Denison Boutique Hotel

What a magnificent place!
Could not say a bad word about this place. The rooms were decorated in heritage style and were so comfy. The spa was so relaxing after a day of driving and to top it off, you could watch tv from the spa.
The property is located right near a great pub for dinner. Perfect.

A very Victorian experience . Worth a one night stay. Elderly or mobility impaired should request a downstairs room as carrying bags up wooden high staircase is challenging. Clean room and everything worked well.

Great rooms at a great price. Inside the rooms are lovely and huge, and the building itself is very nice. It isn't in the nicest location, but it's close to everything you'd be visiting Rockhampton for. Be aware, this is very much a place to sleep, not a resort to visit for it's own sake. Stay in the lovely rooms, but go out for meals and activities. The hotel offers a nice breakfast service, but other than that you'll need to go out.

A room with large elaborate 4 posted bed with corner spa bath and shower. A well positioned couch at the foot of the bed. A reasonably stocked mini fridge and box of munchies if you need to indulge. Wife and I enjoyed the stay. Love to come.

Old train offices...grand old building in the middle of train yards and industrial area. Rooms were spacious, cool and dark. Great bathtub and vast, comfy bed. Enough parking out back. Good pub grub across the road. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The Denison Boutique Hotel found across the road from The Great Western Hotel. On the corner of Denison street and Stanley street.

Built in 1886 was originally a office building for railway administration. But now a luxurious and romantic Hotel.

My fiance and myself stayed here not to long ago for a night away from the kids. Stayed in a (Superior suite with spa bath room). The room was Victorian themed I would say. With a large king sized four-post bed, spa and shower/bath, tv, toilets, attached bathroom and free wifi. Very pleased with our room. The Hotel also offers a buffet breakfast in the morning as well.

The staff here do a great job out maintaining the grounds and rooms. All very tidy and well done. The lady out reception was polite and helpful and always with a friendly smile. Over all we were more than happy with our stay and probably will stay again.

WOW what a place, set in an old railway building, converted to a fantastic period hotel, very large room with a 4 poster bed so comfortable I dint want to to get out,period furniture and deco large bath/shower,well stocked mini bar and snack basket. I stayed for 6 nights used as a base,perfect for everything. Would highly recommend a d Would stay again. Room was kept clean, staff were great. Many thanks.
