Loved it. Typically cold this time of year but everyone was friendly and prompt to assist with enquiries. We had a king room overlooking the Lake which was amazing.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be in the centre of Jindabyne, have comfy beds, and have heating when it’s cold! Right next to the pub which has great food, multiple pool tables, and music on some nights. My favourite part was waking up to the beautiful lake in the mornings. No view like that anywhere else I’ve stayed in jindy!!! Thanks for a great stay :)

Stayed for 3 nights. It was cheapest accomodation i found. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful view of the lake. The only issue (for a snowy town ) no drying room. Pub food also great! Would stay again .

Stayed here a few times for work, found it to be great . Large size rooms with big comfy beds with a great view over the lake. Cool little bar with great bar meals and excellent stuff. But the best part about this place has always been the buffet breakfast, huge selection of everything you want and more.

The location was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. I liked that I was sent the code so we could go straight to our room and not have to waste time checking in

Dropped into "Pub" for Lunch . Very accommodating for our order. Little bit different from the "norm". Cleo was very helpful with advice on order and Jayden ( Chef) did a great job .. PERFECT --

Currently staying at JE resort in the main building and it is fantastic. A lovely country vibe to the place and only a 15 minute drive into Jindabyne and only 37 mins to Perisher carpark. We stayed in one of the budget "Horseshoe Lodge" rooms last week and it was quick self check-in, clean and warm rooms, and seamless communication. Reception was helpful with all our phone enquiries. Comfy bed, great place. very friendly people. And always willing to help. Great place anytime of the year or occasion. Will be coming back. For got to mention it snows here in winter. The place is amazing... can I please give more stars. The owners are wonderful.. The people really care about you, especially after we hit a deer on the way to Thredbo. Its a place that people want to raise a family...

It's a good location, easy walk to the shops and the lake, beautiful views, and comfortable for a one night stay.

I have stayed at this place a couple of times with my family and have had a great time, close to shops and the slopes and VERY clean :)

Modern facilities with beautiful views overlooking Snowy Moutains and Lake Jindabyne. Great central location easy walking distance to town centre and recreational facilities.

We stayed two nights with the kids in a lovely, peaceful location on top of a mountain. Fab was also very kind and welcoming. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us.

A bit further away from the snow fields but still a short walk down. Beautiful bedrooms and views from the bedroom and the communual dining area. The chalets have only a few rooms so it's quite romantic and boutique like. Breakfast is made to order. Would definitely come back.

Cosy yet spacious chalet with clean, comfortable rooms, king size beds, heated bathroom floors and towel rails, Foxtel in each room and a gorgeous fireplace in the common lounge/dining area to keep warm. We stayed at Pure Chalet back in May and had a wonderful experience. From booking over the phone to changing our arrival time and the amazing room and wonderful service. A lovely lodge perched on the side of the hill with fabulous views of the mountain. Lots of stairs which can be a bit daunting at the end of a full day skiing or biking. Great service with a smile. Best food on the mountain. Bar and restaurant are closed Monday and Tuesday.

All the staff were friendly. With every staff member no request was an issueall were helpful. the food was excellent. The night life Jock was great. The hotel is extremely tired and needs alot of work but very clean. The top balcony needs replacing urgently. The hotel needs new beds. The parking is only pick up and drop off only but the bus service(winter only) is regular.

Great place to stay. We had the family room which offered AMAZING views of the mountain. The staff were great, especially Annie’s personal touch which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The food was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there. Compliments to the Chef.

A really nice place to stay in Thredbo! We had the family room that fit 5 people, very clean, spacious and warm. The lodge provides breakfast and dinner by booking in advance. They also have a vintage bar with life music over the weekend. Annie is very kind and really accommodated our late check in. She also helped to pick up us after our walk. A very well-spent hols in Thredbo!

The staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating, lovely view of the mountains! Restaurant closed during the off season though but plenty of places to eat just a quick walk away
