After a lot of hassle with the booking agent we were finally able to get the rooms we needed due to a caring and supportive member of staff. The facilities and the location were excellent. Thankyou.
We Stayed 1 night to attend wedding. Not easy to locate room/studio, walking in  38 degree humid hot  weather. Welcome relief with cool air conditioning which was wonderful, but no chilled water in fridge, water from tap only.   Unfortunately there was an Overpowering smell of bleach making  it impossible to stay inside . We left window open returning few hours later. Bed was very comfortable & we...
Could not recommend this place any higher! Lovely staff, spacious and clean rooms, lovely grounds. Asking for a late checkout due to a change in circumstances was nice and easy. 5 minute walk to Roches estate and 10 minute walk to a grocery store. Will absolutely be back again! Only thing I wouldn't recommend to anyone is eating or drinking on site at "Blanchies"
Spent two nights here just over a week ago. The property is older, but the cabins (essentially half-bungalows) are a good size and very well equipped. Reception staff v helpful (was it Joel?) and great location with walking distance to several wineries. And look at that view! Perfect for enjoying your cellar door purchases.
Bush surroundings with a calm feeling. Friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated however have everything you need. We were in 77 it was quiet with a view of the lake from the patio. Bed was comfortable. Ducks came to visit in the morning and you had a view of air balloons every morning as well. Kangaroos were around each sunrise and sunset. We will definitely stay next time we are in the area. Only...
Check in was functional if a little awkward, not able or forthcoming with assistance about the hop on/off bus. No advice offered as best way to do a tour when we mentioned we were keen to see a few wineries. Accommodation is dated and showing signs of wear. That said the rooms are clean but can be very dark. Fridge, microwave and kettle with crockery and utensils provides. Air conditioning worked...

Highly recommended !! Me and my 4 girlfriends stayed 3days in one of the villas and it was absolutely beautiful! Very close to everything, and the views where gorgeous
Beautiful setting with a great woodland view and the odd mob of Kangaroo's to watch from the outdoor decking while BBQ'in. Inside was clean, modern and had all the facilities you could want. One of the highlights of our holiday.
Great experience and best example of what a villa is all about....it was so relaxing and tranquil! The chirping sound of the birds, especially the bell birds was a welcome way to greet the mornings during our vacation. Beautiful decor, very clean and extremely inviting. They had all the necessities we needed and loved that we were able to fix our own food if we didn't want to eat out all the time...

The bedrooms were large and the living room was very big. The courtyard and layout were exceptionally
Beautiful Property, I was attending a wedding on the grounds and this accommodation was perfect.
Recently attended a wedding here. Super cute and intimate venue, gives a warm and cosy feel.
Clean, spacious and above all quiet. Very nice settings.
The food was to perfection, each course was delicious and where best to eat it is in the grounds of Pepper Creek Estate. The atmosphere is relaxing and vibrant. There is plenty of staff who are very attentive. This is not 5 star but 10 star!
Our second visit here but 10 years apart.Great central location to all you want to do in the Valley. A group of 10 family and friends just this weekend had a fantastic time again. My only concerns are a group of 10 is catered for in the accommodation but only 4 coffee cups provided. Dining chairs need to be repaired or replaced as collapse is more likely to happen and injury occur. These issues need...

Rooms are clean but incredibly basic. Shower & toilet are in something like a plastic mould, very old, no towel rail (just hooks), no shower screen or curtain, so water goes all over the floor. The sink is separate, on the other side of the room. Road noise nearby. It served its purpose for a quick overnight stay (arrived at 10:30pm, left at 6:30am) but if staying longer I'd likely go elsewhere.
Great location, rooms were small but ok for size for one night, slept well room very dark and quiet and service at front of desk was great. A few things I found is they need to vacuum hallways, when showering the whole floor gets wet so bath mat wasn’t enough had to use bath towels and our bathroom door had no handle so a little tricky to close and toilet roll holder broken. We also feel it could...
Budget/basic was an accurate description. 1st air con didn't work so the very helpful staff member moved my room. Definitely no frills but clean and functional when all you want is to sleep
Extremely clean and smelt nice. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Easy drive to Hope estate where we were attending a concert. A few things could do with improving. The ladder to the top bunk was very different to use and dangerous. The rungs are too far apart and they a squared which hurt my dad's foot when he used it. He had to wear his boots to climb into bed. There was no...
It's a cheap hotel with basic amenities but the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. I'd go there again.
It is only an old F1 but it is very clean modern comfortable and the staff are brilliant. Best place to stop over on a long trip up the east coast of Australia.

Never been to the pub before, pleasantly surprised. Unable to provide a few dishes from there menu but otherwise really good food, pleasant staff & a good atmosphere.
Came here for dinner and drinks with friends after the revamp they have done. Food was amazing, had a Southern Fried chicken burger which on point and really good cost for what I got as well. Only part I would actually change about the burger is the pickle that was included - it was just held on top of the burger by a toothpick, would have seen this sliced properly and added to the burger itself
Edit : Has undergone a major renovation! Looks excellent. Staff are very friendly in bottle shop, restaurant and bar. Kids have a ball in the playground, which is pretty decent compared to most in the hunter. I love the restaurant specials, the locals are always a friendly and happy bunch. I'm always glad to go back time and time again.
Inexpensive hotel near the main road. Restaurant with tasty food for a reasonable price. Shopping markt and a small casino included. All the time lively operation. Pretty amazing.
Excellent. Especially the blond hottie working behind bar.
Shortland Hotel Bistro is AMAZING!! Only 5mims from Jesmond, service is superb. Always so friendly & cheerful. My go-to place for a good old schnitty!

Located right at the southern end of the city bypass, Jesmond is located in a prime position for easy access to the western suburbs of Newcastle. Access is via a pin-pad instead of a key, which is a novelty, and there are outdoor cameras everywhere. The apartments are somewhat sterile in appearance, and the TV in the lounge room was mounted ridiculously high, so much so that you can't watch TV without...
Nice place to stay. Pretty clean rooms. Ours had a kitchenette. Stayed in a two bedroom appartment. Nice for a little break away
A clean, modern and simple place to stay on the arterial roads through Newcastle - but you get what you pay for - the studio we had around the back was clearly an optional add-on flat for the larger room next door, and the door between them was uninsulated and paper thin, meaning we heard every word from the loud family behind us. Probably won't be back personally - but if you're looking for a modern...
Apartment was spacious. Big room, living area. Tiny kitchen. Nice bathroom. However the pool and spa are disgusting. One lady at the front desk in particular was very loud, rude and annoying. They were talking about other customers rudely. Will not be staying here again.
A frequent visitor, this was our first time staying in a large studio. Check in was quick & polite as per usual. But finding our accommodation was challenging as the signal was not clear. Parking was also not clearly marked, encouraging other guests to park in a way that prevented others from doing so. The room was a converted shipping container & was well done. However we shared the room with a couple...

There is no air circulation and it feels like it is not cleaned well. There were hair stains on the sheets.
Had a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect, and the place was very neat and tidy.
Comfortable, neat, clean and tidy apartment with everything you may need for a self-catering get up & go. Staff always pleasant and helpful. A short drive from the beach & a short walk from shopping mall.
Quiet back street location next to a primary school. Delightful apartments with every amenity considered by a decent architect. We would definitely stay there again. An excellent place to call home for the night.
