Our stay at El Paso Port Macquarie Motel was fantastic! From the friendly and welcoming staff to the spotless rooms and excellent amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The recent refurbishments were evident, and the deluxe rooms were perfectly designed to accommodate three guests comfortably. The location is unbeatable, with convenient access to shopping and delicious nearby restaurants. Although we only stayed for a night, we’d happily return for a longer weekend getaway!

I only stayed one night, however I would definitely come back and hope to be back soon. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and the staff were so helpful; they went out of their way to make my visit enjoyable and easier. (There is festival on and taxis are hard to get, so their manager drove me to an appointment, personally). The location is perfect too, so close to everything you could want. Thanks guys for an amazing stay.

Room was fine but at check-in we were told “several rugby teams “ were staying and they had had many noise complaints the previous night. Instead of being proactive and during the evening

Overnight stay to attend a show at the Glasshouse Theatre situated 100 metres away from El Motor Inn.The room was spacious, separate toilet/ bathroom, room service well priced albeit a touch slow when busy, (forgivable).Only downside, king bed mattress due for upgrade otherwise all AAA

Good location being very close to shops and restaurants. The room was very nice and tidy. Reception staff were helpful and provided a small bottle of fresh milk for coffee/tea. Didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. Would stay here again.

The room is small and the soundproofing is poor; although there are only three floors, the elevator used is the oldest I have ever seen;
Service: The service staff is very enthusiastic and sent us to the airport for free when there was a problem with our rental car

Overall OK. Found hairs on pillows. sheets does not look like have been changed when we checkin. After complaining they provided clean pillow covers.

3 months ago on holidays I book a specific room on a return stop over from Newcastle after visiting my father in supported care.
I booked a particular room as it worked best for the 94yr lady i was supporting.
There ended up being 3 changes to the room the 3 rd change i wasnt notified about until i arrived in El Passo office
There was no apology about the 3rd change. There appeared to be a real disconnect to what they did. Stuffed around i left, not going back.
