So stunning here, really feels like you’re on holiday, plus the staff are incredible, customer service is truly beyond great. Good job management! Shout out to Felicity who treated me like a Royal 😊
As a solo traveller looking to just escape for a few nights this resort was perfect for me. I stayed in one of the villas end of August and it was very quiet. I was lucky to have the pool to myself most days and it’s just a short walk to the beach.
The hotel is set in a lovely quiet, and what feels like, a secluded position among the forest and onto the beach. This though could be a problem if you don't have your own transport, with the restaurant not being open every evening. We arrived on one of these evenings, but luckily had been informed in advance that the restaurant was shut, and so brought food with us. Otherwise it would have been a...
I’m actually shocked to see people having negative comments regarding Aanuka Beach Resort. Was in town with the family for two nights and it’s exactly what we needed with two young kids. Beach access and multiple pools!! Tennis courts and putt putt… self contained units… good restaurant! So close to the city centre which seems to now have multiple 5 star cafes and restaurants!!! Perfect place to...
Resort and rooms were fine, nothing special. The pools are fun despite being old and a bit neglected. Don’t expect any form of service however, the restaurant and bar are closed Sunday & Monday (would have been nice to have been told this when we booked) and the buffet breakfast was awful. Sloppy eggs, stale toast and empty food containers everywhere. The resort has great potential but there is no...
We booked here and became a little nervous after reading such recent poor reviews. However, our experience was great, two story apartment was lovely, tastefully renovated and well equipped. The resort itself is lovely, situated so close to a stunningly beautiful beach and the amount of rain forest and waterways that run through the resort make it feel like port Douglas. Swimming pools are beautifully...

With my job I stayed in a lot motels. I stay Hear weekly The room is clean . the price are good. Customer service. Excellent & friendly I give this resort 9.95 ( no one is perfect)
The location of the hotel was very nice. In between the trees and nature. Reception was easily accessible. Staff was very good. Welcomed with smiling face. My son wanted to enjoy the pool after 8pm so on request the staff extended the time with 15 mins. I very much liked the property.
I had a great experience at this motel. It was the second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again when passing through Coffs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room we were given was spacious and set in beautiful gardens. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The overflow carpark that we used was still close enough to our room. I would highly recommend this motel to...
The Sanctuary Resort is a hidden gem in the lower price end of the market. Its not fancy but its clean, safe, and the rooms are large, surrounded by beautiful rainforest and has some added extras like a pool and accessible rooms. As someone with an ambulant disability I was too late to get an accessible room but got a ground floor room (no steps) and shower was not over bath .. bathroom was a good...
Sanctuary Resort is right on the highway and you would never as you drive up the long driveway with palm-trees 🌴 and beautiful fauna. Beautiful pool area and rooms have balconies. The management and staff are all lovely. Very luxurious 🌟 stay ever.
Two nights at the Resort provided a good sized room with parking at the door. It’s located on the west side of the highway on the edge of Coffs and requires U turns to get to or from the Resort which was frustrating. Rachelle in Reception was very friendly and helpful when I asked for advice. Bedsheets were clean, but also had holes of various sizes which was disconcerting. It was great that we could...

Really neat two storey accommodation with parking at front. Very easy access to beach and a resort style pool, BBQ area and tennis court. Good for families. Far enough away from main Coffs Harbour area to feel like you are genuinely at a resort. With apology to all - I ate some of the nasturtium flowers that are down by the beachfront.
Staff very good and friendly. Resort is looking a little tired here and there but the room was clean. Beach is not great for children as it has some strong currents and drop offs but fine for competent swimmers. No room service.
This was my second stay, and I probably didn't enjoy it quite as much as my first. The apartment this time was dated, and there was water damage in the bathroom. The coffee table also still had mug marks on it. It was also a bit annoying none of the downstairs windows had fly screen, so I couldn't open the windows to cool the place down in the evening However the facilities are good- well equipped...
Great place to stay! Rooms were good, staff are absolutely lovely and the food from the restaurant is super. Only criticism I can muster is that the adjoining beach is very rough, everything else was great.
Perfect location, great hot breakfast, relaxing atmosphere. Rooms need an update, but still ok.Sapphire beach is second to none!
Family room is amazing! It's more like a two floor little house... Washing machine, dryer etc. etc. Clean. Very good deal through wotif.

