My husband and I recently enjoyed a 4 day stay at the Apollo apartments. I cannot recommend the accommodation highly enough. An excellent BBQ area with absolutely everything provided. Easy walk to the beach, quietly situated to enjoy the natural surroundings. THE most amazing sevice was provided by Sue. Excellent location if you want easy access to Merimbula Beach. One bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. No A/C or fan in the bedroom may be a problem in the heat of the summer but otherwise we were very happy with the accommodation.

Have stayed a few times at Apollo Apartments. Have each time stayed in unit 11 which is on the top floor. Has excellent views from both balconies. Has all comforts of home. Comfortable bed, large television, well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. In quite location with 5 minute walk to beach and half hour to town. Very neat and clean. Love the pool so relaxing. Carnt wait to go back!

The room was surplus to our requirements for an overnight stay. Would definitely book another longer stay.

I fantastic place to stay the kids loved it . The best BBQ area they even supply all the condiments. Had trouble getting the kids to leave the play area they just loved it. Great spot to stay in Merimbula. Stayed for a few nights and was very happy with the place. Lovely pool and close to the local shops.

Very big room space, undercover parking, easy access to pool, shops and amenities. Short walk to Woolies, cafes and restaurants. Rooms were clean and had lots of light. Wifi and washer and dryer provided.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights recently.... The palms is absolutely amazing!!! Exceptionally clean with amazing beds, fresh linen and quality towels, the rooms were huge!!! This hotel has merged with the Tween Waters hotel next door, so the front desk is also used by the hotel. It is across the street from Dunns Ln. We arrived after work hours. The location is brilliant. Staffs are very friendly. Need to focus on hygiene, carpret is really dirty. Bed cover, bed sheets feels wet perhaps it’s becuz of the prolonged rainy weather. The room smells humid too. Not very recommended if you bring babies.

Summertime in Merimbula and this is a plum location. Quiet yet walking distance into town central else opposite direction for Bar Beach. Recent bathroom renovations very nice. Comfortable porch area, large living room and functional kitchen & laundry. Pool water warm so enjoyed longer plays and relaxing soaks. Weber area at facility rear made for easy BBQ nights. We stayed in apartment four, which has been recently, beautifully renovated. It is a large 2 bedroom unit with brand new bathroom and ensuite. Being upstairs, and the closest to the street, it provides great views over the bay from the living areas and large balcony. Just returned from four days at The Palms and cannot fault it. From our lovely welcome when we arrived until we left it was faultless. Loved it. Easy to get to, close to great restaurants for my family and major supermarkets too. Will definitely be rebooking soon. I am going to be a repeat customer.

Our family had a lovely winter escape at Palms Apartments. The rooms were warm and cosy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and shops close by. The RSL, which is only a short walk down the road, was a great place to have dinner if you wanted to head out. Jo was really welcoming and was always on call if we needed anything. Thanks.

The apartments are spacious with everything you'd need, provided. They are within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, RSL, supermarket etc. Weber BBQ available, which makes for an easy night in. Water views from rooms on top level. The unit was very clean important for me. Loved being able to experience both the bush outlook and being so close to the beach. We had some lovely walks and a wonderful meal at a restaurant within easy driving distance. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful setting and cabins, close to a great beach and lakes. Rooms are beginning to look a little old and in need of a bit of maintenance. Nevertheless, very comfortable and functional.

Tina was very helpful and flexible and we appreciated it a lot. Tastefully designed and decorated and well equipped cabins. Tina initiated offering us extra towels and turned the heater and lights on for us (without us asking her to) as we were arriving in the evening. Lovely spot. We rented one of the Lakeside cabins. The door opened onto bushland and lake, and we could see a glimpse of the sunrise over the ocean from the kitchen window. The kids loved the grounds. The cabin itself was immaculate and we appreciated being able to bring our small dog. Thanks for having us- can’t wait to come back :)

Spent 3 nights there last week with our little dog. Tina and Pete were very friendly and helpful. Pete suggested a local chiropractor for Cynthia who had hurt her back, which turned out well. Fantastic location! On arrival we noted how immaculate the grounds were. The individual positioning of the cabins provided privacy which was nice. Parking was easy and close to our cabin. The cabin itself was spotlessly clean and well aired out on arrival, and it had hotel quality bedding and a very comfortable bed. Well recommended 👌

