Beautifully maintained house with different themes for different rooms. Common lounge area to relax. Daily room service with bar fridge is the Tartan room we stayed in. Conveniently located with eaterys and bars walking distance.

From the check-in to check-out everything was great. Ashleigh was very helpful when we arrived for the check-in and making sure we know everything about our stay. The room was very clean, bright and very pretty, bathroom area was designed brilliantly with the high ceiling and a window on the ceiling, very spacious area, jacuzzi and the view of the garden! Will come back

A very pretty photo location as the home is well kept and has beautiful gardens. Convenient location but also not super private or quiet because it's so close to town.

Seems like guests have varied check in experiences depending on who’s on staff each day. Our experience was quite smooth. We booked the day of and I received a call to coordinate a time for us to pick up the keys, which was quick and easy. The room was small (albeit a bit cold in the winter), though the bed was comfortable and shower was hot. We had coffee pods in our room but no kettle or tea bags...

Beautifully restored heritage house tastefully decorated. Very classy guest lounge and rooms. Bathroom spacious and modern. Patty is a lovely host, discreet but informative and friendly. Complimentary tea,coffee, cookies and yummy cake! Gorgeous breakfast! Wouldn't change a thing, thoroughly recommend this fabulous B&B.

Great apartments, perfect for families with children. Clean and very comfortable..fantastic service...staff are awesome...we had a wonderful stay.

Quaint apartment, nice and clean. Most sightseeing places close by (short drive). I would recommend staying here ?..

Spent Valentines Day with my wife at the Federal Hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the meals are incredible. We ate in the bistro three nights in a row and not a bad thing to say about the food. The seafood is fresh and perfectly cooked. If you visit Mount Gambier make sure to visit the Federal Hotel.

Great place for a meal in Mt Gambier, highly recommend. We've come here everytime we've visited and will definitely return again. Their schnitzels are a must try. Service was fantastic and had a great experience with Jenna!

I eat here a couple times a wk when in town for work. Meals are great and well priced. All staff are great and friendly. Angie, Manu and Connor all stand out, always welcoming and always up for a chat..not to mention a bit of banter. The new bar girl, Jenna, has slotted in just fine...like she's been here for years..friendly, smiley, accommodating.... PROFESSIONAL....a real asset to this business....

We booked to stay for two nights in Mt Gambier. Lovely staff on arrival. Great explanation regarding all the services available. Then we were greeted by Jenna in thee restaurant what a delightful professional lady. We love the NC chain because of staff like Jenny. Nothing too much trouble. Had dinner with my family whilst on holiday. Children's food arrived promptly and ice-cream only after mains were done. My partner had schnitzel and was happy with it. I had the pork belly and it was wonderful. We will certainly visit again when next in town.

Rooms are big and clean. Got more than your money's worth. No buffet breakfast option though but a complementary take away breakky pack was given. You can hear people talking from the next room though. But since we're to tired we still got a good night sleep. We're still happy to experience our first Mt.Gambier accomodation in this hotel.

Very nice clean motel room and in a quiet location. It is close to the highway but we could not hear the traffic. Obviously it's an aging motel.but they've been making a good effort to update and improve the facilities.

The room was small and cramped. There is no sink outside the bathroom, and the one in the bathroom is too small to fill the kettle up. Also, there is a glass door giving directly to the shower from the room? I was sharing with two male friends and it wasn't too comfortable... Still, not the worst... But I'd suggest to bring warm clothes of you go there in the winter because the heating doesn't seem...

We were given the 'Matthew' suite and it was enormous! Seperate, living, bed and large bathrooms with big windows throughout. It was warm an inviting and a very comfortable stay. The spa bath was epic!

Nailed everything, perfect product, place and price!! Not to mention the people who were such an awesome bunch of locals ? Couldn’t recommend the Park Hotel enough ??