The Resort itself is Beautiful and the grounds are well looked after our room was a different story! We paid $260 for one night, the room is very dated it felt damp and smelt old and dusty. We didn’t even want to sit on the couch because it had stained a all over it, it felt like it had never been cleaned the cushions were all stained the bathroom window was covered in cobwebs with spiders and the...
The room was spacious and nicely presented with a very private balcony. Plates, cups and utensils were provided along with a basin for washing up after. This was a nice touch as it made it comfortable to 'eat in'. The room included a communal laundry which was also nicely presented. Parking was a little annoying as a dedicated parking space was not provided and the main underground carpark which gave...
Lovely resort hidden in beautiful grounds. Several pools, tennis courts, and walking tracks. Very short stroll to the beach. 5-10 minute drive to main Coffs. Room is clean, cute surf decor. Some old trimmings. Would be nice to be able to use the Pacific Resort gym which is on site.
Good value for money. The refurbished room was lovely. I really liked the no contact check-in option. The parking was not as expected. Tight spaces and no spaces available in the higher height car park. Navigating the stairs and locating the room was an adventure.
The resort offers a number of great amenities including a beautiful 9 hole golf course and a number of big pools. The grounds are well landscaped and there are quite a few brush turkeys wandering around. The rooms are a good size with a nice balcony with a peaceful view. The rooms are quiet and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Overall this was a very enjoyable stay and will be very likely to return...

I was given my stay at Club Wyndham for my birthday. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge room, dining room, balcony with table and chairs. The bed is comfortable. Overall, a good place to relax.
This is a very beautiful location so much to see and do. The resort is well laid out and clean and welcoming. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have great coffee on site and it was nice to have it at or near the the pool. If the Manager's morning walk is on, we would highly recommend it. What a fantastic and unexpectedly enjoyable holiday away. We were under lower expectations when viewing the outside of the hotel rooms, has that 90s resort kinda vibe. However inside our room was a modern apartment with a great range of appliances. Only thing to pick on was there is not air conditioning in every room only the main and master. Staff were always so helpful and friendly and did not...
Our apartment was well appointed. Loved the oversized bath tub in the ensuite. Had everything we needed. Easy access from car park to our apartment- 115. Very happy with service and amenities. Easy walk to beach or across the hill to “Diggers Beach” for surfing. We had a great week in Coffs and will definitely return. Was told that Taxis and Ubers were hard to get, but on the one occasion we tried...
For the price it could really be a little more luxurious. It had all you needed but was a little run down and items like the broken TV needed replacing. Location wasn't too bad if you have a car, but a little far out if you don't. Cabs etc tricky to get. Staff were friendly and helpful. I can't fault them.

The location was great, right on the beach and just a 8 minute drive or something into town. No traffic around it and a laid back vibe. The staff were great, going the extra mile to help me entertain my toddler while we were there.
Very friendly and helpful reception. Good level sites. Short walk to a great beach. Ladies ablutions have been recently upgraded and looks good and clean. The gents' are a little dated but very clean. Good playground as well as an indoor area for kids. Two pristine pools.
Stayed here the past few days with my family. What a piece of paradise. Great staff around the place. Great facilities, amenities and the rooms are nice. Too many activities around to be inside your room anyway. Pricing was competitive and good value. Close to everything. Pool area is deluxe. Loved this place and can't wait to come back.
Clean tidy, loved beach access & listening to the waves at night. We stayed in caravan. Blue tounge visit was beautiful & pool clean 😍 Great for young kids too
Been coming to this caravan park since i was a boy over 25years ago, i have experience all that this park has to offer from camping , staying in cabins and one of the large villas. now my family and i always stay here! i love seeing this place being upgraded and looked after very well. the kids love this place especially the awesome pool! and kids always talk about SBHP all year and have so much fun...
We've been coming here for over 8 years with kids and dogs. Awesome place with a pool facility, bbq area and close to the beach. Our kids (and husband) enjoy the Berg 4 wheel quad bikes. The best part is we could bring our family dogs with us. The rooms are always clean & tidy.

