Went there for work, while away from home. Bill and his crew were excellent. Limited menu for me but 100% for the food and service. Couldn't have asked for better for my needs. Awesome and very lovely place to stay. Room was spacious clean had a big fridge and little courtyard as a smoker it was great as it was ok to smoke in your courtyard, the restaurant was nice next to the blue lit pool area and the food was fantastic the chef needs a medal 🏅 for his skills. Stay was great. Only downside was lack of breakfast on Sunday morning. Understand this may be difficult to get sorted or maybe lack of patronage but it was a problem for us. Otherwise say was great.

We checked in at exactly 2pm. At the moment we opened the door, the room smell so good and it smell so clean. The AC was turned on too which was really great because it was a hot day. Receptionist was so friendly and approachable. We had a great stay at this hotel. Will surely book here again.

Super welcome and clean comfy room. It’s a motel on a main road, you don’t expect the ritz. Greeted on arrival with a big smile and super friendly and helpful, which means a lot. Room was absolutely fine for a one night stay to break up a journey. We were really lucky and got to have a late check out, which we really appreciated.

The room is clean and the space is reasonable. I just need to stay here for one night and continue my trip the next day. I think Palms motor Inn serves the need perfectly.

Great place to stay in Rockhampton The room was very clean, and pretty large, with a big walk-in wardrobe. The room has a toaster, kettle, a coffee maker of some kind, different kinds of tea, and a fridge with free milk for the tea. There's also a small-ish swimming pool out front.

First impressions count and the friendly welcome afforded by the receptionist and co-operator (as it turned out) left a good impression. Visitor to Rockhampton for work. Staying for two nights - room was lovely -well equipped , clean and roomy. Staff at check in as well as kitchen/ restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. They were outstanding and couldn't do enough to help. They are such an asset!

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, run exceptionally well with kind and caring staff. But the food is exceptional, I order the chicken schnitzel and mushroom gravy EVERY time I stay. I actually look forward to it as I travel for business!

Clean room, good WiFi. Good central location. Lifts were being redone. Bathroom in my room... the bath/shower floor felt like it may let go at any moment. Food from the restaurant was typical pub fare.

The hotel is old and can be seen in the public areas. Carpets are tattered and with the walls and elevator requiring attention. With that said the room i was in, was clean and neat. The room was in very good condition. Arrived 10 minutes before closing of the kitchen. Was able to still order a meal. The steak was a little over cooked for a medium but the steak was beautiful and tender. Well presented meals. They had problems with beer on the tap, staff very polite, suggesting alternative beverages. The Maori girl who served us went above and beyond her duty to ensure we enjoyed our meal and drink.?

The stay was ok, due to location next to main road, can get quite noisy at times. Well the room I had not comparing to other rooms. It clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient to other places.

We had a lovely stay. The biggest issue for us was we had no phone signal at all. With elderly parents at home, this was a huge problem for us. We couldn't connect to the accommodation internet either.. Cabin and surrounds were perfect though!

The only improvement I can suggest is some kid's activities/play area for little ones but otherwise a really enjoyable and tidy stay

Rocky Resort Motor Inn has helpful and friendly staff that do everything in their power to assist our company. From time to time jobs are moved around and postponed, which means accommodation needs to be moved to suit. Rocky Resort Motor Inn is very adaptable when it comes to moving bookings. We will return to this accommodation and recommend to other people as well.

Dating rooms that do need some attention. Very small TV in lounge only. Rooms had ports but no tv. Needs love and attention. New manager that started 2 weeks before we were there seems nice, was friendly and hopefully will make vast improvements. We only stayed one night in transit, and only really needed somewhere to sleep.

The history of the hotel. The convenience of the excellent restaurant . The position of the hotel on the waterfront was beautiful, and the parking out front was very convenient.

A lovely place to be, people are great to converse with as well enjoy singing at their Karaoke venue, I give it one hundred and one per cent.

Great pub, old style friendly, no pokies, pool table friendly, cheap schooners , good people great atmosphere. Karoke on Fridays nights, darts and pool ranked competitions 3 nights a week. 3 Pool tables, a swimming pool, airconditoned bar, coldest beers on tap. Give it a go.

This place is an excellent location whether your staying one night or a week, the manager and facilities of this hotel are second to none. Clean rooms at an affordable price. And your made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Definitely be back and telling all about this place..

