My husband and I recently enjoyed a 4 day stay at the Apollo apartments. I cannot recommend the accommodation highly enough. An excellent BBQ area with absolutely everything provided. Easy walk to the beach, quietly situated to enjoy the natural surroundings. THE most amazing sevice was provided by Sue. I lost my wedding ring while on that trip and thanks to Sue's thorough searching it was found...

Excellent location if you want easy access to Merimbula Beach. One bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. No A/C or fan in the bedroom may be a problem in the heat of the summer but otherwise we were very happy with the accommodation.

Have stayed a few times at Apollo Apartments. Have each time stayed in unit 11 which is on the top floor. Has excellent views from both balconies. Has all comforts of home. Comfortable bed, large television, well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. In quite location with 5 minute walk to beach and half hour to town. Very neat and clean. Love the pool so relaxing. Carnt wait to go back!

The room was surplus to our requirements for an overnight stay. Would definitely book another longer stay.

I fantastic place to stay the kids loved it . The best BBQ area they even supply all the condiments. Had trouble getting the kids to leave the play area they just loved it. The apartment was large roomy with 2 balconies that were big enough for the family plus visitors and plenty of seating. Had a great week long holiday there over Christmas. Nice spacious apartment, good view from second story. Clean, well fitted, good furniture and undercover parking. Strong air-conditioning.

Great spot to stay in Merimbula. Stayed for a few nights and was very happy with the place. Lovely pool and close to the local shops.

Very big room space, undercover parking, easy access to pool, shops and amenities. Short walk to Woolies, cafes and restaurants. Rooms were clean and had lots of light. Wifi and washer and dryer provided.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights recently.... The palms is absolutely amazing!!! Exceptionally clean with amazing beds, fresh linen and quality towels, the rooms were huge!!! Pool was beautiful, can’t beat the spa in the rooms. Everything was within walking distance. Sharon was lovely and more than accommodating!!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Merimbula!!!! We loved The Palms...apartment recently refurbished and beautifully done...Bed extremely comfortable...great location..close to restaurants and supermarkets and shops...New managers are lovely and working hard around apartments making improvements...Definitely stay here again..9/10..

Everything was great, and the pool was close to your room so didn't have to walk to far to cool off 😎 Awesome place to stay.

Great location and apartment was immaculate. We stayed at Aquarius over Christmas and were right on the water with our own private balcony. Walking distance to town. Always a beautiful walk across the bridge. Heated indoor pool was wonderful to unwind in after a day at the beach with the kids. We travel with a very large boat and had ample parking for it and the groundsman Ky was super friendly...

We booked 2 bedroom apartment. Pretty impressed with the size with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Ensuite on the main bedroom and aircon would have been a 5 star. Location is great overlooking the lake, walking distance to Main beach and city centre.

Fantastic location! Right on the bridge. Walking distance to town and a minutes walk to the beach. Our family stayed in two units, One was fantastic the other needed a little tlc, kitchen, bathroom were 20 years old. Great views of the lake and the grounds and two pools and grounds are immaculate. Good location, good facilities, room had a laundry. The room was very clean apart from the couches which need a good clean and were also not comfortable and worn out in the 2 bed room apartment that hadnt been renovated. Some lights didnt work and master bed mattress needs replacing asap, the springs are pushing through.

Great spot, needs upgrading and one knife with tv remote not working well. Bed was hard, toilet needed fixing. But with all that said l would go back again.

By far the coolest signage of any motel i have ever seen. The food is ridiculously good as well. Good rocks about too....

The rooms were good and clean staff was friendly i would have a liked to have a toaster. As were left early to go fishing

I stayed here for couple of nights. Very close to beach and airport. You have a restaurant and petrol station next door. Especially the waterfront units are awesome. The only problem is the rooms are little bit congested. You don't have a cooking facility even in deluxe room although they provide a kitchenette.

The unit was very clean important for me. Loved being able to experience both the bush outlook and being so close to the beach. We had some lovely walks and a wonderful meal at a restaurant within easy driving distance. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful setting and cabins, close to a great beach and lakes. Rooms are beginning to look a little old and in need of a bit of maintenance. Nevertheless, very comfortable and functional.

Tina was very helpful and flexible and we appreciated it a lot. Tastefully designed and decorated and well equipped cabins. Tina initiated offering us extra towels and turned the heater and lights on for us (without us asking her to) as we were arriving in the evening. We had a trailer and were able to park i It's those touches that we appreciated. Great playgrounds for the kids too!

Lovely spot. We rented one of the Lakeside cabins. The door opened onto bushland and lake, and we could see a glimpse of the sunrise over the ocean from the kitchen window. The kids loved the grounds. The cabin itself was immaculate and we appreciated being able to bring our small dog. Thanks for having us- can’t wait to come back :)

Spent 3 nights there last week with our little dog. Tina and Pete were very friendly and helpful. Pete suggested a local chiropractor for Cynthia who had hurt her back, which turned out well. Unit has everything we needed and were very clean and comfortable. Great location very close to the beach and back lake. Not far from town and shops, and fishing wharf. Very quiet and private settings. Enjoyable...