Had a lovely stay on 30/08/23, with megga comfortable bed. My only disappointment was the race office chair that through me flat on my back when I sat back in it talking. Explained to owners who understood that if it was hubby with his crook hip it may have been a different outcome, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise an enjoyable stay
This is a good place to stay if you’re after a cheap room with the basic amenities and are not expecting anything special. The staff are very helpful and courteous and this place offers very affordable accommodation. They have some rooms available that are pet friendly. Quite impressed overall.
Best Western Coffs Harbour was a stop over on the way to out holiday destination. I found the bed extremely comfortable. Unfortunately when they cleaned the room the forgot to stock up on Teabags. We actually didn’t notice until about 6.10 on the Saturday. It was too late as the reception was closed. Not everyone drinks coffee.
Staff were very good and accommodating. The rooms were good and clean enough for the price we paid. More space than your average motel room and the water pressure in the shower was nice (some motels limit the pressure to save on water which is a little annoying). So all in all a good place to stay and very reasonably priced.
Always a great stay.... staff are excellent. From check in to check out 🙏. Nice rooms, beds are super comfy, pillows are great too. Nice and close to all amenities within Coffs. Easy ordering breakfast or any meal, gets delivered straight to your room. Thank you

We had the absolute best time after Christmas. It was super clean, with very friendly and helpful owners Ron & Cathy. Our baby Bachi was very comfortable. We would definitely return when down in Sawtell/ Bonville.
Stayed 2nd time now going to Brisbane great for our toy poodle lots of yard for her Ron and Cathy owners just lovely ...always there to help out if you need something...great breakfast and dinner..

