The rooms are very dated, some draws/cupboards don’t work. In need of a deep clean.
Toilet didn’t work properly.
Tap in sink loose and didn’t work properly either.

Rubbish everywhere outside.
Pool is very dirty.

The lady at reception was very friendly.
The beds were comfortable.
I wouldn’t stay here again

Air conditioning a disgrace. My partner stayed there on the night of 10 Jan 2024. No visible signs of filters being cleaned therefore barely working. No hope of reaching desired temperature. He cleaned, and have photo's of 2 of the sections of the filter, for comparison, and finished without taking end photo. Guessing they haven't been serviced in goodness knows how long. The rest of the room wasn't that clean either, so will be letting RSL know not to recommend. Due to my travel plans, unable to wait for reception to open and speak with owner/manager. Unable to post until now, apologies to those who check reviews before checking in.

Booked a late check in online. Called to confirm and got a poor quality crackly phone line. Tried calling again, including the number on the door when we arrived but line was dead. Left stranded at 10pm at night. Luckily another motel was open for our family.

Not good. We arrived 15 mins after check in time, at 1:15pm. Nobody was at reception, despite a signs saying the office is open from 7:30am. We had to call a number on the door and a man said he would be there in 10 mins. His voice was barely audible, he was speaking very quietly and mumbling. There was a lot of background noise. He turned up wearing indian traditional wear, like he had been at a party. On arrival in our room the WIFI and TV were both not working. I called reception again for assistance. I was sent the number of a manager to call. I kept getting told someone would come to our unit to assist us, but no one ever came forward. It was very difficult with my daughter nagging me for the internet. I gave up and I used hotspot to connect our laptop so my daughter could use it. We never got to use the wifi or TV despite the room being advertised that it was provided. The only good thing was it was cheap, $95 for a night and we were given milk on arrival for our tea and coffee.
