The location is incredibly convenient, and the food is to my liking, with very generous portions. The hotel has heated rooms for storing ski equipment, which is excellent. It gets very crowded during peak season, but the soundproofing is adequate. The streets are very quiet at night, and there's a convenience store nearby.

Great location to get to the snow, great food, staff were friendly and helpful, entertainment most nights, beds were so comfortable. Only downfall was the parking for the hotel is limited and that there is no lift, only stairs. But overall we were very happy.

Beautiful and clean. Only things that were a little bit disappointing was the room had no microwave and the bathroom fan didn’t work but other than that it had everything we needed staff were friendly and helpful.

Banjo Paterson is very good value for the price. First class service, great clean and modern facilities, incredibly friendly and efficient staff and above all they actually care about their guests. The location is wonderful too, close to all things you need to be. If staying in Jindabyne I would rate them above all.

What an amazing stay! Nat and Graeme really are great hosts it felt like we were part of the family. The view and location are fantastic such a unique experience, actually reminded us of a chalet in the Austrian alps. Loved it. Typically cold this time of year but everyone was friendly and prompt to assist with enquiries. We had a king room overlooking the Lake which was amazing.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be in the centre of Jindabyne, have comfy beds, and have heating when it’s cold! Right next to the pub which has great food, multiple pool tables, and music on some nights. My favourite part was waking up to the beautiful lake in the mornings. No view like that anywhere else I’ve stayed in jindy!!! Thanks for a great stay :)

Stayed for 3 nights. It was cheapest accomodation i found. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful view of the lake. The only issue (for a snowy town ) no drying room. Pub food also great! Would stay again .

Stayed here a few times for work, found it to be great . Large size rooms with big comfy beds with a great view over the lake. Cool little bar with great bar meals and excellent stuff. But the best part about this place has always been the buffet breakfast, huge selection of everything you want and more.

We had a family stay for my husbands 60th birthday. We all would highly recommend staying here. Really enjoyed all the facilities. Great playground and jumping pillow for our grandson. Cabins were extremely clean. Staff were always helpful and friendly. We definitely will be returning for a longer stay.

It was my first time visiting Jindabyne. The location of discovery park is superb, you can easily turn up to Kosciusko road after you exit the park. We booked the deluxe cabin with lake view, has everything we need. The bedroom is a bit small though. The living room is equipped with AC so good for hot days. We stayed a night in summer in a cabin on our way out of a bigger camping trip. The park ticked all the boxes we needed for great value and great facilities- we used the sauna and spa; kids had a bit of a jump on the jumping pillow and playground; and the Maya Thai restaurant was excellent. Cabin was cozy space wise, but advertised to show this. Staff were friendly, we always saw maintenance/gardening staff about. Facilities were incredible. Easy access to the water & cycle path in to Jindabyne.

The two bedroom cabin was quite spacious. The second bedroom with the bunk beds was very small. The beds were comfortable. On the flip side, they didn't provide enough supplies for a family of 5, for a multinational night stay. The location is about 4 km from the main road.

Reasonably priced with some great spots for small vehicles near the lake. Very good camp kitchen and air con rec room with big screen and pool table. Big bathroom amenities but a little far from the sites. Walk to pub and supermarket.

This park is beautiful, tidy, clean and quiet. My mum, sister and I stayed in a Deluxe Cabin with lake views, it was immaculate. The cabin is cosy, warm and the beds are super comfy. I would love to come back soon. We really enjoyed our stay. Cannot fault a single thing, 10/10

The park it self is a great location right on the lake & across the road from the shops yet still reasonably quiet. They need the get new basketballs as they said they were all flat. The kosi cabins are tiny for a family of 4, no room to swing a cat. Perhaps look at other bigger cabins if available. Bunks are not made up & they are a nightmare to get sheets on. It's my second time staying at this beautiful park. It would have to be one of the nicest and cleanest places I have stayed in. Their camp kitchen is spotless and fully equiped. It was cheap and in a central location when it came to restaurants

Dhar, the receptionist who checked us in, was extremely nice, kind, and understanding. The room was really cleaned and spacious for us and it is not too long of a drive (>30 mins) to the summit walk of mount kozzie and the dinning area of the resort which is also a common place is opened 24/7 with a great view of the jindabyne lake out the windows. Great experience afterall!

Some very good points and one minor negative point. It's One of the better "lodge" style accommodation and definitely value for money. Parking is ample. Service is extremely high with with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic with shared facilities. Breakfast was great. Good room for coffee/tea making, relaxing, watching TV etc. Good location for our trip. Good value for mid week stays.

