Quick friendly check in, house keeping consistently provided, great free parking directly in front of room. Very convenient location close to everything even if you want to walk, will stay again :-)

Summertime in Merimbula and this is a plum location. Quiet yet walking distance into town central else opposite direction for Bar Beach. Recent bathroom renovations very nice. Comfortable porch area, large living room and functional kitchen & laundry. Pool water warm so enjoyed longer plays and relaxing soaks. Weber area at facility rear made for easy BBQ nights. Would return.

We stayed in apartment four, which has been recently, beautifully renovated. It is a large 2 bedroom unit with brand new bathroom and ensuite. Being upstairs, and the closest to the street, it provides great views over the bay from the living areas and large balcony. Just returned from four days at The Palms and cannot fault it. From our lovely welcome when we arrived until we left it was faultless. Loved it. Easy to get to, close to great restaurants for my family and major supermarkets too. Will definitely be rebooking soon. I am going to be a repeat customer.

Our family had a lovely winter escape at Palms Apartments. The rooms were warm and cosy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and shops close by. The RSL, which is only a short walk down the road, was a great place to have dinner if you wanted to head out. Jo was really welcoming and was always on call if we needed anything. Thanks.

Had a great week long holiday there over Christmas. Nice spacious apartment, good view from second story. Clean, well fitted, good furniture and undercover parking. Strong air-conditioning.

Great spot to stay in Merimbula. Stayed for a few nights and was very happy with the place. Lovely pool and close to the local shops.

The unit was very clean important for me. Loved being able to experience both the bush outlook and being so close to the beach. We had some lovely walks and a wonderful meal at a restaurant within easy driving distance. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful setting and cabins, close to a great beach and lakes. Rooms are beginning to look a little old and in need of a bit of maintenance. Nevertheless, very comfortable and functional.

Tina was very helpful and flexible and we appreciated it a lot. Tastefully designed and decorated and well equipped cabins. Tina initiated offering us extra towels and turned the heater and lights on for us (without us asking her to) as we were arriving in the evening. We had a trailer and were able to park i It's those touches that we appreciated. Great playgrounds for the kids too!

Lovely spot. We rented one of the Lakeside cabins. The door opened onto bushland and lake, and we could see a glimpse of the sunrise over the ocean from the kitchen window. The kids loved the grounds. The cabin itself was immaculate and we appreciated being able to bring our small dog. Thanks for having us- can’t wait to come back :)

Spent 3 nights there last week with our little dog. Tina and Pete were very friendly and helpful. Pete suggested a local chiropractor for Cynthia who had hurt her back, which turned out well. Fantastic location! On arrival we noted how immaculate the grounds were. The individual positioning of the cabins provided privacy which was nice. Parking was easy and close to our cabin. The cabin itself was spotlessly clean and well aired out on arrival, and it had hotel quality bedding and a very comfortable bed. Well recommended 👌

This was a last min decision to go here and so glad we did. We’ve got two children and everyday they had a ball. So much to do and places to go, not to mention being greeted by the awesome wildlife each day too. We weren’t after a holiday that offered up the sports activity options so what the park offered didn’t really interest us. The fact that you are situated in a national park in a basic cabin...

Great experience. If I could give it 4.5 I would. So much that was excellent about the stay. Had everything that you expected from the advertisement. Kind of felt like a nice version of camping with amazing variety of wildlife, literally at and sometimes inside your front door. We had a family holiday there and stayed for 5 days. We absolutely loved it. The location is perfect and what a great way to reconnect with nature while not giving up on the fun! The bungalows are perfectly conceived to benefit from the natural light and wind. Well equipped and very comfortable. And there was one thing to say, it would be about the mattress for the kids which might be a bit too soft...

We love this place, very peaceful and beautiful. The kangaroos are so friendly and lovely. The house is nice and comfortable. However, the only 2 problems were the very noisy & old washing machine and the awful smell for the ants. First we didn't know what smell was that, we kept looking and cleaning the house... finally, on the last day staying there, we realized that was the smell of the ants in...

This is the perfect place to go if you have a woodsy fantasy but still want to be close to a busy town with shops only five minutes away. The service from the Winter Manager Angie was exceptional!
