. Room was very good - a bit tired and could do with a revamp but great views good parking available under the building overall a very pleasant stay - staff at reception were great and very helpful.

The service hours are until 5pm which is a bit inflexible, but it seems that all resorts in Australia have the same service hours? However, the free parking service is really great for us who are on vacation! The view was nice but there was construction across the road which unfortunately affected the view. The lady at the front desk was lovely and the room was clean and I loved the octopus towel - so cute!

Great Accommodation in Caloundra Returning back to Brisbane, decided to have a 3 night stay in Caloundra, ULTIQA Shearwater Kings Beach. On my arrival I was greeted by a delightful receptionist. She was very helpful with my enquiries, my Studio Room, was adequate for myself. First time in a Studio apartment. Didn't like the 2 steps to drag luggage up or the 2 doors to access. Very difficult to hold open and get luggage through by myself. Loved view and position of bed closer to view rather than the apartments I've stayed in before where bedroom is at back.

The wether was terrible but a great place to wait out the rain. Will be back hopefully when the weather is fine.

Shearwater is a lovely complex. Overlooking the ocean from our unit was a beautiful bonus. Staff were very friendly. Love to go back this year and hopefully get another unit with ocean views. Parking was secure.

Our second time here, last one was six years ago, aircon added since our last visit. appt 70 8th floor north tower, clean, comfortable and larde 2 bed appt. Great area to stay in caloundra aaay from the main town, and the views are fabulous.

OCEAN VISTA Great experience. fast check in. Our supreme ocean view unit on the 10th floor was brilliant, two large balconies with great differing wonderful views,great for ship watching. Location very central to shops and beaches.Rooms clean and spacious. Two car parks were allocated to our unit in an underground car park with adequate lift access.

Great place to stay in Caloundra. Aspect Caloundra is in a very convenient location just off the main shopping street. The apartment was huge with fantastic ocean views and the pools and excellent other amenities including underground parking and visitor parking. Would certainly stay there again.

Ramada Limited parking in underground lot but overflow parking isn’t bad once you find it, they also had only one working elevator which made for sardine full elevators and waiting lines. Not sure if this is an ongoing issue but painful.

The tiled floor is slippery and dirty. The equipment needs to be refreshed The apartment next door had new parquet flooring, not ours. The elevator on the 8th floor is broken. Bad value for money

There is a hydromassage pool in the room, which is comfortable and convenient. The hotel is on the beach with a beautiful view.

Tampon wrapper on toilet floor. Requested views two months prior to staying, was told not available when we arrived. Had a balcony, but couldn't see for the trees.

Excellent facility at Golden Beach. Room was large with balcony and all the necessary facilities. Staff were most helpful and particularly as we arrived there quite late in the evening.

Location is great so close to the water amenities excellent pool good size and deep. Rooms fair and clean staff most welcoming and friendly. The Ramada is situated in a quiet part of Caloundra but still has plenty of close water access and water sports handy. Will revisit 👍

We stayed in the wheelie-friendly 1st floor, one bedroom apartment in June 2024 as we've stayed here a number of times over the years. The bathroom has just been refurbished & is an improvement. However, they have placed a bowl sink on top of the vanity which makes it very high to access from a seated position, and they have placed the mirror too high. I had to buy a portable mirror to see my face...

We had yet another wonderful stay at Belaire Place. When booking we couldn’t get our favourite room 501 so we booked 502 instead, and we’re not disappointed. Still had great views, and we spent most of our time on the balcony when we were in the apartment. It’s interesting seeing the ships come past, especially the cruise ship on Saturday evening. We was staying in room 504 This room was spacious and quiet with beautiful view. Service was very good, staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 12 days and on fourth day our room was cleaned. Location of Belaire place was excellent. Just have in mind going there bring hair conditioner, beach towels and couple clothes hangers.

We have been coming here for a few years now and feel this last visit will sadly be our last. The verandas are filthy and not attended too. The floors had a greasy slippery film on it . Last visit we had fish guts and line on the waterfront apartment. Had to wash the blankets before use as smelt and were dirty. The views are magic .

We were able to sit right next to Pumicestone Passage. It was amazing watching the water line so close, two stingrays swam right up to the shores edge. The service was prompt, the food was very enjoyable, and I liked the local beer. So much excitement. My 90 year old mum really enjoyed her birthday.

Clean, beds OK, pool area nice. Unfortunately had noisy neighbours until 3.30am. Onsite restaurant had nice dinner only customs at that time. Breakfast ok. Location too far away from beach my fault for not checking before I booked. OK for overnight stay.

Amazing location right on King’s beach. Close to shops, restaurants and of course, the best beaches in the world. The only down side is the front office is not always open.

We've stayed at Centrepoint Apartments every year for the last 10 years and we love it. Great location for young families, good access to the beach and shops and good facilities.

We loved walking to shops, coffee and along boardwalk round to Kings beach. Very handy to everything. Lovely large apartment for big family and great views out 2 directions over Bulcock Beach and mountains. Hot tub was great on windy days and kids loved the pool setup and sauna.

Twice a year at least I visit Centrepoint Apartments. I arrive exhausted and stressed but after a week in Caloundra my spirit is restored. Centrepoint’s fabulous position means I can put my car in the garage and walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The location is just the best. Central to great restaurants and a good range of shops. The view from the higher rooms is breathtaking and the rooms are well designed making them very comfortable . The management and staff are very friendly and courtesy.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with short notice. The Manager are lovely people and even left some home made biscuits for us. I had some issues with the accommodation though. The apartment was very dated. With cheap bad fitting curtains and Kmart kitchen appliances. I found a very dirty unwashed teacup in the kitchen cupboard, the remote for the bedroom TV didn’t work, we had ants in the kitchen...
