The staff were lovely and welcoming, two bedroom villa was beautiful and spacious

This is the first time I stayed at a five star resort with a not-well-maintained room as shown in the first photo, and the light was flickering when I dimmed it ugh. People at the reception also meh, like zombie.
However, the people, service, and quality of their restaurant and spa are super amazing and 100% recommended.
My breakfast was always amazing in this place and worth every cents, the staff members are so amazing (very busy but friendly), I also had a perfect oat mocha there too!
Dinner at Barrett’s restaurant was amazing. The staff members are so amazing, so attentive, patient and professional. All food we ordered taste so yummy and plenty! Perfect 👍
The location of this resort is just perfect. We had beautiful morning walks to the beach, to the lake, and to the nearby national reserve where we met that cute kookaburra on the second photo.
The Vie spa is simply perfect and relaxing. I feel so refreshed after that amazing two hours spa. Seriously must try!

Excellent place and location. Excellent service and friendly staff and helpful.
Nice and clean room. Amazing golf course.
Gd breakfast.
Just one thing it was terrible it was WiFi connection no gd.

We booked my Bachelorette day at the spa connected to the Pullman.
Staff uninviting and lacked communication. Amenities old and dirty. Sauna said out of order, though when I checked with staff she said that's only because they were short staffed.
High tea in the restaurant- waited over half an hour for my best friend's vegan options despite staff being aware of her order through our booking. Staff forgot our glasses of sparkling wine and orange juice. To their credit we were granted a discount on the total bill.
Disappointing service for a day that was well booked in advance.

Fantastic service by concierge staff on check in.
They also surprised our daughter with sweets for her birthday.
Clean, roomy and great location of villas.
Beach is a minute walk away.

Stayed 2 nights in a 3-bedroom villa with family. Love the location, big resort and have different faicilities. The newly refurbished lagoon pool was nice and clean. Walk to the beach with direct access. Big compliment to the check-in process, Maddie at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, always went beyond to help and answer queries, she really was the shining star in the resort!

The property offers a lot of facilities to keep the whole family busy. Amazing facilities including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and a private beach access. The unit has all the basic necessities. very warm and accommodating staff members.

Enjoyed our stay here. It was quite a lovely place. Day spa and high tea was lovely. Barrett's restaurant was lovely. Shallows Bar and dining/ room service was also very nice. Some nice walkways for strolling. Very relaxing few days.

Horrific. Filthy. 3 star at best. We stayed in a 3 bed villa. The floor was dirty and my crawling baby had blackened knees, hands and feet after 5 minutes. Broken lamp and chair. Grubby walls with scuff & grime marks. We paid $500+ per night and feel so ripped off. Absolutely no attempt at cleaning or maintenance. Fresh towels and linen service provided as an optional extra, additional cost of course. Completely ruined the hotel experience for us. We really expected more from the Pullman brand. Considering leaving early, it’s that bad. We were told we might not be able to book a table at breakfast despite having prepaid for a room which included breakfast. Absolutely appalling I am beyond shocked at the condition of our Villa. Serious regrets about booking here. Please avoid at all costs.
