Mantra Charles Hotel

Staff are great and we had option to have free breakfast every morning during our stay.
Bit hard to park as the parking area is too congested.
We checked in at late night and the checkin process is very easy and the reception staff provided all the info we need as we are new to the city.

Stayed here on Monday night to Tuesday Morning on 24 to 25th July 2023, it had a prestige feel to it compared to other hotels i've stayed at for work. Central to everything, friendly staff, very clean.

This hotel was an old hospital converted into a great place to stay. Checked in with virgin airline staff. Great location. Room keys are very sensitive and disable when kept with you’re phone. So avoid the headache and keep separate

Lovely hotel. Best service at any hotel I have found in my experience. Large clean rooms and the restaurant is worth a trip also. Recommend both accommodation and trying out the restaurant

We really enjoyed our stay there! Reception staff were very friendly and efficient.
The rooms were spacious and nice.
Walking distance to some shops and other places to eat highly recommend this place.
Only issue we had was the restaurant waited over an hour for our food and nothing was mentioned about the long wait when we were seated if we had known we would of gone for a walk and come back others who ordered after us got their meals before us.
Everything else was great though so still deserve great reviews.
Can't wait to come back

Stayed for a short period of time due to necessity. The staff were a delight. Genuine, honest and empathic. Top notch really. Normal humans. I would love to have them as my slaves. The dining was secluded and far from pretentious. Yet up to date, impressive and quite flavoursome. The ingredients, understandable, and the produce, fresh. Well done. I dropped my 24 k white Italian gold necklace on the stoop outside the entryway..the latch is faulty. Close to $5000 worth. I didnt realise until the following day until the reception staff inadvertently queried whether I was missing an item. Unbelievable. The staff are of impeccable character. Very impressed with the general vibe.

Reception staff were super nice. Clean but not super impressive. Room was a good size and a good temperature. The hotel felt quite dated and the pillows were too big. Got a big waft of cigarette smoke at/near the entrance.

Amazing spacious rooms. We had 4 people and got the 2 interconnecting rooms, it was cool to have a little private foyer between the rooms. Each room had a spacious and clean bathroom and kitchenette, wasn’t expecting that! The bed was also king size, so it was massive!
