I really enjoyed my recent stay here. The team at reception were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Apartment was very spacious, facilities clean and easy to access/use. Rates were very reasonable too! Will definitely be returning.

We booked a two bedroom appartement for a family of 4. The apartment was very spacious with a nice layout. The kichen/laundry was well equiped and served us well. The view overlooking the bay was simply outstanding!!! As an additional advantage, the hot springs resort is just next to the hotel car park.

Our room was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped to cook just about anything. Whilst it's location is excellent for tourists to walk everywhere, it is not a good location if you want to sleep. We had 5 nights of the same cars hooning all day and well into the early hours of the morning. Upon now reading older reviews dating back to December 2021, this is obviously a longstanding issue...

Fine place with 3 stars. Don’t expect high end stuff. No room telephone to Call reception or call dining. But views are beautiful

When we arrived we stood waiting at the reception desk for close to 10 minutes. There wasn't a bell to get attention but eventually someone from the restaurant came over to assist with check in. Our room was nice on first impression with a nice view out to the coast but despite best efforts to keep bugs out of the room they managed to get in from a window up near the roof which wasn't sealed properly...

The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating when we were finding it difficult to park our car and trailer.

Clean, tidy, friendly and convenient. Called and asked for a room, late on a Sunday afternoon, no booking. Others were not as gracious even though they had rooms available in the town. Thank you.

So, this is exactly what you think it is, an older motel right on the highway. Lots of road noise and the walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors TV. The furnishings are older, but everything was very clean and in a good state of repair. The price is good and reflects the condition of the motel.

Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable beds. Located on main road, so noise from traffic made it difficult to get any quality sleep. I booked via Wotif- stated pool access. Pool access = a 30 minute walk to the public pool- very disappointing because this was my reason for selecting this property.

Very expensive to be honest for what we got, the place was clean but outdated, we did not get access to the internet. We stayed in the first floor so it was very noisy at times due to traffic and the cars in the parking area. Staff was friendly.

Comfort Inn On Raglan is really comfortable, clean and in good location. Under new management, They are fantastic and helpful people. We had a queen room, and it was cozy and very clean with all the equipment you could possibly need such as a water boiler, a fridge and a microwave and iron. They serve tasty breakfast to your room. We will definitely stay here again. Best deal if you book direct.

The room was fine, the male owner is an idiot. He entered my room aggressively while my kids were sleeping and i was asked to leave immediately, even though we had a late checkout organised prior to arrival. His wife was very nice and apologetic

Good clean room. Well renovated bathroom, close to Fletcher Jones market and garden. Small but clean and new playground for the children near a new bbq area. Would like to see some additional kitchen items included to make cooking a little easier eg. A couple of bowls and perhaps 2 different sized frypans. Well made beds and nice clean and new linen

Great welcome from the owner. Plenty of local information and service with a smile. Stayed for an extra night than originally planned. Great in-room dining option in conjunction with a local restaurant delivered to your room. Can't fault it, value for money.

Just a beautiful cozy little home away from home. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable, nice and quiet, lovely large bathroom and shower. Couldn’t have been happier with everything. Great price and value so would always stay here if I am to visit again. Thanks again 👍😊

Nice family run hotel. I stayed here for a work trip and would stay again. Friendly attentive service. Enjoyed the coffee and scrambled eggs delivered to the room for breakfast. Quick laundry service. Good lighting over the workspace in the room.

Lovely quiet motel. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern & well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and shower huge. Owners are very friendly & helpful. 12/10 guys 😁 We will be back.

Check-in: Smooth. Staff was helpful on how to check for road closures. Room: Above average. Sound proofing is bad though. Can hear people talking outside room. Room size is great. Toilet space is big. Location: Located beside a KFC restaurant. Those room near the restaurant can smell the food and "stale frying oil." Disliked Sound proofing is bad. Nice little motel. Clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly. Car park lot is a little small (car to car is very near). Kfc is just Beside so u never go hungry.

This place is great if you want great value for money and fantastic friendly service stay here.. Staff are amazing and really helpful. We need to go to Warrnambool monthly and this is now our place to stay.. Thanks Brendan and your team

Though the outside of the place looks a little dated, the rooms are quite good. Well appointed, with the option of a spa for $20.00

Perfect for those who need a nights reprieve from traveling. Basic clean room. Microwave, toaster and plates. A fridge you can put things in instead of full expensive stuff you never asked for.. in my phone for next time in town.

Nice place to stay. We got a big room of 5 beds. We were 3 friends though. Guy at the reception was humble and polite. Breakfast is not included in price which is a minus. Rest everything was perfect.

We recently stayed in Unit 4 of Banyan Place. It was wonderful. Clean, tidy, and welcoming. We felt at home. It is also located within walking distance to the main shopping strip and restaurants. And our host was very easy to deal with. We would be more than happy to stay there again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a wonderful stay here for a week (I was in town for work). Glenda was a very hospitable host and even made me dinner two nights which was kindly delivered to my unit. Everything inside the unit was in great condition and the unit itself is located in a very central position. Highly recommended.

Incredible value. We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was clean, nicely laid out and beds were very comfortable. Amazing location too plus a private garage. Booked directly as it was cheaper than using a booking site. Very cheap too, a lot of bang for your buck. Very very happy will stay again next time I’m in Warrnambool.

Very helpful for hire and is the cheapest place in the area to hire surfboards, SUP, snorkelling gear etc. They don't transport the items for you though, you have to take it down to the beach yourself. The actual place is very old and not very nice. Dark and dingy on the inside and old and grungy building

Nice and clean hostel, lots of parking, close to the beach, free wifi, well equipped kitchen, big living room and outside areas, very good showers with shelves and hooks. Only a handful of things that could be improved: there are no plugs for the top beds, the stairs for the top beds is really uncomfortable and difficult to climb if you have short legs, and I had a gigantic, hard pillow that was really...

The hostel has clean facilities and bed. It’s near the beach if you want to spend time by the sea. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was staying in the 16 bed dorm because nothing else was available. Try to book in advance and get a room with lesser beds because I believe some are farm workers so they sleep really early and get up like 4am. Overall it was a good stay.

I love it! The members of the staff are great and the hostel is clean. The supermarkets are a little bit far away, but there are nice beaches and an amazing path along the coast nearby

Cozy and quiet place, still close to the city. The host Pamela and her husband makes you feel welcome, and serves lovely breakfast. On the negative side the beds needs to be updated, we spent a night listening to quirking from our neighbours bed. Apart from that we would recommend Merton Manor for a few nights stop.

Room was well furnished, clean and tidy. I checked in the hotel at 11pm but the staff still cater for me (the check in time was ended supposedly). I had my breakfast in their classically furnishes dining room

Excellent place to stay. Service and rooms were excellent. Value for money..especially with the breakfast on offer. Only complaint is there are more rooms than they have off street parking. But other than that no complaints.
