The Grange On Hermitage

What an amazing experience! Just what my soul needed. Peaceful surroundings, comfortable beds and gorgeous nature. The location is central to all amenities. The accommodation was more than I expected. We were treated with such professionalism. I can't wait to come back.Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I would highly recommend Grange on Hermitage as it’s our go to when visiting the Hunter Valley. Nestled on a beautifully manicured property, the Lilly Pilly & Peppertree cottages are newly renovated with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with spa baths and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud! Only a short drive or stagger to the wineries and restaurants, this place is an ideal and perfect location to stay at when visiting the Hunter. As a bonus, I’ve been lucky enough to spot kangaroos on the property during my stays too!

Absolutely loved our little weekend away here. Such a beautiful property with all that you need. The wines were great and hospitality even better. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

I've been eating to write a review a while now. My partner and I stayed here a few years ago. By far its the best accommodation we have stayed in the Hunter Valley. The rooms were a great size, very clean and comfortable. Every morning we had freshly baked muffins at our doorstep which we still talk about how delicious they were.
I had booked for my partners birthday and due to driving up late after work from Sydney I asked if it was possible to provide a cheese platter and some wine and I was also offered that they can bake a birthday cake which I was happy about. We got to the room and waiting was a gorgeous cheese platter, 2 wines, fruit platter and a carrot cake. All was absolutely delicious. We were so happy with our stay, the service is definitely the best. Very welcoming and they go out of there way for great service and making our stay a memorable one. Highly recommend and will be comming back again :)

A great place to stay at for a weekend. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice parkland around. Good location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Newly renovated and spacious rooms, lounge and kitchen. Beds were so comfortable. Loved the vineyard views and proximity to famous wineries close by. Staff keep you updated at check in and check out. Large kitchen and BBQ available in outside deck. A family of kangaroos hopping nearby in the afternoons was a lovely bonus.

This place is pure bliss!!! Chris and Ken are lovely hosts and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their place is beautiful and our daughter loved the wide open place to run around and also interact with things. The fresh free range eggs from the chickens on site were delicious as well as the freshly baked amazing muffins we got each day!!! We can't wait to go back here and recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing and peaceful experience.
