Apartment was clean, great views. No fan in bathroom which caused issues but also it apparently can set off the fire alarm. Had a great weekend tho

Hotel is walking distance to the beach, plaza, children park. But it’s very old and needs urgent renovation. The room was spacious, clean and beds were fine. The bathroom was clean but have very old fittings. Shower taps were very hard to turn on, knobs were falling off in doing so and took us a while to operate and when we managed to turn that in, it started making very loud noise. Bath tub is small...

Motel is very sad even though location is great. Poor maintenance, stains on benches, shower leaked, carpet squares poorly laid with gaps between carpet squares. Only one coffee cup provided, no spoons, bisciuts or handtowels. Damaged paintings and wallpaper, rough unsatisfactory repairs. Weeds everwhere in grounds. Office only manned for minimal times. Booked this based on location & price. Hubby read the reviews & said it didn't sound great. I like to give things a chance & was only 1 night. We arrived and were greeted by Julie. She was pleasant. Our family room 212 was spacious, facing the car park. Kettle, toaster, microwave & WIFI worked, TV looked decent gave up trying to watch anything on it, and used our laptop & phones. I booked here at the last minute because I couldn’t get a room in one of the more ‘high end’ hotels. Yes it’s old, yes it’s quite run down. It was clean though and the location was great. It also has a really beautiful pool. I spent the previous night in one of those high end motels and hated it - the bed at El Lago was so much more comfortable and the AC was freezing cold (which I wanted). Overall...

The room was clean and tidy, good parking for my car. People were friendly and dogs kept on a leash, so overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location. Kids loved it. Massive pool. Jumping pillow. Clean common areas. Safe and family friendly. And having mobile food trucks come in was great. Recommend next update is the toilet/shower block. Nothing bad, just needs to be modernised.

Spent a night here last night. Wish it could have been longer.. What a beautiful Van Park.. so friendly, spotlessly clean and to bunk down at night and listen to the ocean..WOW!! Couldn't ask for more.. Thoroughly Recommend!!

Really good holiday park, pool and kids jumping area is really good. Plenty of food trucks comes alone which is great. However amenities need more regular clean. Love the short walk to the beach and the beach is beautiful and we had really good time over there. Highly recommend and we will surely visit again…

Great park for kids. Choice of beach, pool with shaded kiddies pool, jumping pillow shaded, playground shaded. Facilities are clean. Nice 10 minute walk down to patrolled beach and life saver Cafe with breakfast and lunch options. Some camping sites have great views, be prepared for wind though. Cabins have great balconies with enclosed gates to keep kids and pets in!!

Love coming here every January. Been going for the last 4 years now. I do a bit of snorkeling, paddle boarding and bird watching. Good place for families with kids or time with friends. Great all round holiday park. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Just love the view walking down to the bay 😍

Gone to the Beach House is a fantastic home away from home. Seconds from the beach, it is a quiet and relaxing getaway. Can't recommend more highly.

Will be visiting again! Amazing location, just minutes from the beach with a great beach atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable and the living space is great. Easy to use wifi and facilities.
