The Norfolks on Moffat Beach

Matthew the reception desk was very friendly upon arrival. However upon checking into the rooms, the tv was no connected to the internet and there was no way to connect the provided wifi, which was disconnected upon arrival. The rooms were moderately cleaned, and the kitchen itself was not cleaned very well. Damage to appliances was noticeable. I called Matthew at the front desk only to find the handset phone did not work on one end, and when I did get a hold of him informing him of the television issue, he gave me a number to contact to hopefully fix said problem. I found that service lacking considering these ammenities are listed as selling points and should be the responsibility of the management not the tenant. air conditioning is only available in select rooms in the apartment and not throughout. Overall I would not recommend staying here given the price is nearly 2 grand for a three night stay, and in part includes faulty amenities.

The location was fantastic, the view was amazing. The unit smelt atrocious, stale, dusty and dirty. The bench was not cleaned from the previous visitors neither was the griller or the oven. Dial up Internet would be better than the internet offered and the grounds/garden beds and walkways on the car park side need a clean up. Very disappointed.