On a motorbike trip with some mates, heard some good things from other riders so booked in a night here. The rooms were great and the owners are super friendly and happy to have a chat. Very reasonably priced and good parking for the bikes. Will definitely be back next time we're down this way.

We loved our stay at Kookaburra lodge. Staff was super nice and helpful, room was very tidy and spacious, showers and toilets clean every day. You will also get an amazing breakfast every day. Definitely recommend!

so many spiders?? literally crawling all over the bathroom. windows and walls are covered in cobwebs. walls are SO thin. we could hear every word the people next to us said all night. the food is good, but SO GOD DAMN expensive, it's unreal. the location is great, but if you're staying here dont expect much.

I have been twice, rooms are always nice and warm in winter, and the beds are some of the most comfy I have ever felt in a motel. Only complaint is the walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear any noise no matter how small in the neighbouring rooms and having at least a microwave would be good, you can tell they don't want patreons cooking their own food so they will go to the restaurant...

Does the basic job. Rooms are as described, dated but relatively clean. Paper thin walls we had to buy ear plugs to sleep through the night. No issues with our heater or hot water, plenty of parking space. Would like to have a table.

Good for big families or a group of friends to live together. Reasonable price to share the accommodation. Some of the rooms are a bit tooo far from the place you park your car. Will try buffet next time there, heard it is from 6-9pm.

Always a great stay at the Station, Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. It’s so nice to hear the kookaburras and see kangaroo’s driving to the room. Our room this stay had a drying room and digital TV. For affordable priced accommodation the Station has always been our number one pick for Jindabyne accommodation.

The bathroom was very spacious and clean, although very cold. The beds were quite comfy too. The room was also very clean with clean towels and bathroom toileteries.

The rooms are tiny, but do the job if you are just staying here to ski up at Perisher. It’s puts you very very close to the ski resort and is a solid choice for cheaper accommodation. however the rooms themselves aren’t very good, you shouldn’t come to this motel expecting 5 star rooms. Im not sure of why this placr only got 3.8 star, by reading through the comments, looks like a lot of these are against customer service. We had one night stay here and it was contactless check in, everything was easy and straightforward. We got lake view room which was nice. Id love to come back for another visit during snow season. Hopefully the service is still as awesome as the one I had yesterday

Cosy motel to stay at if in the area with free wifi and ample parking. We booked for 2 people last minute due to cancellation of camping plans. Centrally located across from the lake, 5 mins walk to nuggets crossing shops and 20 mins to the snow fields. This place is great. Staff are super friendly. Beds comfy, warm rooms. Stayed for 5 nights. Lisa and the girls were all fantastic, friendly and helpful. Not overly big breakfast, never ending toast and cereal, on top of a limited but filling selected menu. It’s a big caravan park with many spots. The bathroom was clean and warm with nice hot shower. We stayed in powered site for two nights. There were horses kept besides the park, many birds coming in the morning and kangaroos jumping around. Be careful with the kangaroo poo in the grass tho. Could easily step on it…

Stayed here for a function. The dorms are great, simple and functional. Food provided was 2nd to none! Great place to go, so close to Thredbo and a great view from the bush chapel.

Great spot nice and close to the town Center. Chalet was clean and tidy! Ideal set up for snow boards and gear. If you read the reviews, do your research, set your expectations, taking into account that accommodation close to ski fields is sought-after and ridiculously expensive, I think Snowy Valley hit the mark for us. The room was clean, warm and dry. Beds were comfortable. Shared bathroom was clean and functional. This is not a 5 star hotel - but it is great value for money. The thing that really made it for me was the friendly staff and how they went out of their way to help us when our car had problems.

Good accommodation for the price, small but cozy room with a bar fridge, closet and unsuit. The add was a bit misleading, it is more like a row of cabins and a common room with a lounge and kitchen that you have to walk to outside. Good heating in the room but the bathroom is very cold! The kitchen is equipped with enough to make a simple meal.

Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend during peak season. A great place, close to shops and about 30min drive from Thredbo. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy. Has a spacious common room which includes a big kitchen. Owner also has friendly cat running about.

I had a one night stay at snowview and the hosts were most excellent in accomodating my late check in as I was very sick at the time and even checked In on me. Excellent value for money and the view for your morning coffee is just outstanding.

Simple and clean room with everything you need and an awesome view of Lake Jindabyne. Common room is huge and warm with a great kitchen and entertaining area. I'd advise to call the day before you arrive just so you know how to check in :)
