Great price and location. Very clean. Power points were hard to find, bed was a little firm. I would give it 4 3/4 stars.

This place is so well organized!! We just got in off a long day of travel and I had a text message saying the code to access my room key because reception was closed. This was so easy and hassle free, the rooms are clean with useful travel information as well. The wifi password was also attached making the night go smoothly. Very grateful for the efficient check in process. Excited to check out the pool tomorrow.

The location and service were stunning, the family had all we needed (accept aircon in each room).

Right in the middle of town. Clean room and linen with nice pressure hot water. Managers went out of their way to help us. Should cost more than this

I like staying here every time I come to Mackay on business. It’s close to everything in the CBD. All within walking distance. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Believe me after a full 12 hours work in a factory up here the last thing you want is an uncomfortable bed to sleep in. The staff are fantastic and the place gave us shelter from the last major storm to hit Mackay. What more could you ask for. Mackay gets battered by the lot, but this place where it’s situated between two big buildings lasts the test of time whilst all the others down the main drag have been wicked every year. There is nothing like waking up in the midst of a storm and part of the roof is missing and you soaking wet with nowhere to go.
