El Motor Inn

Our stay at El Paso Port Macquarie Motel was fantastic! From the friendly and welcoming staff to the spotless rooms and excellent amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The recent refurbishments were evident, and the deluxe rooms were perfectly designed to accommodate three guests comfortably. The location is unbeatable, with convenient access to shopping and delicious nearby restaurants. Although we only stayed for a night, we’d happily return for a longer weekend getaway!

Impeccable cleanliness. Top equipment. Quiet air conditioning. Ideal location, just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Very friendly welcome. Hotel to recommend, nothing to complain about.

We stayed here for 1 night final leg of road trip from Sydney to Byron Bay. We were really impressed by the place, rooms were excellent clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was excellent for visiting local area and is a few minutes walk from the seafront. Good value in our opinion.

We stopped in Port Macquarie for one night on our way down from Brisbane to Sydney and decided to stay at the El Paso Motor Inn.
Surprisingly this was a really nice motel, spacious room that had been refurbished recently.
The bathroom was very nice with a good shower that was powerful and easy to set the temperature.
There was parking both outside on the forecourt and underground with a pretty decent lift that takes you to all floors.
Staff were exceptionally helpful too.
All in all a really nice place to stay that’s right on the harbour.
Also, watch out at dusk when 1000’s of the Bats 🦇 fly overhead, it’s quite an awesome sight to see, that along with the painted rocks, you’ll love it.

Great location. Staff friendly. Room good size. Great tv (as we had a couple of hours to kill in room). Balcony good size. The late room service meal we ordered was also good.
We will stay there again.

Great convenient spot for a family stop over on the way from Sydney to Brisbane. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed (aside from breakfast bowls). The beds were confortable enough, aircon was welcome and worked well and the shower head was fabulous.

We had a bad run-in with a very sub-par AirBnb when we originally came into town after driving 13hrs from Melbourne, we looked around for the next available place and stumbled upon El Paso, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating after our experience with our AirBnb and tried to make our stay and experience as comfortable as possible. They recommmended attractions in the local area and a lovely bar across the road which was just what we needed after our long journey.
The rooms were well presented and clean and staff came around daily for a turn down service. they have a small café on premises for patrons to dine at, but with the hotels central location you dont have to go very far for good food and great views. It's very close to the beach and break-wall with a lovely walking trail along the coast, also situated very close to a shopping centre and tourist information centre which is only a couple minutes walk from the hotel!
All in all wonderful service, reasonably priced and central location, definitely a good spot to stay!!