Stopped over for a night on our way up to Sydney. As soon as we came in the service was great very friendly staff throughout the motel from kitchen to front desk. The rooms are newly renovated and the view is amazing over the harbour. Highly recommended

The Hillcrest Merimbula does have a great vibe! I wished our itinerary allowed for a longer stay. The view overlooking the town and sea is amazing, especially watching the sunrise. We particularly enjoyed the well kept grounds and pool area for just taking time to relax and enjoy the day. The staff are super friendly and helpful getting us situated and giving advice on what’s going on in Merimbula

We had a great stay for one night. Room was lovely. Calming decor colours. We had a fantastic view of Merimbula from the room. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony at night looking over the water. Totally enjoyed our stay. There was no air-conditioning in the room, only an overhead fan. Wasn't a problem as the weather wasn't hot but might be on a typical scorching aussie day.

Had a really lovely two-night stay here. Room was really pleasant and relaxing and I love how they are upgrading the hotel, working with the charming parts of its history to enhance it instead of totally erasing the retro motor inn vibes. Whirlwind trip to Merimbula... It was a trip I didn't want to take in the first place so finding this place was a pleasant surprise. It looks a bit 'meh' from the roadside but the experience is anything but. The rooms have been renovated to a very high standard whilst cleverly incorporating the 'old bones' of the original motel. My room was not with a view of anything in particular but it was outstanding...

Located in the heart of town and able to walk to the clubs for dinner/ shops and easy to get around.. The view was lovely too. The room is spacious, very clean and has all you need for an overnight stay. Great for a last minute booking.

A clean and very spacious motel in downtown. Room is much bigger than expected. The motel is in walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants.

South Seas is our favourite place to stay in Merimbula. Great pool area, comfy room, amazing shower head and nice touches like Netflix and Stan available. It's also right in the centre of town which means you're a short walk from everything. The best thing though was Sally the owner who was really welcoming and obviously has put a lot of love into this old girl. We would 100% recommend staying here...

Great place to stay. In the heart of the town. Terrific host very accommodating when a small issue arose. Over size parking spots make a great change from the norm. Room was amazing and to wake up to the sound of bell birds is a treat. Highly recommend place

South seas motel is near town center. We enjoyed with friends and family Nothing is too far from the Motel that makes it an ideal location to stay with family or friends. We enjoyed our experience from a smooth booking through friendly staff to the relax time at Merimbula while staying at a convenient location Merimbula is on our list of favourite places to be. Great old couple with a great sense of welcoming their guests, they were very accommodating and went above and beyond on several occasions. Location is a 10/10 for us having a small family ,The Beach is 40M away an amazing park is 20M then there's two takeaway stores across the road & A bike shop ! The owners keep the property very clean , friendly & helpful. Rooms were great. The only downfall was the water pressure in the showers & the water having a funky smell ..was very off putting .other then that recommend !!

Kind of felt like a nice version of camping with amazing variety of wildlife, literally at and sometimes inside your front door. We had a family holiday there and stayed for 5 days. We absolutely loved it. The location is perfect and what a great way to reconnect with nature while not giving up on the fun! The bungalows are perfectly conceived to benefit from the natural light and wind. Well equipped and very comfortable. Great facilities, clean rooms, good kitchen. Were extremely helpful and friendly most of the time. Only downside was that it's probably one of the more particular hostels i've been to. You have to pay a dollar here for this, a dollar for that. While it doesn't amount to much it's just alittle inconvenient. I think the dryer takes only $3.80. Wonderful place! I used to stay at hotel. As my husband insist ethnic food, I need to cook for him. Wandarrah Lodge has a large spacious kitchen. It is also equipped with all kinds of cookwares and utensils. I recommend this hostel for stay and play golf, for many golf course near-by.

Comfy place, downstairs eating area is reasonably sized with good room to a talk and play pool. Rooms are proportionally sized for both 4 and 6 beds, and the lounge area is comfortable and fun with the ping pong table. Owner is very reasonable and offers good accommodation.