Fantastic location! On arrival we noted how immaculate the grounds were. The individual positioning of the cabins provided privacy which was nice. Parking was easy and close to our cabin. The cabin itself was spotlessly clean and well aired out on arrival, and it had hotel quality bedding and a very comfortable bed. Well recommended 👌

Stopped over for a night on our way up to Sydney. As soon as we came in the service was great very friendly staff throughout the motel from kitchen to front desk. The rooms are newly renovated and the view is amazing over the harbour. Highly recommended

The Hillcrest Merimbula does have a great vibe! I wished our itinerary allowed for a longer stay. The view overlooking the town and sea is amazing, especially watching the sunrise. We particularly enjoyed the well kept grounds and pool area for just taking time to relax and enjoy the day. The staff are super friendly and helpful getting us situated and giving advice on what’s going on in Merimbula

We had a great stay for one night. Room was lovely. Calming decor colours. We had a fantastic view of Merimbula from the room. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony at night looking over the water. Totally enjoyed our stay. There was no air-conditioning in the room, only an overhead fan. Wasn't a problem as the weather wasn't hot but might be on a typical scorching aussie day.

Had a really lovely two-night stay here. Room was really pleasant and relaxing and I love how they are upgrading the hotel, working with the charming parts of its history to enhance it instead of totally erasing the retro motor inn vibes. It was also great that there were pet friendly rooms available as I had my dog with me. The outdoor facilities are really nice, and I enjoyed the fancy loose leaf...

Whirlwind trip to Merimbula... It was a trip I didn't want to take in the first place so finding this place was a pleasant surprise. It looks a bit 'meh' from the roadside but the experience is anything but. The rooms have been renovated to a very high standard whilst cleverly incorporating the 'old bones' of the original motel. My room was not with a view of anything in particular but it was outstanding...

Friendly staff. Good location and views. Swimming pool. Good breakfast selection. Comfortable and clean room with good facilities.

Located in the heart of town and able to walk to the clubs for dinner/ shops and easy to get around.. The view was lovely too. The room is spacious, very clean and has all you need for an overnight stay. Great for a last minute booking.

A clean and very spacious motel in downtown. Room is much bigger than expected. The motel is in walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants.

South Seas is our favourite place to stay in Merimbula. Great pool area, comfy room, amazing shower head and nice touches like Netflix and Stan available. It's also right in the centre of town which means you're a short walk from everything. The best thing though was Sally the owner who was really welcoming and obviously has put a lot of love into this old girl. We would 100% recommend staying here...

Great place to stay. In the heart of the town. Terrific host very accommodating when a small issue arose. Over size parking spots make a great change from the norm. Room was amazing and to wake up to the sound of bell birds is a treat. Highly recommend place

South seas motel is near town center. We enjoyed with friends and family Nothing is too far from the Motel that makes it an ideal location to stay with family or friends. We enjoyed our experience from a smooth booking through friendly staff to the relax time at Merimbula while staying at a convenient location Merimbula is on our list of favourite places to be. We will like to stay again south...

Great old couple with a great sense of welcoming their guests, they were very accommodating and went above and beyond on several occasions. This place was also spectacular in terms of comfort, the room was spotless and had a cosy feel to it. This place is absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay. I stayed here for 2 weeks and I cannot fault anything. Greg & Jennie were extremely friendly & helpful. My family & I had our Christmas lunch there & they were all impressed with the apartment & facilities provided to make our day successful. Walked in and immediately felt relaxed. Everything clean, neat and beachy! Beautiful sunny, light and airy, modern apartment. Washing machine & dryer too. Perfect! Walk to the beach and a cafe next door. Unfortunately no lifts if you have heavy luggage. Only stairs. But a cubby downstairs for boards & beach stuff.

This was a last min decision to go here and so glad we did. We’ve got two children and everyday they had a ball. So much to do and places to go, not to mention being greeted by the awesome wildlife each day too. We weren’t after a holiday that offered up the sports activity options so what the park offered didn’t really interest us. The fact that you are situated in a national park in a basic cabin...

Great experience. If I could give it 4.5 I would. So much that was excellent about the stay. Had everything that you expected from the advertisement. Kind of felt like a nice version of camping with amazing variety of wildlife, literally at and sometimes inside your front door. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the food provided to feed the animals was a nice touch. Will be back again and...

We had a family holiday there and stayed for 5 days. We absolutely loved it. The location is perfect and what a great way to reconnect with nature while not giving up on the fun! The bungalows are perfectly conceived to benefit from the natural light and wind. Well equipped and very comfortable. And there was one thing to say, it would be about the mattress for the kids which might be a bit too soft...

We love this place, very peaceful and beautiful. The kangaroos are so friendly and lovely. The house is nice and comfortable. However, the only 2 problems were the very noisy & old washing machine and the awful smell for the ants. First we didn't know what smell was that, we kept looking and cleaning the house... finally, on the last day staying there, we realized that was the smell of the ants in...

This is the perfect place to go if you have a woodsy fantasy but still want to be close to a busy town with shops only five minutes away. The service from the Winter Manager Angie was exceptional!