Our stay was awesome, friendly staff and clean rooms. Dinner was amazing and breakfast had very friendly staff. Located so close to the bug banana. Would definitely stay here again
Love this place. Will be returning again and again. Has a large BBQ area, outdoor swimming pool, things to keep kids occupied. Next door to Big Banana. Large room with kitchenette and good size bathroom. Comfortable beds, good pillows. Lovely staff. Would recommend this place
Great place to stay. It was dated but it was clean and I had a great time swimming in the pool. It's also right across the street from The Big Banana.
this place doesn’t really pretend to be anything it’s not.... and you get that right away. for what it is, it does a great job being a rustic little unpretentious motel on the side of the highway. Geoff and Sue were absolutely lovely during our time at their BnB. Amazing location and close to the Jetty, restaurants and cafes. Would 100 percent recommend to friends and family.
Only dropped in for a night on our way through to Sydney. Lovely staff, very clean and very comfortable. Thanks very much. Tom and Stacey
We had such a lovely stay at Geoff and Sue's place. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the setting was lovely - just a short walk from the beach. Geoff and Sue made us feel so at home - it was a great place to stop for the night on our way up the coast. Yummy breakfast too!
After ringing around to find a bed for the night I stumbled across the lovely establishment, I was met with a happy voice on the phone and a smile when I rocked up on my noisy motorbike, I was taken to the most neatly presented room and more than ample bathroom and walk in closet space. Great person to deal with. Amazing service we where travelling with our trucks. Bed was really comfortable. Definitely go back
Beds were well-made, toilets were clean and there is honestly not much to complain about when it comes to the rooms but if anything a massive downside to this location is the poor WiFi. We were lucky enough to get a last minute room here during the OzTag Nationals. It was nice and roomy, excellent bed, and with a fan and air con, and it was not noisy in spite of being near the Highway. Exceptionally clean too and the manager was very helpful. Sue & Graham
Spent a night on the way to Brisbane (Christmas/school goliday) and explored Coffs Harbour area spending half a day. The stay was okay, just a tad noisy at night, perhaps due to being super near the pacific highway, perhaps could also be considered as being very convenient. Very nice guy (who's name I don't remember) offered us a different bedroom away from all the noise and solved a problem with the dryer that ate our coins xD The places has everything, and everything looks nice. I'm here since July 2020, and the thing that is important to say is: this is an amazing spot to spend your time, is like a big share house, with around 50 flatmates. The manager is an amazing person, and his idea was to make this place his own big family home. So, I am one of the family members and I can't be more grateful of being part of this amazing experience. So, my recommendation would be, Dare...
Very nice hostel! The common room is big enough, the kitchen is clean and well equipped, and the owner, Daniel, is extremely kind. Free/ cheap activities and tours are offered daily. Bikes, surfboards, and other things can be rent for free. Unfortunately there were some organization problems when checking in, but all in all it was fine :)
This place is extremely clean . Really nicely done kitchen, rooms are very clean too. The people there were amazing. Most of them are working, so it's not much of a party life (Which was good for me) Bathrooms are really clean as well. The beach is extremely close. More of a Surfing vibe, which is also great. They give out surf boards and body boards. Service is really good too.
Good and affordable option for staying in Coffs Harbor. Good amenities, friendly fellow guests and staff, inclusion of a pool and free wifi was really great too. The kitchen was also super clean. I do love this beautiful old pub. The rooms are affordable and well appointed. It is a shared bathroom, but I didn't come across anyone else when I was using the ladies. The food is pretty good pub style food. The staff were very helpful.
High marks for this hotel. The quality of the rooms was high & are reasonably priced. Good location, walking distance to the jetty, beach & restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Ate 2 meals at the bistro, which were delicious & of a good portion. Will def stay again.
This is my favourite pub in the coffs area and also my local. The staff are very attentive and friendly. My favourite spot is in the window overlooking the pedestrian crossing watching unsuspecting pedestrians being narrowly missed by oblivious stupid drivers. Try the Tequila Cranberry and Soda.
Friendly service, absolutely the best lemon and lime bitters! Ordered a margarita pizza, yummy 😋 definitely will come back if ever back in NSW. Only let down was the Jack Daniels are sold in a 330ml never seen this before and sold as a normal size in price. Definitely should be communicated, other than that small minor thing..... absolutely would recommend.
Simply loved staying here. I have stayed here 4 times in the last few months. Boutique pub accommodation is how they advertise themselves and that is exactly what you get. Great service! The hotel is great and the room is clean. It suits our one night stay in Coffs Harbour. The unpleasant experience we had that the music from a very closed bar played up to midnight. It was really annoying us until midnight. But overall, the hotel is great.
For only $98 a night we were expecting it to be well.. Not amazing but I'm so happy to say that we were wrong!! Room had a bunk bed which was pretty fun. Beds were comfy and the place was clean, but I wasn't overly impressed with anything. About what I would expect for a budget hotel.
My wife and myself stayed at IBIS Budget for two nights at Coffs Harbour. The room is too small just alright for using it for basic utility purposes ie sleeping and bathroom. It's a little bit older so don't expect the Hilton. Very noisy being on the highway. But the desk clerk was more than helpful and very polite and friendly. Bed was beautiful !!! I'd stay here again , but I'm a heavy sleeper .
I think the rooms are currently being upgraded, however having a microwave with no plates or cutlery,a dirty aircon vent which made it smell when used and very substandard wifi reception, made our stay a little annoying to say it politely.
Rooms are quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Decor was a bit tired and most of the lights in my room did not work. But the room only cost me 85 bucks, so no complaints really.
Motel is in an ok location where it is close to Coffs central so a very short walk to everything but it's on a main road so there's a lot of noise from the road. Luckily Coffs is quiet at night so it's not too bad. WiFi is a little spotty. Can drop out often but is quick when it is working and free.
