Nice spacious room with cooking appliances, fridge snd a washing machine. Its comfortable. Cosy with a balcony too
The room is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine and dryer for the convenience of travelers Conveniently located, about 15 minutes drive to the airport The room was clean, but the kitchen and toilet had a strong sewer smell, even though we didn't cook.
Stayed in a 2-bed suite, which was of generous size but odd layout. The second toilet was nowhere to be found until we opened a door that we all assumed was a cupboard in the hallway. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well due to the quiet location. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the CBD and the wharf, with well-appointed rooms and easy parking. The only negative is that the...
Very central. Good sleep quality . Clean, safe and quiet. Stayed in unit 311...3 bedroom apartment. Suitable for a family of 4. Well equipped. Highly recommended.
If you check in too late, you have to park on the street. If you drive after 9am or on weekends, you will be fined. The reception said there were no full parking spaces and you had to find a spot to park on the street. It was a bit unhelpful. The room was a bit old and not worth the price.
Great apartment hotel with well appointed rooms and close to CBD and main routes leading out of town. The restaurant provides excellent food and has an extensive wine list. We found the staff friendly and helpful.

The parking lot is spacious, check-in is fast and clear, breakfast is good, there is also a restaurant open in the evening, ** is very lively, check-out is fast, the location is very good
The service was excellent. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and provided a comfortable environment throughout my stay. As for the food, it was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!
I arrived pretty late due to airline delayed(as always) so didn’t have a time to look around the hotel, it looks pretty good inside and there is a pool facility in the hotels. Good breakfast buffet as well.
Suitable for short stay only, because of the bed too soft and shower water temperature not consistent.
Hotel has a good scenery located at the country side. Recommend to have a morning walk at hotel with the twilight can refresh your mind. I saw chicken and possum during the morning walk. The buffet breakfast was highly recommended. They also have a ****** at hotel where you could stay the whole night with your luck !
Convenience of meals at the property. Beautiful grounds to walk around. Had shuttle to take you to other meals venue off site. Staff were very friendly.

Restaurant: The Bistro Beer Garden was clean , pleasant and basic. Dress code was Launceston Chić to smart casual. Stools or chairs at a high or low table, respectively. Bar service for drinks and Table service for food and get your own cutlery. $20 pot and Porterhouse: Quality meal for the price. Came with chips, salad and a choice of gravy. The rare steak came out medium but hey, it's a $20 steak...
I must say that the Staff here are pretty good, especially one, Mel. I have lunch here every Wednesday and she is friendly and very accommodating. If there were more staff at all venues like Mel the Publican would be always smiling. Food is very consistent and the chips are lovely and hot, which is a particular 'bent' of mine. In close proximity to the race track and the RSL.
Great Bar and Restaurant, on the outskirts of the city, on Charles St. But in the heart of a small eat street style area. Very close to Hospital and a stones throw to the city. Excellent meals and great bar selection & prices. Quiet a few TV's with the sports to suit you. A variety of rooms and outdoor beer garden to choose from;- the front street, the restaurant area, the(public) bar, the deck and...
Geoff made us feel very welcome and even put the Matildas game on for us at the time. Food was excellent and good value for money. Highly recommend calling in for a meal and a drink.
First of all, it's cheap, so dont expect too much. The staff were lovely. Very helpful. The room was adequate, although unfortunately there was a street light outside my window and the cheap blind did nothing to black the light out. A better blind would have helped. The big downside for me was the shower. The water pressure was so low that it was impossible to use, and I had to sponge bath. Not my...
Very nice, cheap room. Surprisingly quiet. The layout is good, rooms are old fashioned and small, buy nice. Bed a little stiff. But overall, a nice place in town to stay, with excellent service

