I have photographed a number of weddings at Chateau Elan at The Vintage over the years and have always found it a great place for a wedding. There is great onsite accommodation and it is very easy for couples to both get ready on property in separate rooms and be far enough apart so they don't see each other. Beautiful Place, visiting & staying second time and planning to be again in near future

Had a good stay here. Excellent apartment - very well fitted out and spacious, as well as having great views of the golf course (and resident kangaroos). Breakfast was excellent, but the edge was taken off the stay as the main restaurant was closed. On site food was therefore only available in the evenings from the clubhouse bar - which served bar food of average quality at best. Not good enough...

After a lot of hassle with the booking agent we were finally able to get the rooms we needed due to a caring and supportive member of staff. The facilities and the location were excellent. Thankyou.

We Stayed 1 night to attend wedding. Not easy to locate room/studio, walking in  38 degree humid hot  weather. Spent two nights here just over a week ago. The property is older, but the cabins (essentially half-bungalows) are a good size and very well equipped. Reception staff v helpful (was it Joel?) and great location with walking distance to several wineries. And look at that view! Perfect for enjoying your cellar door purchases.

Bush surroundings with a calm feeling. Friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated however have everything you need. We were in 77 it was quiet with a view of the lake from the patio. Fantastic venue. Friendly staff, well-maintained cabins and beautiful grounds. It had everything we wanted to break-free, recharge and relax from the craziness of Sydney. Only a 10min drive to Aldi, Woolies, Maccas, etc and right in the heart of wine country. Awesome trip......we will definitely be back🍷😉🤙

There is nothing I could fault about our stay here. Beautifully presented, cottages are kept well, staff are super friendly and the location was perfect. We felt like we were at home every night. Thank you for your hospitality. Will definitely come back again :)

Beautiful spot near all the winery.

Just had an awesome weekend in the Hunter Valley. The accomodation was great. Clean well equipped and the staff friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back and would recommend to singles couples and families. Also great disabled access room. Very central to all the attractions.

We stayed in Cabin 9A (1 bedroom/1 bath) and found it to be fantastic. This is a quiet resort that is tucked back in the trees. CamWay is in a beautiful setting and is very centrally located. We had kangaroos near the resort that jumped through the area and even a hot air balloon that floated by. I would stay here again and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

Nice comfortable bed , large bathroom with spar bath and separate shower , good sitting room with table small kitchenette. This property was in need of some care as kitchen draws were very grubby looking, bin wasn’t attached to the cupboard door , curtains hooks had come detached, shower door and grout looked grubby,this was such a shame as there was a lot to like about the property.

Hard to have a better experience of the Hunter Valley than by staying at Berenbell Vineyard Retreat on Mistletoe Lane Pokolbin. We (my husband and I and our adult daughter) took the two-bedroom lodge with king bedroom and bathroom upstairs, queen bedroom and bathroom downstairs, with sitting-dining room and kitchen (with stovetop and microwave) also downstairs. Friendly hosts, plenty of space, clean, good service and a complimentary bottle of wine. The views are beautiful, especially at twilight, and the location is very nice for exploring Hunter Valley. Totally recommend staying here in the Hunter Valley. Ken and Suzie are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our one bedroom cottage had everything we needed and more - complimentary bottle of local quality red wine, homemade muffins and a plentiful selection of breakfast choices. This is a lovely, classically furnished hotel. The rooms are spread out on the property in rows of 6 or 8. We opted to include breakfast, and it was an excellent smorgasbord. Really enjoyed our stay here over the weekend. The property boasts a unique and magical rose garden and is situated in a fantastic part of Polkobin amongst the wine gardens and winding country roads. Stayed here for 2 nights with the girls for a girls weekend away. The hotel is beautiful and clean. We checked into our first room and the shower drain was clogged and water went everywhere in the bathroom - so we told the staff and they moved us into another room with no issue. This place is delightful. The service amazing and location so peaceful. We celebrated my Mum's 70th birthday by staying overnight, then having a high tea the next day. We have a number of family members with different dietary requirements and the food provided was outstanding! We were so happy with the day and my Mum loved every moment. A truly special place. 💖

I would highly recommend Grange on Hermitage as it’s our go to when visiting the Hunter Valley. Nestled on a beautifully manicured property, the Lilly Pilly & Peppertree cottages are newly renovated with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with spa baths and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud! Some friends and I stayed here at the Manor just before Christmas 2020. It is a beautiful spot very close to the wineries and vineyards. The house is very well furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3 kitchens and plenty of room to have some quiet time. I would love to come back here again.

Not great for business travellers reception not open for very long 8-5, rooms not serviced, strange configuration where all bedrooms and lounge rooms are visible from the road unless you close all the curtains. This place is amazing, from check in to cleanliness I was satisfied. What made a great impression was when I went to the bar to order my dinner and I was served by a waitress named Suzie. Stayed there for a night, it was a beautiful place to stay in but the toilet exhaust did not work so it was frustrating, also the main door bottom part was bit broken and didn't feel secure even when it was closed. I would have given a 5 star rating but they really should take care of their property properly to earn that.

We have been here before, food was good. Unfortunately my steak was overcooked and as food was ordered at the bar, there was no one I could contact regarding my food, ended up having to walk my plate back to the kitchen. They did deliver a new plate within 5 minutes with the steak cooked as requested and I was happy with this, however I think they need more staff to provide some level of service.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly and accomodating. We had everything we needed in our studio and our bed was comfortable. We were up for a wedding this weekend and stayed at the H boutique hotel and it did not disappoint! The customer service was spot on! I was given a free upgrade which was a lovely suprise and was kindly made a cappuccino on the day of checking out. The view is amazing and would highly recommend staying here! We keep returning to the H Boutique when visiting the Hunter Valley as it is always consistently good! We had 15 staying in the 2 houses joined by verandahs and could not have wished for better. Everything clean and very presentable. Wood for inside and outside fire, BBQ and plenty of wine glasses for the lovely wines available. Would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you Pokolbin.
