It was okay for one night. I got the room because it was cheap. When you entered the property it was run down and needs an update. I went to reception and had to get my own UHT milk out of the fridge, they could've put it in the room prior to my arrival. I was by myself and felt quite isolated out there on the freeway. I booked one night and liked it so much I stayed a second night. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms with fantastic views over the lake. Rooms have a back door to access the pool, bbq, lake and open area. It's peaceful and quiet, only a few minutes from Shepparton. I'll be back! Three years later, I'm finally back. It's still good value, friendly staff. I'm in a different, larger, comfy room....

If this is an overnight stop in the middle of a road trip, it will give you everything you need. - clean room - hot shower - a place to rest your head. Plus the rates are cheaper if you book via their website. Surprisingly lovely view of the river from your back door. I'd say it was lovely in its day, now it needs some serious work. The room was clean but the bed was worn out & the rest was very basic. Gardens would be gorgeous if they actually weeded them & mowed properly. The front reception is an eye sore dirty & messy! I almost drove out , I wish I had read thru the reviews thoroughly.

Really like the location & lake behind. Outdoor Swimming pool Yessss! and spa. We had a great stay. There's Petrol ⛽️ station nearby. 20min drives stores MacDonald subway etc

Very nice caravan park location and service I would like to add one thing as I add to most reviews so many travelers these days like to travel with pets and it’s easy to find a pet friendly park but a lot of travelers as myself would love to see a small dog run free in closure

We were welcomed with a smile and open arms. The cabin we are in has everything we need. Very clean, neat and tiny... Do check them out..you will be glad you did :)

The room was nice and comfortable. There are parks and supermarkets in the nearby area. It's a great place to relax.

We spent 4 weeks in Shepparton for work and the team at quest where amazing to deal with, made our stay an awsome experience and will definitely re book with them Thankyou to everyone there for making this a welcoming experience

Appartment type hotel with two bedroom, living, kitchen and two bedroom, a very cosy place to stay close to city.

Amazing apartments, Amazing staff, Amazing location. The only place to stay in Shepparton, really! Close to supermarkets, eateries and shopping. Close to the lakeside promenade for a walk or just sit out in the sun. Rooms are well equipped, neat and clean with cooking facilities and a big balcony. WiFi is fast and free, the staff warm and welcoming. Loved it!

Service and location are fantastic it would have been a 5 star if the ventilation in the rooms could be better. Everything felt damp constantly. I went home and washed everything

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for work. Good shower, clean linens and very obliging and friendly receptionists. The biggest perk was the 24/7 access to the full gym next door! ⭐️⭐️Wi-Fi was pretty reliable. Only downside of the room was that the exhaust fan over the stove didn’t work, so the smell of food stuck around awhile. Sound carried from noisy neighbors intermittently.

Room a good size but way over priced on the day. If I booked it a week later it would have been $150 cheaper. Was meant to get a spa room but did not. It was nice to get complimentary chips, water and wine. The location of the toilet right behind bathroom door a bit silly plus shower had no curtain or door and needed a safety rail.

Staff were very helpful & happy. Room was clean, neat, comfortable, everything you need & looked like photos on internet no surprises. Resturant was lovely, handy as we traveled a long way arriving 630pm didn’t need to go back out looking for dinner food was fantastic & we were able to do take away dessert to our room. We would stay again.

An excellent motel when visiting Shepparton. This is my second stay and couldn't be happier. The room is great and has a really comfortable feel. Free wifi which is fast! Close to the town centre but far enough away to be quiet on a Saturday night. Highly recommend.

Vicki and David are extremely helpful. Stayed here 1 night for work, clean and comfortable rooms, great water pressure for the showers. Will stay again.

Everything was great. My Partner loved the pool as it was over 30 both days we were there. The reasonable prices for the minibar saved us a trip to the bottle shop.

Love it here. Awesome pub. Was sitting in the Sports Bar at 8:23pm on a Friday night and they turned off the BBL and put on MTV (on the Foxtel TVs). On the other non-Foxtel TVs they had re-runs of The Project (BBL on chanel 7 smh). Don't make no sense in a Sports Bar. If you want the TAB it's pretty good tho.

Went for my sisters wedding, reception venue was good, food fantastic, but all staff were absolutely amazing on the night, and following couple days (daughter left her teddy behind, staff found it, communicated with me, and the management posted all in the same day it was found…. Happy little girl here now)

We arrived out of hours but we called and they left the keys in a hidden spot for us. For that they deserve 5 starts! Thanks! The room is big and had a pull up bed that we use for my kids. The room was updated recently so everything was nice and clean. Bathroom is a bit old but works perfectly. Just watch the location because it was a bit out of our way but it end up working well.

Loved coming back in summer so the kids can use the pool. Love that every hotel room had a back door onto the pool and BBQ area.

We stopped through on our way to Melbourne and after driving for 20 hours from Brisbane it was just what we needed. We walked in and got a room straight away, the checkin process was quick and easy and the room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Next door to the bar and restaurant, parking onsite. We had a downstairs room and paid a bit extra for added amenities like a coffee machine, toaster and crockery.

It's a really good meal and a relaxed atmosphere. It's busy on Friday and Saturday nights but easy to find a table at other times.

Thanks to Riverside Cabin Park for your unbelievable hospitality during our recent stay which catered for up to 130 people. Fantastic bbq and pool area that had enough room to feed everybody. We came to this lovely quiet park in Shepparton for a quick overnighter and were welcomed by Deb who was most helpful. The ablutions were very clean and had great water pressure. We would definately return if in the area again. Thumbs up!

The lady that owns the park is lovely and she was fantastic. I cant praise her enough ,she went out of her way to help us out ,my sister and i stated in the cabin they supplied bedding .while my brother and his wife gad a caravan site, we had car trouble and had a three day stay ,highly recommended.

Staff were friendly. Good site size. There is a camp kitchen on site for which you should get a key, I wasn't given one. However I did enter while someone else was using so was able to cook our meal. Wifi was great! Cannery was a little noisy but didn't really stop us from having a good sleep. Plenty of hot water.

Very clean amenities, nice lawns and easy access to shopping centre and close to CBD. Not a chain operated park so a bit cheaper but laundry, power & water is all that most want not bouncy pillows and pools.

I was so pleasantly surprised by generosity of the staff. On the day of my supposed check in I ended up in hospital instead. Although I gave them a courtesy call to advise that I wasn't coming, I expected to pay in full as it was well past any refund timeframe. To my surprise, they have never charged me anything at all!!!

Great value for money. Super clean. Very friendly staff. Very well equiped room. The bed was equiped with a fitted electict blanket. Therefore this made the stay even cozier during winter. Anna was an incredibly nice and helpful host. She was always available if we needed anything. Her prices were very reasonable and the rooms were extremely tidy and well equipped. The pool and BBQ area at the back were a bonus and the motel was only 2km away from the town centre. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in the area.