Service was fine. Facilities were fine. I did not have food there.
Excellent location, very close to the airport and convenient for supermarkets. Plenty of hot water for showers.
The motel is a little dated but reasonably priced, has most features you need for a comfortable stay and is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The bed was terrible. You could see that the mattress had hollows in it where it was worn out by just looking at it. The pilliows were worse. They were no more than 4 inches high but flattened down to no more than 1 inch high, so you felt like you were sleeping with your head below you body. You couldn't fall out of the bed because the hollows kept you safely in the bed. Found supermarket receipts...
1. Unit 7 was supplied. 2. The mattress was worn out - far too soft. 3. The shower was a disgrace - water must have been leaking over the years - smelt of mould - we did not use the shower at all. 4. The light over the bed did not work. 5. No plug supplied for bath area sink. 6. Some of the curtain hooks missing - curtains sagging. 7. If we had not paid, up front and therefore inspected the room beforehand...
Very good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones...

Had to find somewhere quick & good value. The place has many rooms - basic, little kitchenette, microwave, tea & coffee (etc), nice size, clean, safe, nice toiletries, parking available. Quite popular.
Booked a family room for 3 people. Room was perfect. Had 4 beds which everyone had a choice. Even though slightly dated and had top floor with no lift, we survived. Everything we asked of the manager/staff Matty was addressed asap. He came and helped with our bags to the top floor. We had a light that the bulb was blown, he came and fixed. No wine glass, he came in 2 mins to give me one. Nothing...
The view got me in straight away. Lovely big room and so clean too. About a kilometre from the CBD I found everything I needed within a 10 min walk if that's your thing. Thank you to all staff for making my stay in Launceston so incredibly enjoyable.
The room is clean but a bit dated. We were staying on the top floor and we have to move all the luggage’s up for 2 floors which is quite inconvenient. Apart from these the location is good and quite quiet. But parking space is not enough for every guess, lucky when I waited for a while when someone go out, I get a space to park
Amenities were good. Generous with the toiletries and beverages. Easy walk to town and Cataract Gorge. We slept very well.
U could enjoy a very nice Launceston river view from this motel

The bathroom and toilet are spacious. The shower head is a bit malfunctioning. There's not enough hot water.
Dated, but clean tidy and convenient to town. Staff were great..
The location is very good, with plenty of parking spaces, and you can walk to all the attractions in the city center. There are tableware and a microwave in the room, so you can cook some simple food. The bathroom is large and bright, and you can easily wash away your fatigue.
Great location, great communication....so nice to arrive and unlock the door and the aircon on, on what was such a hot day
Location and view over Launceston from Top Floor were amazing. Apartments are in need of refurbishment, which I am told they are due to do. Basic old spa room, but the views made up for it. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. Just what we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Melbourne the next day. Lift to 2nd & 3rd floors. Chimes of Town Hall clock didn’t keep me awake, but you may want...
Quick check in rooms clean and warm spa bath was awesome I recommend this place The staff are welcoming

CANNOT rate this place highly enough. Spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and fantastic location. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate when I wanted to surprise my partner with flowers from a local florist arranged in the room prior to us arriving. Thank you for a fantastic weekend.
Lovely designed room and I really enjoyed the outdoor 🛁. Superb friendly host made us feel very comfy as well 👍
A unique, exceptionally well-designed and managed property. Somewhere between a B&B and a hotel in spirit. The rooms are very private and modern, tucked into a lush back garden behind the main house. There’s a small kitchen area and great supplies for a wholesome breakfast or snacks. Bedding, towels, everything is done just right.
Truly magical, beautiful and homely place to stay. Somehow looks better in real life, its unique charm can't be captured in photograph form. Had an absolutely perfect night under the stars in the tub which I can't overstate the splendour of. This was followed up by a wonderful, satisfying breakfast the next morning, placed in our kitchenette providing us with privacy and time to enjoy ourselves. The...
THIS is where I want to stay at, upon every return to Launceston. I love that designers OWN the property, so every detail of this lovely 2 bedroom house has been so stylishly thought through. I think one of my favorite things must be the generous spread of breakfast provisions they provide in the fridge. I really looked forward to the muesli, compote and yogurt every morning. What a delightful stay