Be weary. Housekeeping staff will enter your room with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door! A bit ridiculous as I was just hopping out the shower and had to shout as I saw the door opening, as I got out. Just a “sorry” is unacceptable and should not have happened in the first place. I do not know what the intentions of the housekeeping staff was but I would not trust this place.

Rockhampton was a halfway stop on our way to the Whitsundays. We had low expectations, but everything was spot on with this accommodation - easy to find, easy to securely park, helpful staff, large clean apartment, nice views ( we were on 6th floor). Nothing not to like and absolutely perfect for our needs. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Edgy Apartments by the river Very central apartment, right by the Fitzroy river and close to the centre of Rockhampton. Generous size for a 1 bedroom apartment, very private and sound proofed. Great motel. Great rooms and very friendly staff. Been staying here for years for work and I’ve never had a issue. They look after you and if there’s an issue, they’ll sort it out asap. Rooms have everything you need and being a FIFO worker there’s a laundry as-well. Also the local pub and couple of restaurants do charge back to the motel which is great! Stop in and say G’day, you won’t regret it!

I've been staying here at CityWalk Motor Inn on and off for work over the last few months. The service is always friendly and professional, the bed was really comfy, the wifi was fast, handy in-room coffee machine, a great shower head, a comfortable desk chair and table, downstairs and upstairs room choices with non-slip steps in the stairwell, and handy service station nearby.

AMAZING! Where do I begin? Room upgrade, coffee machine, delicious biscuits, hot CLEAN shower, owners extremely accommodating for young children and great location. Nothing I can fault 100% cleanest motel we have stayed in.

We recently stayed here for 1 night stopover. The location was great and so was the room. It was clean and comfortable. We were towards the back of the resort, so it was quiet and peaceful. The gardens are well maintained and it is a great spot.

Driving from Caloundra to Townsville first place a saw on the right and I’d done my homework where I wanted to stay so very easy to find. The cabins were clean, the grounds are neat and tidy, and the staff are wonderful very very pleasant, the bed is comfortable would stay again when I bring our caravan through next time. It was perfect thank you lovely people.

We had a lovely time here. Very quiet place and had other family members staying in the cabins around us. The kids loved walking from cabin to cabin, the 2 bedroom cabins were beautiful and well maintained, air-conditioned in both rooms and lounge room. Our first time in Rocky, we booked this motel for 2x nights because it was central and affordable. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff at reception upon arrival. The building is old however; rooms are freshly painted with new aircon and fixtures and spotlessly clean. The room had small kitchenette so we could prepare basic meals. If your budget is important to you then this motel is great value...

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay here as we were just winging it and they were fully booked but the manager was very helpful and rang another motel and got us a room for the night can’t rate the rooms but 10/10 for the staff

Amazing beds sooo comfy (but a bit short even for a midget like me) but other than that rooms are great, spacious, smart tv, amazing pool ( perfect for little kids due to the shallow end being really shallow), amazing access, quiet rooms, kettle.

Clean 10/10, this is very important for me as my wife is a cleaner and is very critical of anything not up to her standards. Great facilities, much more than was expected. Easy to find location, google maps brought us straight to the reception. Very comfortable beds, had a fantastic sleep. Will definitely be using this hotel again 👍

Great family run motel, Gary that runs the place is very helpful and a nice guy. We initially booked in for 3 days and have been here nearly 2 weeks. Quiet, clean and undercover parking right at your door. Everything you need is close by and the small bar/restaurant is handy if you arrive late and can't be stuffed going anywhere.

We had a lovely visit with family. All staff and managers where very friendly and approachable. We had a meal first night it was fresh and amazing. Rooms are great. They have most of the things family needs in the rooms including crockery cutlery and much more. The larger fridge in our room was very handy. Didn't get time to use the lovelypool. Stayed here one time a number of years back (prior to itself place changing names), but when I did stay here, I found the place to be clean and tidy. Rooms were of good size. Friendly service at reception. Parking was outside rooms. The place was quiet as was a little out of town. Unfortunately didn't get to stay on a recent trip through Rockhampton last month due to time restraints.

Everything! II stayed in a dog friendly room and it had an enclosed backyard. the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Loved that you could chrome cast to the tv. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Cant recommend True Blue highly enough. To say we were dreading the travel with a large box trailer, 2 x dogs, 3 x cats and a turtle from TSV to BNE would be an understatement. Brilliant location, and amazing facilities for the animals. Your own little fenced yard with a large paddock area behind to let the dogs have a run was great.
